Peralatan/mesin memerlukan adanya perawatan yang tepat untuk mempertahankan performa dan menghindari kerusakan yang mungkin ditimbulkan. Mata kuliah Teknik & Manajemen Perawatan membahas prinsip-prinsip teknik perawatan, metode-metode serta alat ukur yang digunakan dalam perawatan berbagai peralatan/mesin. Pembelajaran meliputi perkuliahan didalam kelas dan praktikum. Dengan adanya mata kuliah ini, diharapkan mahasiswa mampu menggunakan alat ukur dalam condition monitoring dan mampu menterjemahkan hasil pengukuran tersebut untuk mendiagnosa kerusakan komponen mesin. Selain itu juga mampu menerapkan berbagai metode dalam teknik perawatan untuk mengevaluasi reability, availability dan diagnosis kerusakan peralatan/mesin.



 



 

Fungsi maintenance Preventive, Predictive, Corrective Maintenance (PM, PdM, CM) dan free maintenance. Planing and scheduling. Alat ukur dalam condition monitoring (vibrasi, analisa pelumas, NDT). Prinsip pengukuran dan interprestasi hasil pengukuran. Prinsip MTBF, reliability, availability dan maintainability dari peralatan dan komponen. Metode dan implementasi RCM, TPM, RBI dalam industri. Evaluasi kerusakan peralatan dan komponen (RCFA & FMEA) kinerja fungsi maintenance berdasarkan KPI dan mengenali potential problem. Vibration diagnosis seperti unbalance, misallignment, bearing fault diagnosis, gearmess frequency, loosen component, crack shaft. Metode alligment, metode balancing. Cathodic protection untuk peralatan stationer.



  
