Scope of the Project Quality Plan This Project Quality Plan is developed due to the Contract between Siemens and PT Cikarang Listrindo The purpose of this Project Quality Plan is to assure design, procurement, production, erection and documentation of the Product as specified in the mentioned contract.

Chapter 8, Appendix 1, the Quality Control Plan for Engineering and Procurement is the schedule of all quality related activities that are critical for the project execution and manufacturing. The Quality Control Plan defines the major equipment, applicable codes and standards, routines for design and performance verification and other surveillance activities required by Siemens, the client or by any Independent Inspection Authority. The plan does also specify the verifying documents that will be included in the Manufacturing Record Book (MRB). The documents that will be included in the MRB are marked with the letter “M” in the QS column in the Appendix 1, Quality Control Plan. The MRB will be sent as a complete set of files no earlier than 8 (eight) weeks after Exworks.
