Products info

GM series blower is a product we manufacture by introducing technologies from Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group (KHI). It is designed and calculated with our advanced optimized aerodynamic design program, applying a modular impeller meridian plane cutting technique and using efficient semi-closed and mixed-flow type 3D impellers. It is designed and manufactured on the basis of key innovative technologies including stability design software for rotor vibration with the finite element method, finite element analysis of impeller intensity, vibration design software, etc., as well as our decades of experience in the design and manufacturing of centrifugal blowers, featuring high efficiency, energy conservation, low noise, oil-free gas transfer, less floor space, long operating cycle, easy installation, maintain and use.

Air passes through the inlet duct with silencer and enters suction pipe and inlet vane guide. This is connected by the main driver by dint of the coupler and speed-increasing gear, which does work to the air by driving the 3D mixed-flow semi-closed impeller rotating at high speed. The air is exhausted through the diffuser, spiral housing and diffusing pipe. The fan lubricant is supplied by the main oil pump which is connected directly to the driving shaft, and by the electric auxiliary oil pump when starting and shutting down. The axial thrust of the high speed rotor is transferred from the thrust collar to the low speed shaft, greatly reducing the mechanical losses.

Products info The SV series cyclic centrifugal compressor is a patented product (patent No. CN200620168645.7) independently developed by our company, mainly applied in the devices concerning ethylene, fertilizer, coal gasification, etc. in the petrochemical industry; as a compressor at the circulation segment, it has a higher pressure level (typically over 1.5Mpa); however, it has a smaller compression ratio. In most cases, it can be realized with a single-stage compressor.The medium mainly includes mixed gas with toxic and harmful contents, and the leakage problem can be solved by sealing with dry gas. Since the medium often contains strong corrosive components, resulting in a stricter requirements for the material of impeller, which may be made of nickel-based alloy or stainless steel. The medium in some units contains particles, therefore, it is necessary to carry out surface hardening for the materials in the circulating part to improve its abrasion resistance and improve the service life of the unit. The unit is driven by a steam turbine or a motor.

This series unit has the following structural characteristics: (1)Packaged vertically-split welded gear (bearing) casing. (2)The spiral housing is made of steel casting or weldment. (3)The high efficiency 3D impeller is made of high intensity stainless steel or nickel-based alloy (depending on the process requirement). (4)Independent lubricant system. (5)The shaft end is sealed with dry gas. (6)Flexible laminated membrane coupling with fully-closed protective device. (7)Common foundation mounted with packaged compressor and driving devices greatly reduces the floor space. (8)Complete control system.

Shenyang Blower Works Group Co., Ltd originated from Shenyang Pump Co., Ltd (Shenyang Pump Factory). In 1982, the first feed pump (50CHTA/6) was manufactured in this company for Yaomeng Power Plant in Henan Province. Since then, more than 460 pumps have been ordered from the company, which makes the company play a leading role in this field. Among 460 pumps, 420 have been turned out and 400 are running now. At present, all the feed pumps for 200 MW~300 MW power generating unit exported from China are manufactured in Shenyang Blower Works Group Co., Ltd, whose clients include 300 MW power generating unit of Shandong Shiheng Power Plant (inspected by the central government), 600 MW power generating unit of Anhui Pingyu Power Plant, 300 MW power generating unit of Shanghai Wujing Power Plant (World Bank Loan Project). The export projects include 210 MW power generating unit of Godu Power Plant of Pakistan, 3× 210 MW power generating unit of Kamshoro Power Plant of Pakistan, 2× 210 MW power generating unit of Muzrafag Power Plant of Pakistan, first 300MW generating unit of Muzrafag Power Plant of Pakistan, and 210 MW power generating unit of Lajita Harbor of Pakistan (first and second phase of the project).The domestic projects include the first 600 MW power generating unit of Harbin No. 3 Power Plant and 4× 300 power generating unit of Dezhou Hualu Power Plant (invested by China Huaneng). Shenyang Blower Works Group Co., Ltd has supplied more than 460 pumps for more than 70 power plants in China and in other countries. The total installed capacity of these power plants has reached 48,100 MW. Since 1982, except for the exported pumps, the pumps of the company has accounted for 70% of the domestic market.

Pump--- CHTA type feed pump Products info The CHTA feed pump for high pressure boiler is a split type segmental multistage centrifugal pump:

●The pump body and pump cover are forged by quality carbon steel, and the austenitic stainless steel is pile up welded on both the sealing face and the erosion part (partially welded for F type Wilden pump), thus increasing the service life and the reliability of the pump. The service life of the CHTA pump is 40 years. ●The pump core, made of stainless steel, can be used as spare part as a whole, and capable of being replaced in a short time. ●All stages of impellers can be hot charged to the shaft and positioned by the clamping rings of each stages to prevent the axial force applies to the shaft sleeve after being stacked. ●The pump adopts the structure of dual balancing drum which is capable of balancing 100% of the axial force in normal conditions; and both the residual axial force generated during the startup and shutdown process and the axial force generated due to the change of working conditions are burdened by a double-thrust bearing. ●The bearing adopts the four edge radial bearing and Mitchell thrust bearing which eliminate the need for block scraping and have good lubricating performance and interchangeability; no top petrol tank or DC oil pump is necessary in case of accident and idle pump operation. ●The shaft gland adopts mechanical seal, which has good sealing performance, small leakage rate, thus being safe and reliable.

Features:

Introduction to characteristics of the CHTA feed pump for high pressure boiler The CHTA feed pump for high pressure boiler is a product manufactured by introducing technologies from the KSB company in Germany in 1980s to support the supercritical and subcritical thermal power generating units (completely introducing the manufacturing technique of the feed pump for high pressure boiler and booster pump as well as the complete set of standards and QC specifications, etc.) So far, we have produced over 400 sets, wherein, over 300 sets are in service, and the 50CHTA feed pump for high pressure boiler is awarded the Gold Medal of the State. The CHTA feed pump has been praised as one of the best two kinds of equipments among all the equipments of Harbin No.3 Power Plant who uses the first localized 600000 KW generating units. Impeller hot charging and single-stage positioning: All stages of impellers can be hot charged to the shaft and positioned by the clamping rings of each stages to reduce the accumulated error and prevent the axial force applies to the shaft sleeve after being stacked.

Safe and reliable balancing mechanism: The pump adopts the structure of dual balancing drum which is capable of balancing 95% of the axial force; and the balancing mechanism of the dual balancing drum has the function of automatic resetting the rotor. therefore, it eliminates the disadvantage that the balancing force produced by the single balancing drum structure of the Wilden pump is so large in a single direction that the thrust block is burnt, thus improving the reliability of the thrust bearing in a non-designed working conditions. At the same time, it eliminates the shortage of unstable shafting of the single balancing disc. Both the residual axial force and the additional axial force generated due to the change of working condition are burdened by the double-thrust bearing.

Four edge bearing: The four edge radial bearing and Mitchell thrust bearing are machined in a single process, which eliminates the need for block scraping and have good lubricating performance, contacting performance and interchangeability; no top petrol tank or DC oil pump is necessary in case of accident and idle pump operation.

Dynaflow type mechanical sealing: The shaft gland adopts the HSH dynaflow type mechanical sealing based on the BURGMANN technique, featuring good sealing performance, small leakage rate, self-circulating flush, no external water supplies are needed, thus being safe and reliable.

Rigid rotor: The pump has fewer stages, and the rotor’s primary critical rotation rate is over 150% of the maximum operating rotation rate, thus being a rigid rotor. The pump can be subject to a short time of cavitation. To compare only the rigidities of the 50CHTA/6 with the FK6D32 pump: the FK6D32 pump has a larger and heavier impeller the 50CHTA/6 pump (FK6D32 pump has an outside diameter of Φ320 while the 50CHTA/6 pump, only Φ284); to calculate with the formula of rigidity coefficient, i.e. K=(L1.5*W0.5)/D2 (here, L: the distance to bearing center, W: weight of rotor between bearings, D: mean shaft diameter between bearings), the rigidity of the 50CHTA/6 pump is better than that of the FK6D32 pump. Thermal compensation design: Solve the unsynchronized inflation due to the temperature difference between the pump housing and the pump core by using winding mat and metal shock insulator. This eliminates the problem that it is difficult to guarantee the hot treatment of the circular disc spring and the machining process, thus causing cracking accident during the operation of the pump (such structure has been eliminated by foreign manufacturers long ago).

Patented materials: Major elements such as the pump shaft, impeller, sealing ring, balancing mechanism, etc. are made of patented materials. Especially the impeller’s sealing ring and the balancing mechanism’s removable/stationary wearing parts are made of the patented anti-gearing materials, and the pump shaft, made of patented anti-fatigue materials. Proven by the operation of nearly 300 pumps in the power plant, these materials achieve better result.

Complete pump unit equipment and high automaticity: Besides equipping temperature protective devices for bearing, sealing, etc., the axial force measuring device and axial position indicator are designed to monitor the variation of axial force and the shaft shifting during the pump operation, and reversal alarming device (close the motor-driven door and start the auxiliary oil pump) and the speed measuring generator (unavailable for Wilden pump) are also equipped.

Pump--- CHTC type feed pump Products info The CHTC type feed pump is a cylindrical dual-casing segmental type multistage centrifugal pump designed to facilitate the users overhauling, and it has the following differences with the CHTA: ●The impeller is sliding mounted on the shaft for users’ easy disassembling. ●The shaft gland adopts the quick-mounting cartridge type mechanical sealing, i.e. the compression ratio is preset in the standby state, therefore the replacement can be done only by removing 6 screws, which facilitates the user and reduces the downtime.●While repairing the CHTC pump, you don’t need to remove the bearing body but pull out the pump core together with the bearing body by screwing off the end cover bolt, thus greatly reducing the troubleshooting time. Introduction to the features of CHTC high pressure boiler feed pump The CHTC high pressure boiler feed pump was introduced into our company in 1990s in order to form a complete set with the 100—1200 MW sub-critical thermal power generating unit. This product was manufactured with the newest technology of KSB (Germany). The complete manufacturing technology, standard and quality control procedure of the high pressure boiler feed pump and front-mounted pump has been introduced from Germany. By now, several pumps of CHTC type have been manufactured for a number of large power plants. CHTC pump is an improved model of CHTA. Compared with the CHTA pump, the CHTC pump is easier to overhaul.

In addition to the features of the CHTA pump, the CHTC pump has the following features: 1.

It takes less time to overhaul this kind of pump. Since the pump core is made of stainless steel, the whole core can be withdrawn. The pump core, the bearing and the coupling can form a complete standby unit. The packed mechanical seal of the case type can help to save the time for overhauling, which leads to convenient and efficient overhauling work. The pumps produced by other companies do not have this kind of seal. In this way, the spare parts can be changed with a minimum amount of time.

The newest technology of single grade positioning by sliding impeller makes the overhauling, assembling and disassembling work easy and convenient.

3.

The axis is sealed with the newest technology of case packed self-recycling mechanical seal of the fluid power type. The whole set of sealing is a complete changeable unit, which makes it easier to be changed. The self-recycling and cleaning system of the case packed mechanical seal makes condensation water unnecessary. Condensation water is an essential substance used in float ring of Weir pump or labyrinth packing. This can avoid the occurrence of the burnt bearing caused by condensation water accidents. When FK6D32 is working, this can also help to avoid the loss of the condensation water at the speed of 8.4~17.8m3/h when the condensation water is fed in at the speed of 14.9~29.9m3/h. When this pump stops working, this technology can also help to avoid loss of the condensation water at the speed of 17.6~35.5m3/h. By fastening or loosening six screws, the case packed monarchical seal can be fixed and changed, which makes the overhauling work convenient and easy. - 51 -

The opening positive guide vane can help to guarantee the water power and improve the precision of the surface roughness, which in turn can help to improve the efficiency of the pump.

The equalizing pipe is installed on the top of the pump body. It is not necessary to disassemble this pipe when the pump core is withdrawn, which makes the overhauling work convenient and easy.

The bearing’s middle opening plane is imbedded on the surface. As there is no bedding on the middle opening plane, the sealing property is guaranteed.

7.

Since the cooler of the mechanical seal is replaced with the cooler of the spiral pipe, the effect of heat exchange is improved. This has not only made the overhauling work convenient and easy, but also guarantees the reliability and the stability of the mechanical seal.

8.

Except for the impeller, guide vane, and the feed-in water power parts, which are made of cast steel, other spare parts are forged parts. This kind of design can help to improve the reliability of the raw materials of the spare parts and to shorten the manufacturing cycle.

9.

The high rigidity of the rotor can guarantee the reliability of the product.

10. The CHTC boiler feed pump can meet the requirements of the low speed jigger with the speed of 10~100r/min, which is fit on the domestically made small engine.

Note: For the CHT boiler feed pump, which includes an air pump and an electric pump to work properly, a warming pump is needed. The idea that the electric pump can work without a warming pump means that the electric pump works at the cost of shortening its life span and increasing its wearing, which can not be shown in a short period of time.

Products info YNKn(QG) booster pump is a horizontal ends-supported single-stage double suction centrifugal pump. ●The inlet and outlet of the pump is vertically downward or upward, which may reduce the floor space and eliminate the need for removing the feed and drain piping while repairing. Only by removing the end cover at the free side, the whole rotor of the pump can be pulled out for easy examination. ●The axial force of the pump is balanced by the double suction impeller, and the residual axial force is burdened by the double-thrust bearing. ●The bearing adopts the structure capable of both self-lubrication or forcible lubrication. ●The shaft gland may be either mechanical sealing or packing seal. ●It can be driven either by an individual small motor or by coaxial driven of a donkey engine. Supercritical high pressure boiler feed pump for power generating unit The core of the supercritical high pressure boiler feed pump for power generating unit has the structure of the horizontal middle opening type. The parts of the rotor only include such light elements as impeller, axis sleeve and axis etc, which have helped to reduce the weight of the rotor. The first phase impeller the pump is the double volute vane with low bending deflection and high rigidity. The critical rotation rate at the wet state can reach 10,000 r/min. The upper and lower volute is of the type of the space flow channel. Because the core of the pump has such features as horizontal middle opening, double volute and self equilibrating mechanism, the force will not levied on the rotor, which is a drawback of the segmental structure. This new structure can enhance the smooth running of the pump. The core of the pump is made of stainless steel and other parts are made according to ASTM standard. The impellers are distributed symmetrically with the ability of self equilibrating when the force is levied on the axis. Therefore, no extra equilibrating system is needed, which can help to reduce the leakage and increase the work efficiency and safety. Product Features: According to the requirements for thermal power generating units, the most important aspects in the running of boiler feed pumps are the safety, reliability, energy saving, high self-control level and easy maintenance. The double-skin feed pump produced by our company has the structure of axial splitting, horizontal separation in middle, first-level impeller double-suction, secondary-level impeller single-suction and symmetric layout of impeller orientation, which has the following advantages: 1.High Reliability 1)Since impellers are oriented symmetrically and axial forces are self-balanced (the axial forces over 50T when impellers are laid in same directions do not exist any more), the balance mechanism is no longer needed and failure aspects are decreased. 2) Seal rings at all levels of the horizontally middle separated pump case are processed in accordance with rotator deflection, thus rotator axial centre is aligned with stator centre line. Therefore, when the axle is raised up, the clearances between different seal rings of impellers and pump body are guarantied balanced, so that the accidents of bearings burning-in of due to frictions betweens dynamic and static seal rings caused by deflection of feed pump stators at normal situation. In conclusion, pump reliability is highly improved. 2.Hign-efficiency ,good energy saving result Since the horizontally middle separated pump doesn’t need a balance mechanism, there has no balance leaking losses and the pump reaches a high efficiency. In addition, the structure of non-guided blades in space interval channel creates a high-efficiency area width, which brings a good energy saving result. 3.Good Cavitation Erosion Performance The double-suction structure of first-level impeller has good anti-cavitation erosion performance, the necessary NPSHr is less than half of the single-suction structure, and thus the feed pump can achieve a stable running status in various working conditions. 4.Easy Maintenance and Less Maintenance Time Needed Due to the structure of horizontally middle separated inner pump, pump maintenance only requires loosening of the binding bolts of the upper and lower case of the inner pump, which can totally release the whole rotator to be moved out for maintenance. Also, the rotator after dynamic balance operation can be moved into the pump case wholly, without components disassembled one by one. By such ways, the dynamic balance accuracy can be kept and maintenance time is saved, which is only half of the time used for maintenance of traditional sectional pump. From transmission direction, pump rotary direction is clockwise (can be manufactured of anti-clockwise direction). In order to ensure pump cavitation characteristics, there has fore pump of low rotary speed mounted.

Pump--- Condensate Removal Pump Products info

Product Description LDTN, LDTNA and LDTNB pumps are all vertical cylinder or bag structures. The pump suction and exhaust ports are set on pump cylinder and exhaust seats respectively. The pump’s working parts (including pump shaft, impellers, diversion case and bearings) can be moved out easily in maintenance, without disassembling water suction pipes. Pump suction and exhaust ports can be adjusted to different angles such as 180°and 90°to meet different installation needs. The pump cylinder is designed of vacuum structure and closed impellers, of which the first-level impeller has two types of single-suction and double-suction designs. The pump case has replaceable wearing rings, which has a strong anti-interlocking force. The pump also has several water-lubricated bearings for middle support of rotator radial forces. Normally, the rotator radial forces are balanced by adding balance mechanism and thrust bearing to pump itself. Pump rotator shafts are interconnected by cylinder snap ring couplings. Rotators have good concentricity. The pump and electrical motor are connected by flanged elastic pin couplings. Shaft seals are normally mechanical seals, or soft packing seals upon customers' needs.

Product Features: The condensate removal pump made by our company has its own intellectual property rights. The pump has first-level impellers of high cavitation resistance and secondary-level impellers of high efficiency. Its axial thrust is released by a pump balance mechanism and thrust bearing but not the electrical motor. Therefore, the electrical motor can be designed with lighter weight and improved reliability. The thrust bearing is lubricated by thin oil, and it can suck lubricating oils by itself, this it doesn't need external oil stations and saves space. The radial bearings are guide bearings with a water lubrication system, which means it can use its own mediums for lubrication and doesn't need lubricating oils supplied externally.

Structural Features 1、Installation Methods Single-layer foundation: the electrical motor and pump are directly installed on one foundation, with the pump exhaust port set above or below the function layer. Double-layer foundation: the electrical motor and pump are installed on their own foundations, with the pump exhaust port set between the two layers of foundations. 2、The pump has three types, namely, unwithdrawable type, rotator (including guide blades) withdrawable type and whole inner pump body withdrawable type. 3、Pump impellers have three types also, namely, open impeller type, enclosed impeller type and blade-adjustable impeller type. 4、Pump axial forces are released by thrust bearings of the electrical motor or pump itself. 5、Pump bearings can be separated into rubber (wear-proof, anticorrosion, sea water corrosion resistance rubber) guide bearing, PEEK bearing, PPEK bearing and Salong bearing. Normally, pump shafts have protective sleeves, in which are full of clean pressure water for guided bearings lubrication and washing, with water quantity controlled by flow relay to avoid bearings damaged due to insufficient water. When pumps are used to convey sewage or water contains grains, the end of guided bearings inside the guide blades has a stop automatic shaft seal device to prevent mediums leaking into the bearings after pump is stopped.

Products info DY/DYP/DYJ multistage centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured by API610 Standard (version 8) after we fully understood the introduced advanced technologies. The pumps are mainly used to convey petroleum, chemicals, chemistry and boiler water, with conveyance medium temperature range T=-45~+200℃. a. DY/DYJ pumps can be divided into different types, namely, horizontal type, single-cased type, radial split type and multistage sectional centrifugal type. The pump horizontal center line support, suction port and exhaust port flanges are all vertically upright. The pump main pressure-bearing parts are forged parts. DYP pumps can be divided into different types, namely, horizontal type, single-cased type, radial split type and multistage sectional centrifugal type. The pump has bottom support feet, its suction port is horizontal and exhaust port flanges can be either vertical upright or horizontal. The pump main pressure-bearing parts are forged parts. b. Pump impellers are structured of orientation level by level, while impellers, balance drum and shaft sleeves are installed on pump shaft on orders. Products info AY multistage centrifugal oil pump has radial split sectional structure, with through bar connecting the suction part, middle part and exhaust part as a whole. Pump rotator composites impellers and balance disc (drum) installed on pump shaft. Axial forces are balanced by balance disc, balance drum and thrust bearings. Bearings are radial sliding bearings or radial ball bearings, thrust bearings are endiocentric thrust ball bearings to balance the left axial forces. Pump---TD/TDS Double-cased Hydrogenation Feeding Pump

Products info TDS hydrogenation feeding pump is used to convey petroleum products, petrochemical processing products and other chemical products without solid particles contained. The conveyed mediums have a temperature ranged from 0℃ to 210℃. TD pump has horizontal double cases, of which the inner case is a sectional multistage centrifugal pump that can be repaired with inner body drawn out and without pipelines moved. The pump suction pipes and exhaust pipes are all laid vertically upright, with centre line support horizontally. The pump is mainly consisted of pump cylinder, pump cover, suction part, middle part, guide blade, shaft, impeller, cooling chamber, balance disc and balance sleeves. The pump rotator mainly composites impellers and balance disc installed on pump shaft. Impellers are heatly assembled to pump shaft in orders. Both ends of the pump consist of forced-lubricated qua-oil-wedged radial bearings and thrust bearings, of which the thrust bearings have a two-way oiling forced-circulation lubricating system, with temperature protection and monitoring meters installed. The shaft forces are balanced by balance devices, and left shaft forces and additional shaft forces created in special working conditions are both balanced by the thrust bearings. Pumps with less power adopt a self-lubricating structure (oil ring).

The pump shaft seal is mechanical seal, and heat created from friction is taken away by forced-circulation fluid. The pump washing method can be defined upon customer's requirements. The TDS pump is the first-level double-suction and two-cased multistage centrifugal pump based on the TD pump. The pump shaft seal is a mechanical seal, and heat created from friction is taken away by circulated washing fluid.

Products info The DM, TDM and TDMG high-pressure centrifugal pump is mainly used in oil refineries, decoking and dephosphorization devices in steel plants, as well as water injection in oil fields and other similar applications. The conveyance medium’s temperature can't exceed 80℃, while grain size of the impurities such as coke breeze and powder phosphor, and contents shall be less than 3000ppm. Pump design and manufacturing specifications are referred to API610 Standard (version 8). The DM pump is a single-cased sectional multistage centrifugal pump, with suction part, middle part and exhaust part are connected by through bar. The static junction planes between all parts are connected jointly by metal surface and O-ring seal. Pump impellers are heatly assembled to pump shaft in orders to improve rotator rigidity. TDM and TDMG pumps are two-cased horizontal and multistage centrifugal pumps, mainly consisting of cylinders, pump covers and sectional pump cores. The pump cores are assembled in cylinders, with its exhaust port assembled by bolts to tightly connect pump cover to cylinder and sealed by winding gasket. Pump cores consist of suction body, middle part, guide blade and rotator. Impellers are heatly assembled to pump shaft, with axial position limited by snap rings. DM and TDM pumps have the suction port and exhaust port vertically upright. The DM pump has foot support, while TDM and TDMG pumps are centre support. Rotator radial forces are mainly balanced by double balance mechanism, while the left axial forces are balanced by thrust bearings.

Bearing: pump rotator is radically supported by qua-oil-wedged sliding bearings; its radial position is limited by the thrust bearings at the back of radial bearings on pump exhaust end, which may also used to stand the left axial forces. Radial bearings and thrust bearings shall be forcedly lubricated respectively. Shaft Seal: The DM pump uses fillers for shaft seal. TDM and TDMG pumps can use mechanical seal upon customer's requirements. Transmission: DM/TDM pumps are driven by electrical motor via diaphragm couplings. Pump, gearbox and electrical motor of the TGMG pump jointly use one heavy coupling base with good rigidity, and the pump is driven by electrical motor via diaphragm couplings. Pump rotates in clockwise direction from driven end point of view.

Products info The pump is mainly used to convey high-temperature petroleum products (no solid particles contained) and other high-temperature fluids, as well as high-temperature mediums in petrochemical processing. The DR pump can be divided into horizontal pumps, single-case pumps and sectional multistage centrifugal pumps, with suction pipes and exhaust pipes vertically upright and with centre line horizontally support. TDR pump has horizontal double cases, of which the inner case has a sectional multistage centrifugal pump that can be repaired with the inner body drawn out and without pipelines moved. Pump suction pipes and exhaust pipes are all laid vertically upright, with centre line support horizontally. TDRS pump is the first-level double-suction high-temperature radiation feeding pump developed on basis of TDR pump.

Shaft seal: uses mechanical seal. Bearings are sliding bearings plus thrust rolling bearings, with self-lubricating system. Balance-drum type hydraulic balance devices will balance most of the axial thrust forces, and left axial thrust forces are balanced by two-way thrust bearings, with forced lubrication. The pump is connected to power machine by diaphragm deflection couplings, and pump rotary direction is clockwise from transmission point of view.

Products info DG/DGJ boiler feeding pump is used as secondary high-pressure boiler feeding pump and other high-pressure water feeding pump, with temperature of conveyance mediums not exceeding 160℃. The pump is single-cased sectional multistage centrifugal pump, with suction pipes and exhaust pipes vertically upright. The pump’s front part, middle part and rear part are connected as a whole by through the bar. The static junction planes between all parts are connected jointly by metal surface, with the O-ring as the auxiliary seal. The DG pump shaft seal is filler seal, while a mechanical seal can also be adopted. The packing box cover and filler chamber shall be cooled by cooling water. The shaft is protected by replaceable sleeves installed at the shaft seal. DGJ pump shaft seal is a mechanical seal, with external washing and self-circulation systems to take away the heat between seal planes.

Pump rotator is supported by sliding bearings on both ends of pump shaft, lubricated by thin oil and cooled by circulated water. Rotator axial thrust is balanced by balance disc. Return pipes are installed between the balance chamber and pump front part. Pump is driven by electrical motor via elastic couplings. It rotates in a clockwise direction from transmission point of view.

Structural Features DK pump is horizontal middle-separation multistage centrifugal pump, with completely symmetric layout. Every of the multiple stages are sealed by elastic rings and different cases are sealed by gaskets. When the temperature of pump case or suction and exhaust ports is changed, the centre-line middle-separated case can minimize the unbalanced deformation and the impact to accuracy. Pump suction and exhaust ports are set below the case, and the pump inner core can be disassembled or installed without moving the suction and exhaust pipes. Bearings are two-row radial rolling ball bearings or sliding bearings.

Structural Features ZH/ZHA pump is single-stage horizontal suspension-armed centrifugal pump, while ZH pump has foot support. The ZHA pump has centre-supporting body, single-suction radial impellers, axial suction and radial exhaust. By application conditions, the pump adopts front and rear wear rings and balance holes to achieve hydraulic balance. Shaft seal is filler seal, while mechanical seal on single end or both ends can also be applied. Pump standard pipelines are designed upon API610 Standard. Rated pressure levels of different flanges of pump suction and exhaust ports are the same. The pump is rotating in clockwise direction from the electrical motor point of view.

Product Parameters: So far, ASN/AST series blade-adjustable propeller fans have standard wheel hubs of 14 different dimensions available, from which every wheel hub is applicable for blades of 17~21 different height. Others--- High-speed Gearbox Products info The gear compressor company under Shenyang Blower Works Group Import & Export Co. is the expert in gearbox manufacturing. Since its foundation in 1960, it has produced over 2000 sets of gearboxes, all of which have been distributed to domestic markets and 25 countries and areas globally. In 1987, the company introduced design, manufacturing and inspection technologies of high-speed MHS, HS, HSS and HSD gears from America Philadelphia Gear Company. After 20 years of application and development of these technologies, company has established its own technologies and processing systems. At present, the company can design gearboxes upon several standards such as API613, AGMA421 and AGMA6011. The products produced have maximum service power of17000KW, maximum design power of 55000KW, gear rotary speed of 49867RPM, gear linear speed of 175m/s and maximum distance between centers of 1500mm.

Gearbox has two types, cast type and welding type. The company has more than 40 years experience in cast gearbox application, thus the product has a supplicated and reliable structure; while the welding gearbox is made of high-quality and high-speed steel by welding process, then treated by reliability process. Both gearboxes have adopted method finite element analysis to analyze box deformation, so as to ensure a rational strength and adequate rigidity. Materials of gears are high-quality alloy steel, which went through electrical rolling and re-melting, strict heat treatment, mechanical properties inspections and failure detections. Gear faces are treated by a process of rolling-shaving-nitridation or carburizing and quenching-gear grinding, with highest gear accuracy up to DIN3 class. All rotary parts have gone through strict dynamic balancing calibration process. Rotor dynamics calculation uses a special program from America Philadelphia Gear Company or the company’s own special RBSP program. Gear thermal deformation, twisting and buckling distortion are calculated by a special computerized program, which is also used to repair the gear forms. Bearings are hydraulic and dynamic pressure sliding bearings, while design matches API and AGMA standards. In addition, bearings design has been analyzed and calculated by special programs, with processing and inspections strictly in accordance with ITN070 Standard. The radial bearings are all horizontal split bearings, with Babbit Alloy lining, including tilting-pad bearings, qua-oil wedges bearings, qua-oil leaf bearings and common cylinder bearings. Thrust bearings are thrust bearings with fixed thrust faces, single-layer and self-balancing pad thrust bearings, multi-layer and self-balancing thrust pad thrust bearings.

Others--- Fluid Coupling Products info Development of fluid coupling started with QU53 and QU58 products in the 60s, went to OH46, OH46/I, OH46/II, OY55 and OY55/I first generation in the 70s and 80s, moved to YOCQ422, YOCQ422/I, YOCQ500 high-power and high rotary speed couplings and YOT 560, YOT620 high-power and middle rotary speed series fluid couplings of the second generation at the end of the 80s. From the 90s till today, the fluid couplings are continued to be improved and new products have been created. Now, series products have been developed, while transmission power can be up to 6000kW, regulating range can be 5:1 and output rotary speed can be designed with increasing gears upon customer's needs. At present, our couplings have been successfully applied in boiler feeding pumps with capacities of 300MW, 200MW, 135MW and 125MW in thermal power generating plants, so that the water pumps can achieve step-less speed variation. All these series products of couplings can also be applied for machines needed speed adjustment, such as in-line pump, air fan, cinder and stuff pump, coal grinding mill. Transmission gears of the fluid coupling mainly consist of some mechanism, electric appliances and instruments, including high rotary speed coupling, accelerator gear, speed adjusting gear, oil feed pump, lubricating oil pump structured of planet gears, auxiliary pump, filter, control valve, overflow valve, electric actuator and pressure controller. In addition, the transmission gears also have two systems, namely, working system and lubricating system. When input rotary speed is defined, change gears rotary speed can increase speed of output shaft.

By applying fluid coupling to adjust rotary speed, you will have following advantages: ①Speed of the driven mechanism can be adjusted to stepless variation, so as to achieve the goals of energy saving ②No-load or partial load start-up is available so that the start-up of driven mechanism becomes easy. ③Machines and equipments are protected and units running safety and reliability are improved. ④It will be more convenient to achieve adjustment in whole progress and automation. ⑤Impacts and vibrations are decreased, thus machines and equipments have longer service life.
