I am not very happy with this service, and I am writing to ask you whether you could supply more buses at busy times of day. They also need to arrive on time. I look forward to hearing from you. Completes the majority of the task. Uses the correct genre and covers the majority, but not all, of the points specified in the task.

Text is generally easy to understand. Some errors may impede communication.
