ACTIVITY DESIGN

Project: PASIKLABAN 2009 – Barangay Salapan Fiesta: August 14, 2009 (An Anti-Drug Campaign Project of the SK Council of Salapan) Rationale:

I.

This project was conceptualized by the SK Council in light of the upcoming community feast in order to turn the attention of our community’s youth away from the consumption of drugs and intoxicating substances. Instead, with this battle of the bands, we would like to turn their interest to music, a more healthy and fruitful enterprise

II.

Objectives: 1. To encourage youth participation. 2. To provide a venue for the youth to express their musical talents.

3. To provide the community with a showcase of musical flair and talent in the upcoming feast. 4. To turn the youth away from negative influences, vices and drugs and other

intoxicating substances and instead cultivate their interest for music.
