Introduction  An

online portal to request the health diagnosis by performing various types of testing. This portal offers home medical testing services to avoid customer’s rush and inconvenience at the health care centre.

 This

is a web based project which provides online Laboratory services to the medical service seekers. Health Diagnostics is an online portal where user can book the test related to his body like blood, urine, skin allergy etc. He can book a single test or he can select a package in which certain number of test is included.

Problem Statement As we know, web is growing day by day. People are aware of internet and the new technologies. There are number of sites which provides number of services to the number of customers such as online marketing, online share trading, online banking, online book shop etc. As per the need of hour, my project guide advised me to develop a site to provide a web portal related to medical field. There are some objectives to be met in creating this website. The main objective is to bring all the Laboratory services on one platform. It is easily accessible by many users so I decided to design a site where user can book the different test according to the need. ➢  To bring all the Laboratory test on one platform. ➢  Medical service seeker can search for number of Test packages. ➢  User can search for desired service. ➢  Medical service seeker and provider can communicate through email
