TEACHING METHODOLOGY Motivation The students will list their favorite music (Asian/western,) music, and describe it as well as the country of origin of that music.
Students insights on how the social media affects their daily lives & what the social media contributed on their studies.
GUIDE QUESTIONS • What is the role of global media in the society? • Why is it important that this global media serves as a guardians of free speech, democracy and justice to the present society?
DISCUSSION
• Lecture-Discussion (Teacher-Student interaction) about Globalization and Media and Popular Music and Globalization according to its genre.
SYNTHESIS Group Activity: Perform a favourite song from western country or Asian country according to your choice of Genre and explain why you choose that music.
