What is ‘free energy’? This is a slippery concept to define. There is free energy all around us. All we have to do is soak it up. Imagine a tropical island where you don’t need any clothes and the food can be picked year around, you never have to pay a utility bill. “Pay a utility bill”, now there’s a “not-free”. But if we examine it closely, we find that this is civilization as we know it. Payments and bill collectors are part of the system. You work (trade your energy) for money and trade it for the things you want. Energy is a big seller these days and smart money realized it would be, hundreds of years ago. So. they set it up so that they gathered free energy and sold it to you. Now they tell you that they have all these expenses and that’s why your bills keep going up. These smart people now gather in trillions of dollars a year, selling free energy. The free energy they sell you comes from around us. But is it really free when it costs us our life’s blood, sweat and tears? And kills our planet to boot? Most conventional energy comes to us from the sun. Solar radiant energy is available in a wide range of frequencies and spectrum. It gives this planet the energy needed to support life. This is a clean source of power when taken directly, but tends to be thin in any one location when today’s technology is applied to it. It’s also limited to daytime use.

Wind energy is a by product of solar energy warming up surface areas at different rates; causing convection currents in our atmosphere. Good clean source of power but tends to be limited because the wind varies. Putting wind generators on the “grid” is a good idea because the wind is always blowing somewhere. Man and/or animal power is a by product of solar energy. The sun supports our eco system, which provides us the food we need to work. But great as it is, man power is being put aside for free energy sources that require less effort. Plants and animals do provide several other products and “by products” that we have learned to use for power. (Alcohol, methane, etc.) But these renewable energy sources are not used to their potential, even by today’s standards, because of the ready supply of nature’s stored organic energy. Petrochemicals are a by product of solar energy. Made from squished dinosaurs and vegetation millions of years old. These BTUs were created by sunlight just the same as they are today. Of course, we are burning them and polluting our planet faster than it can recover. We don’t have to worry about running out of petrochemicals, we already know where there is enough to totally pollute the planet. At the rate we are burning it, most life will be dead by the time we run out of oil and coal. Personally, I like the idea of turning oil and coal into recyclable plastic to use as building materials and save our forests. Hydro power is also a by product of solar energy. The sun raises the

water into the atmosphere and precipitates it onto the mountains to fill the reservoirs. Of course, we flood our best farmland and natural animal habitats with many of these reservoirs but look at the swimming and boating we can do. There is geothermal power. Up to now, it has been exploited only in rare cases because we have been trying to use extremely high heat from deep in the earth. We now have a totally new option. Low Temperature Phase Change (LTPC) can create electricity from the temperatures around us. 365 days a year, day and night. Clean, inexpensive energy that can be set up anywhere. Tide power is being used but tends to be expensive and can only work where you have a tide. Then there is nuclear; we create a little bit of sun right here on earth. But it is not to be considered free; every nuclear power plant has and will cost us unreal amounts of money. This is a toy that will kill us fast or slow and will not give us a nickels worth of advantage while doing it. Then there are the various “new” technologies, out on the edge. We are learning how to extract energy from the fabric of space itself. The hazards are still mostly unknown but several technologies seem to be promising clean, inexpensive, continuous power. What most people think of as “free energy” is energy they can get to do useful work without having to pay anyone money for it. They know that it will cost money to set up the machinery or apparatus to collect, store and distribute their free energy but they expect the apparatus to save them more money 2

than it cost. It is nice if it is convenient to use too. Free energy could also be defined under the term “energy saving”. In this case an example of a free energy apparatus would be an extra layer of insulation for your hot water heater. It would save you money (energy) and pay for itself. Making efficient use of energy is always worth a very close look. I further define free energy as environmentally friendly in both the short and long term. We must be able to gather and use energy without killing ourselves. A wise person said “we don’t inherit this planet from our parents, we borrow it from our children”. So in my opinion, “Free Energy” means practical energy that doesn’t cost us money and life to produce and use. It can be figured in energy produced (Megawatts) or energy saved (Negawatts). The Energy Conserver qualifies on all three points. First, the circuits allow prime power sources to multiply their output at very little additional cost. (Megawatt) Second, the circuits allow devices to become more efficient without losing performance (Negawatt). And third, it is inexpensive, clean energy. What is ‘over-unity’? Over-unity is easy. Simply put, you get more useful energy out than you put in. This is not perpetual motion, though someday someone is likely to put two and four together and come up with something. Let’s go to your nearest light switch, how much energy did it take to flick that switch and how

much work is being done? We can ignore the apparatus (it gets paid for in the middle), the actual energy comes from the sun, we have simply harnessed it so that with minimal amounts of our energy can release large amounts of energy to do useful work. All over-unity devices (apparatus) do this. As you can see, it is not perpetual motion, just control of large amounts of energy with small amounts of energy. Properly designed sailing vessels can travel faster than the wind. How much energy is the sailor using to propel his vessel? The Germans had airships lifted by hydrogen, how much energy does the pilot use to keep his craft floating? Airships can move tons of materials thousands of miles with minimal fuel. Examples of over-unity are all around us. Generally speaking, humans look for ways to do a lot of work with minimal effort. Our whole society is based on it. People get excited about over-unity when they don’t understand the source of the energy that is being controlled. But that shouldn’t really surprise anyone; do you really think we’ve found every energy source there is? Or every way of using the energy we think we understand? Thoughts on the Laws of Thermodynamics The second law states that heat flows downhill. It means that heat energy goes from hot to cold and once it’s cold it is a low grade of heat ( called “entropy” ) not useful for anything.

But we know lots of ways of getting the low grade energy to concentrate without spending large amounts of power. Some examples include refrigeration, one heat unit of electricity can move three or more units of heat from a cooler to a warmer source. A vortex tube can take ordinary air and separate it’s hot molecules from it’s cooler ones. A magnifying glass can concentrate light/heat hundreds of times. A laser can put out several times the energy put in by simply exciting molecules and lining them up. Plasma technology puts out more energy than it takes to maintain itself. And don’t forget life forms, we concentrate low grade energy and eventually we could get squished into oil for future generations to burn. These and many more are examples of energy flowing “uphill”, sometimes in an over-unity fashion. In other words, you put in one unit of high grade energy to get three units of high grade energy, that’s over-unity. I point these things out to remind you that our current “laws” of physics are really only and always have been theories and postulants and have needed upgrading for decades. But they won’t be upgraded till someone thinks of something better and if we keep suppressing our inventors, who is going to tell us what’s better? The first law of thermodynamics is known as the law of conservation of energy. It says that energy can neither be created or destroyed, it can only be changed in form. This is a pretty good law, so if you see more energy coming out of a machine than it’s energy input, what do you do? No, you don’t cover your eyes and go screaming out of the building! No, you don’t

shoot the inventor. You look for the “new” source of energy. Comments on Perpetual Motion Perpetual motion simply means that the machine will continue moving “forever”. It doesn’t mean that the machine is over-unity. It means that it doesn’t take any input to keep it going. You realize that there is no such thing as perpetual motion or overunity, that’s what most of our teachers and scientists tell us. If we lived a few hundred years ago, we would have been told the earth was flat, people could not fly and the moon was made of green cheese. Do you think that gravity didn’t exist till Newton got conked on the head by a apple? That the world was flat till explorers sailed around it? That the moon was cheese till we landed on it? No, of course not, but remember that the vast majority of people did believe those things till they were proven otherwise. And a few people still believe them. The forces of nature are all around us in abundance. We still do not understand even a fraction of what is really going on. Every once in awhile a great mind pops up and gives us a bit more enlightenment. For example, Nikola Tesla. He “discovered” alternating current (AC), which gives us society as we know it. If everything that is done by AC was to stop today, the world would be back in the stone age in a week. He wanted to give us much more, (free energy, communications and transportation) but was suppressed and murdered. Albert Einstein said it well, “Great spirits will always find violent opposition from mediocre minds”. It is sad

that more people don’t realize that to find new ideas, you have to first imagine that they are possible! Which is of course, thinking the “impossible” is possible! I don’t claim to know how to build a perpetual motion machine but I have some thoughts on what I’d keep an eye on. In the meantime, I am certainly not one to say it’s impossible. Look at this universe that God put together, it seems to work on something close enough to perpetual motion for me. I can imagine scientists tearing their hair out and gibbering in back corners these days because they have discovered perpetual motion. They have built several motor designs that, when super cooled, simply start running all by themselves with no input. By using magnetic suspension for friction free and no wear, there is no reason that those motors couldn’t just keep spinning “forever”. There are lots of places that are cold enough in nature to operate these motors. Higher temperature superconductors are being developed all the time. I personally have seen permanent magnet motors that, when put together, simply start spinning all by themselves, with no input. Over-unity technologies exist and are being actively suppressed. I can only guess that the Powers That Be don’t want the general public to have them. With abundant free energy we wouldn’t be the dependent slaves anymore. You could produce your own homes, water, heat, light and food! You could live in areas away from “the grid”. You could live pollution free. Your cost of living would be minimal and mostly for luxuries. Your standard of living would be higher than it is now. I say again,

these technologies exist NOW and practical application is being actively suppressed for the general public. That means you! The Energy Conserver Theory “Everyone” knows that heat, light and magnetism are the effects of electrons moving (current flow). And so do I. But “everyone” also believes that electricity is consumed by the load. I will show you that it is NOT.

Let’s start with a simple example; a capacitor as the electricity source for a small light bulb (the load). We put in a switch. When the capacitor is fully charged one plate has excess electrons (negative) and one plate is electron depleted (positive). When the switch is closed, electrons flow from the negative plate to the positive plate. If you put two ammeters in the circuit, before and after the light, you would see both ammeters showing the exact same current flow. This proves that electrons (current) are not consumed by the load (light). Because they are flowing exactly the same at all points in the circuit! Is the voltage consumed by the load? Think about what the voltage source is; in our example, a capacitor. The more electrons the negative plate has in comparison 4

with the positive plate, the higher the voltage. As electrons flow from the negative to the positive, the voltage potential of the capacitor itself is reduced. Did the load consume the voltage? No way; our electrical source neutralized itself! The “resistance” of the load only controls how many electrons will move in a given time, thereby introducing a time factor that will be discussed in later books. There are other known contradictions in conventional technology that “everyone” is taught. For example, it is stated that it takes current flow in a coil to produce a magnetic field around that coil. And it is stated that for every electron that enters the wire on one end, an electron is driven out the other end, in other words, current flow is the same in all parts of the circuit at the same time. I agree with all the above statements, so we’ll take them as given. The contradiction in this example is; conventional technology also states that the energy that is fed into a coil is stored there and you get it back when you collapse the magnetic field. How can you “store” the energy when it was driven out the other end as fast as you pushed it in? If there was no current flow, there would be no magnetic field. I realize that induction effects cause the current and voltage to be 90 degrees out of phase but that is not the point here. For every electron that enters the coil, an electron leaves the other end of the coil. The induction, Counter ElectroMotive Force (CEMF), resists the change in electron flow in the coil and builds a magnetic field as it does it. The CEMF becomes the

“stored energy” (magnetic field). The CEMF is a side effect of the original electron flow. Where did the CEMF come from? Let’s postulate for now that it comes from the random electromagnetic energy around us. Used properly, it is a reliable source of free energy. I do not deny that the magnetic field is a source of stored energy but I state that it occurs as a side effect of the electron flow and did not actually “consume” any power. So why does our battery go dead? In an conventional electrical circuit, you have positive and negative plates in your battery. The positive is made up of materials that are short on electrons and the negative is made up of materials that have excess electrons (compared to each other). The conventional circuit allows electrons to go from the negative to the positive, thus depleting the negative and gorging the positive till both materials have the same amount of electrons (compared to each other). When a battery has voltage, it means that it has more electrons on one side than the other, the more this is so, the higher the voltage. When a battery has no voltage, all the electrons are still in the battery, but they are equal on both sides. When there is no voltage, you can’t have current flow and no “work” can be done. Note; most batteries use a chemical reaction to move electrons but the result is the same. If we design circuits that allow electron flow but don’t allow the battery to equalize it’s electrons, then we could keep the electrons flowing. So as per the induction example above, we could put electrons through a coil, gather

I have had “experience” with suppression myself and it made me angry. But I don’t want to dwell on that.

I don’t really see where it is such a big deal. The Powers That Be can simply invest in my technology, or others like it and make as much money as before. Suppressing these technologies benefits no one. Unlimited energy would potentially make this planet a prosperous paradise. From the Utilities point of view, they could use the EC technology to increase the output of existing prime source power plants several fold, with very little investment. This would lower their cost per Kwh dramatically, assuming they didn’t lower their rates, they would make a lot of money in “savings”. They could invest in environmentally compatible energy sources. Dennis Lee was a proponent of that type of technology. He is now (Aug./93) a political prisoner in California. The United States patent office has a policy prohibiting it from allowing a patent on a perpetual motion machine, stating that it is impossible to have perpetual motion. This policy is a case in point of what happens when you have too much government. Why make a policy against something that you believe impossible? A second irony to the situation is that the patent office already allows patents on devices that don’t work! So why would they care if a perpetual motion or an over-unity machine works or not? Their real function is simply to record the patents as the inventor applies it. If

it works or not really isn’t their job. They exist to have records on file so that the inventor can point to a specific place and say “see I invented it before you” and therefore have the manufacturing and sales rights for a given amount of time! That’s all! That’s it! In my opinion the US patent office way oversteps their function by discrimination of any patents. But then, their attitude has been strange for a long time. Charles H. Duell, director of the US Patent office in 1889, stated “everything that can be invented . . . has been invented.”. I always get a chuckle when I think of that. In reality, in our so called “free enterprise” system, the marketplace will determine the value of a patent. A patent that doesn’t work or is impractical when applied as a device, simply won’t sell. A device that is superior has a chance to take over from the existing technologies. How many people really care what happens when they flick on a light switch? Most people simply want the light to come on! And if they can get the same light for a fraction of the cost, then they would care about the savings without worrying about the “new” technology that made it

possible. Practical devices will sell and it shouldn’t be up to the patent office to determine the practicality of a device. You can believe it or not, but we live in a police state. The United States and Canada have only the illusion of “freedom”. I’d very much like you (or anyone) to prove this statement wrong for two reasons. First, I really want to be free and have the rights granted me by the original constitution. Second, If you look into the subject hard enough to prove me wrong, you’ll find that I’m right and you’ll be educated, which is my intention. I still retain the hope that we can, if enough people get together, turn our countries back into the dream held by our ancestors. The Final Secret of Free Energy For those who “understand” electricity, I seriously recommend a copy of Tom Beardon’s The Final Secret of Free Energy 1993. Box 1472, Huntsville, AL, 35807. I have nothing but praise and respect for Tom’s work. I do however have a chuckle at the title of his paper. Does Tom truly

believe his answer to free energy is the one and only final answer? Oh, well, it is a good title and is enjoying wide readership; which is the point, is it not? Tom’s answer does not describe the Energy Conserver method nor several other technologies that demonstrate free energy. But I never said I had the only answer or even the final answer. For a well rounded education, consider as many points of view as possible. For those interested in practical application of Tom’s paper, I have a couple of ideas you might try. I don’t have time to try them so you might as well. Tom’s “secret” revolves around a hypothetical (not yet designed) “collector” that has a designed “relaxation time”. No current will flow through the collector until the relaxation time is finished. In most conductors this relaxation time is very, very fast; practically light speed. Tom proposes to apply a voltage to the collector just long enough to kick in the relaxation time and then disconnect the collector from the voltage source and apply the collector across a load. He expects the “inertia” effect of the relaxation to then move actual amperage across the load. As you can see, switching times are very critical and actually impractical unless collectors can be found that allow switching in at least the nano to micro second range.

to one of it’s terminals, you will be able to read that voltage off the other terminal. By setting up two capacitors in this arrangement, you would have what I believe to be a close approximation of Tom’s collector idea. Electronic switching would be required at extremely fast speeds. I have shown the diagram as if the switches were mechanical so that you can get an idea of the electron flow. Cycle 1 has all switches up, the capacitors “relax”. Cycle 2 has all switches down, the capacitors discharge across the load.

Technology, Book 1 H.E.A.T. stands for Heat Energy Available Today and the books outline technology that will allow most people to cut their energy costs to near nothing by making use of free ambient heat energy.

Capacitors 1 & 2 will be large. I don’t know if there will be a problem with capacitor polarities. If so, then capacitors that are not polarity sensitive would have to be used.

Capacitor 3 will be extremely small, its function is to let the two sides of the circuit recognize each other. It is possible that a high resistance resistor or high inductance inductor would work better in the position of capacitor 3. If you try this circuit; keep in touch. By sharing information we can make this world a better place.

I wonder if there are capacitors already made that may qualify as “collectors”. I have noted that if you completely discharge a capacitor and then apply a voltage 14

Here are some tips to help you enjoy the current features of the Eagle-Research website (we are adding more). The login page is at https://www.eagle-research.com/cms/user Once you enter your username and password, you will be able to access your account. Once logged in, go to 'My Account' (under your name in the sidebar), then click the 'edit' tab. Change whatever information you wish and then VERY IMPORTANT... click the 'Save' button before going to another page or tab. In your account you can: 1. Personalize / update your profile (you decide what is kept private, we do NOT give out personal information). This includes changing your username, password and eMail address, etc. We prefer if YOU change your email address, to prevent ‘plishing’, (people pretending to be you). You have the option to change your shipping address when you place an order (otherwise there is no need). 2. Subscribe / unsubscribe to / from the Eagle-Research eNotices. (eNotices allow us to inform you of new products, upgrades, deals, interesting and timely news) 3. Check on your order(s) status and history. 4. Access your eBook downloads (be sure to download them before they expire). 5. The website caches the 'general public' pages for quick viewing by anyone but has to build a 'custom' page each time for logged in users.
