Nogier’s 30 Primary Points 1. Eye: located on the transverse oblique fold running from the front to the back of the ear lobule. Primarily to address eye related issues. Secondarily for vago-sympathetic equilibrium, tonus, sleep. (Depressive conditions; Stress; Sleep). 2. Olfactory: half-way up the lobule, about 1mm behind the auricular insertion: Primarily for the Nose and Affectivity Secondarily for the Liver and Allergies 3. Maxillary: Located in the center of the inverted “Y” just behind the tragus. Primarily for dental and maxillary ailments (e.g. trismus and mastication problems) Secondarily for Upper limb, extremities, libido, & bladder. 4. Lung: In the most concave part of the inferior hemi-concha Primarily for the Respiratory System Secondarily for Nervous Control (e.g.: Control & Will Power; Stress, Fear, Anxiety) 5. Auditory: On the edge and in the center of the tragal ridge Primarily for the Auditory nerve Secondarily for Affectivity and Cellular Metabolism (Tissular Organization) 6. Gonads: Hidden under the rising branch of the helix Primarily for Genitals Secondarily for Tone (esp. parasympathetic tone), Affect, Energy (and arousal) 9. Pancreas – Spleen: At the center of the posterior 1/3rd of the upper hemi-concha Primarily for Exocrine Pancreas and Spleen Secondarily for Vago-sympathetic equilibrium (& stress); Affectivity (and obsession) 10. Primarily for Haemorrhoidal veins (and coccyx) Secondarily for Throat, Intestine, Bladder, and Psychic Conditions (Infantile complexes, psychological disorders) 13. Sciatic: Slightly behind the rising branch of the Helix, on the lower root of the anti-helix Primarily for Sciatic nerve, Sacrum, Coccyx and Lumbar region Secondarily for the Eyes 14. Knee Point: In the center of the Triangular Fossa Primarily for the Knee Secondarily for Tonus (Arousal and Growth) and Auditory (hearing) problems. 15.Kidney: Actually extends as a line on the edge of the triangular fossa, under the helical rim, from the helical knee to Darwin’s point. It is centered, as a point, at the vertical center of the anti-helical fossa. Primarily for Kidney and Renal Function Secondarily for Vago-sympathetic tone; Tissue Metabolism; Psychological and Infantile complexes 16. Trigeminal Master Point: On the posterior edge of the lobule extending as a line. To locate this line draw three lines out from Point Zero to 1) Occiput, 2) Parotid, and 3) Genital. The point on the line draw out from Parotid is the most significant point for Master Trigeminal. For Nervous System (Trigeminal Neuralgia); Mesoderm; Facial Neuro-Dermatitis (acne); Behavior (Impulsivity, Uncontrolled Urges, Appetites, Cravings, & Addictions 17. Aggressivity Master Point: In the upper 1/3rd on the lobule in a depression 3-4mm behind its insertion. For Behavior (Aggressivity, Impatience, Irritability, Nervousness, Jealousy, Anger); Genital Tone (internal or external genitals); Tendency to fatigue or infections ((due to chronic stress)); Pony-tail Syndrome; (excruciating scalp pain & hyper-sensitivity - probably psychogenic) 18. Tragus Master Point: Vertically aligned with the tragal midpoint and 2.5cm (1”) in front of the tragal edge. Tone and Control (Will Power; Energetic Maladjustment); External Genitals 19. Skin Master Point: Under and about 1/2cm (1/5”) from the posterior edge of the Tragus For Skin, Reticular System (Arousal and Cellular Metabolism), Vago-sympathetic Equilibrium (Stress), Behavior (Restlessness) 20. Shoulder Master Point: On the posterior edge of the anti-helix, about 3mm (1/8”) above the groove separating the anti-helix from the anti-tragus. 21. Master Point Zero: Where the helix root becomes the rise branch; at the projection of the cartilaginous incisure. Influences the entire auricle; controls its sensitivity (except for the tragus), Influences the body’s sensitivity and general disposition.

Lower Extremity Master Point: About 1mm from and slightly above Point Zero Sensory and Motor Dysfunction of the Lower Limb (- especially for the toes and soles of the feet) 23. Upper Extremity (Sensitivity) Master Point: About 2mm above and in front of point 22 (above). – Midway between the anterior and posterior edges of the rising helix and almost vertically below where it crosses over the anti-helix. ONLY for Upper Extremity sensitivity. - NOT for its motor function. 24. Allergy Master Point: At the top of the Helix, both on its upper (external) surface and on its lower (internal) surface. For Allergies, Cellular Metabolism, and Affectivity Disorders 25. Darwin’s Master Point: At Darwin’s tubercle, the point is more towards the posterior rim of the Helix. Sensory – effecting the mesoderm and the ectoderm. 26. Synthesis Master Point: Behind the ear in a cleavage plane between the concha and the osseous wall General sensory, motor, and mento-emotional responses (Hearing & Cellular Metabolism) - but not of the frontal and rhino-encephalic regions. 27. Cerebral Master Point: This is actually a line running along the ridge between the parotid point and the thalamus point . For the thalamus; for nervous problems related to character but not affectivity; for infantile complexes and psycho-analytic troubles. 28. Occipital Master Point: On the anti-tragus close to it’s meeting with the tail of the anti-helix. It is very tender when clinically appropriate. Sensory and Motor dysfunction of the mesoderm. 29.Genital Master Point: There are actually two points, almost touching, on the anterior end of the anti-tragus. External genitals, tonus (energy, fatigue, and arousal), eye disorders (especially glaucoma). 30. Medullar Master Point: On the posterior edge of the helix tail positioned in direct line with master shoulder and point zero. Peripheral Nervous System (somatic, sympathetic and parasympathetic ++)
