Procedure A. Activity Pre-activity a. Drill Identify the currency symbols shown. b. Review No review given due to new lesson c. Motivation Let the students identify the following shapes shown. Ask:  Why do we need to know those shapes?  What do you think will happen if we don’t have those shapes?  How will you relate this with our topic today?

Activity Proper: Group the class into five. Each group will choose one shape that will be used for their answer later. They will pick one strip of paper for them to write in the shape they choose. Post your output after 10 minutes. B. Analysis 1. How important do these shapes in technical drawing? 2. Why do we need to wash our hands before and after doing a task in drawing? C. Abstraction Based on the responses, teacher further discuss and explain the topic/competency for this session. Ask: What are the basic symbols used in technical drawing and how to use them? D. Application Let the students identify the appropriate symbols for the a certain step or process. V.

Motivation Let the students name different kinds of charts and. Ask:  Are these charts and diagram important? Why?  What do you think will happen if we don’t have those charts and diagram?

Is gender important in interpreting plans and drawings? What is the right and legal age to work? How will you relate this with our topic today?

A. Activity Group the class into four. Each group will write the steps on the different task assigned to them. After 10 minutes, they need to present their work in front by a presenter. A. Analysis 1. Is there any way to present the steps easier? How? 2. How will you check the accuracy of the process? 3. How will you improve the way your answers presented? B. How will you interpret the symbols used in flow charting? How to create a flow chart that depicts a simple scenario? C.
