FEED ENDORSEMENT CERTIFICATE Subject: FEED Endorsement for project _____________________________________________

We declare that: We have read carefully all of the FEED DOCUMENTS forming part of the Enquiry Package and are satisfied with the quality, quantity and degree of detail of these FEED DOCUMENTS.

We confirm that the said FEED DOCUMENTS have been checked by ourselves and found clear of any errors, omissions, deficiencies, inaccuracies, contradictions, ambiguities and/or discrepancies of whatever nature. However, in the event, any errors, omissions, deficiencies, inaccuracies, contradictions, ambiguities and/or discrepancies are found existing in the FEED DOCUMENTS, provision has been made in our Tender for rectification of any such errors, omissions, deficiencies, inaccuracies, contradictions, ambiguities and/or discrepancies whether or not these have been formally notified to CLIENT during the Tendering period. CLIENT’s decision shall be final and binding on the rectification of any such errors, omissions, deficiencies, inaccuracies, contradictions, ambiguities and/or discrepancies. We confirm that, we therefore endorse the FEED DOCUMENTS and accept full technical and commercial responsibility associated with said FEED DOCUMENTS and thereby accept the same responsibility to CLIENT in respect of them as if we had prepared such FEED DOCUMENTS ourselves. We confirm that the said FEED DOCUMENTS together with other documents of the Form of AGREEMENT are perfectly suitable as a sound basis for submitting a lump sum bid against the subject enquiry and for subsequent execution of the WORK under the AGREEMENT without recourse to a VARIATION, and we commit ourselves not to question them at any time. We hereby waive any right of recourse, whatsoever, in respect thereof against CLIENT. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the meaning as ascribed to them in the Articles of AGREEMENT.
