Architectural Design Three Hundred Fifty pesos Structural Design (Php 350.00) per square Electrical Design meter of Total Construciton Mechanical Design Area Plumbing/Sanitary Design Specification Analysis Bill of Materials TOTAL COST PHP 206,325.00 DESIGN FEE INCLUSIONS: Seven (7) sets of 20x30 blueprint for city hall permit purposes. Five (5) sets of 20x30 blueprint for bidding purposes. TERMS OF PAYMENT: a. A minimum of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 25,000.00) for the downpayment. b. Upon submission of Architectural Design Preliminary Plans, Thirty percent (30%) of the fee will be requested less the downpayment. c. Upon submission of Engineering Design Plans (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing/Sanitary), Twenty Five percent (25%) of the fee will be requested. d. Upon submission of complete set of Blueprint Plans (building permit purposes/bidding purposes), Fifteen percent (15%) of the fee will be requested. e. Upon acquisition of Building Permit, Fifteen percent (15%) of the fee will be requested. c. Remaining payment shall be upon the completion of the project. Note: Remaining Fifteen percent (15%) of the Fee will be the Retention Fee. Which is divided into two (2) parts; Architect's Liability and Supervision. Supervision will be on the Construction Milestone of the Project (Identifying the References, Excavation, Rebar, Concreting and Finishing). OTHER CONDITIONS: a. The designer furnish only necessary documents required by the city hall and documents for bidding and construction, extra copy request by the owner shall be charge for extra cost. b. The designer furnish only blueprints for the drawings, original copy shall be under the property of the designer for copyright purposes.
