He remained in the virtual world of dreams and failed in the first semester examinations. What went wrong?

Case Study 2 One day, Mr X went to meet his uncle who is the CEO of a Software Company and sought guidance. His uncle gave many examples from his life and taught Mr X techniques of Goal Setting. Imagine what Mr X’s uncle would have told him and make a presentation for 1 minute.

Technique Setting goals is like having a plan: Locate specifically where you are going (long term goal), Determine how many planned stops to take along the way (short-term goal), Assess how many miles to the next destination (daily goal) Know alternate routes along the way, and Help locate tourist stops en route (you should always enjoy the journey ).

Case Study 3 Mr X went back to the college fully motivated and talked enthusiastically about Goal Setting to his friends. They were not convinced and asked him “How does Goal Setting help us in Studies and Interviews?” Mr X was determined to apply Goal Setting in Studies and adopted few measures.
