PRELIMINARIES A very good morning to everyone and welcome to the opening program of our “1-Day Seminar-Workshop on Action Research and Effective Communication in a Workplace”. To start, let us all stand for a prayer through an audio-visual presentation to be followed by the singing of the national anthem to be led by Ms. Sarah Jane Miasco. Thank you very much. Ladies and gentlemen Good morning to each and every one. This day, we will be having a short yet comprehensive seminar- workshop on Action Research and Effective Communication in a Workplace. This event was organized and prepared by our master teachers. Let us give a hand to them. Indeed, we are delighted to welcome each and every one and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your presence at this memorable occasion. It is indeed a pleasure to have you all today. At this juncture, to formally start our program, let us welcome Mrs. Nerissa E. Gumaoac, our Senior High School Assistant Principal II, for her opening remarks. A round of applause please!
