3. Measurement of Labyrinth clearance 1. Set upper and lower labyrinth on diaphragm. (上下のラビリンスを下側へ組込み)

2.Measure and record inside diameter of labyrinth using inside micrometer. (two place measurement) (インサイドマイクロで2箇所測定)

Check the allowable clearance on “Clearance List” (クリアランスリストによる)

4. Assembly of rotor and inner casing. 1. Set rotor on labyrinth correctly (ラビリンスとインペラを合わせる)

2. Use guide bolt

3.Confirm no discrepancy (食い違いの確認)

5.Installation of inner casing 1. Set guide rail

2.Hook up inner casing horizontally (水平に吊る)

4.Install casing using Special tool 3.Set inner casing on guide rail (ガイドレールとインナーケースを合わせる) (押込み冶具のセット)

5.Installation of inner casing 1.After install inner casing to balance labyrinth position, lift up the shaft a little. (バランスラビリンスまで押し込んだら シャフトを少し吊り上げる)

2.Check position of the inner casing (インナーケースと外ケースの 半割れ位置合わせる)

6. Assembly head flange casing. 1. Set guide bolt 2. Lift up head flange using special tool. (ヘットフランジ専用吊り具の使用)

3. Assemble head flange using fastening bolts and check head flange installed correctly (締付けナットを使用平均に押しこむ)

6. Assembly head flange casing. 4. Jack up shaft and set gas seal labyrinth

7.Assembly of DRY GAS SEAL 1. Measure rotor and casing position (ローター位置寸法確認)

2. Check thrust ring position (固定ビンの位置合わせ)

5.Set of dial gauge. Check no rotor movement (ダイヤルゲージをセットしてローター の移動のない事) 6.Install dry gas seal using special tool (押込み冶具を使用して平均に押し込む)

7.Assembly of DRY GAS SEAL 7.After install dry gas seal disassemble installation plate (組込みプレートの取外し)

8.Set dry gas seal fixing parts. (ドライガスシール固定用部品の組込み)

7.Assembly of DRY GAS SEAL 9. Completion of dry gas seal assembly (組込み完了) 10. Set opposite side dry gas seal according to same procedure (反対側も同様の組込みを行なう)

8. Oil seal labyrinth 1.Set oil seal labyrinth and check match mark!

9.Assembly of Coupling HUB 1. Set special tool for hydro fitting of coupling hub

9.Assembly of Coupling HUB 2. Check no damage on shaft surface and inside of coupling hub with hand touch. (シャフトに傷等ないか手で触って確認)

3. Repair by whetstone if necessary (砥石で仕上げる)

5. Mount HUB on rotor Check match mark! (ハブとシャフトの合いマークを合わせ組付け)

6. Check dimension after installation (取りつけ後の寸法確認) Outside diameter

8. Set oil pressure gauge and dial gauge. (押し込み冶具とダイヤルゲージの組付け) 9. Install hub Check position with dial gauge (ダイヤルゲージの数値を確認しながら 指定数値まで押し込み)

9.Assembly of Coupling HUB 10.Check of dimension after install (指定押し込み量後外形変形量の確認) (1)Keep pressure on pushing side (2)Release pressure on expanding side (1)押し込み側圧力は、其のままキープする (2)拡大側圧力は、“0” とする

9.Assembly of Coupling HUB 11.After one hour, measure outer diameter of hub. (1時間後外径変形値の測定)

Confirmation  ①Outside diameter ②Amount of pushing. 12.After removing jig, check actual axial thrust movement (ジグを取外し押し込み量の確認)

9.Assembly of Coupling HUB 13.Lock nut shall be tightened by jig (専用工具を使用してナットを締め付ける)

14. Tight lock bolts (専用冶具を使用してナットを締付ける)

10. Bearing 1. Measure bearing interference

2. Put Lead wire (Dia=0.36mm L= 40mm) on upper bearing housing. (鉛線を背面に取り付ける) 3. Install stainless steel liner (Thickness 0.2 to 0.3 mm thickness) (0.2~0.3㎜のライナーを入れる)

(2) Measuring of Bearing Clearance.

Fix three lead wires on the shaft equally spaced with grease within the pad width. The diameter of lead wire is 0.36mm and its Length will be a oneone-fourth of perimeter.

Tighten the set screw and adjust to make the clearance between the tip of special Bolt and the bottom of pad to 1.01.0-2.0mm. (セットボルトとパットの隙間は、1.0 ~2.0  セットボルトとパットの隙間は、1.0~ 2.0 mmとする mmとする))

Install the bearing cap and tighten it. Firstly fix with knock bolt, then tighten the set bolts. Refer to the relevant page for the tightening. Confirmation of position (位置ずれの確認) 位置ずれの確認)

12. Center tube 10-1. Assembly for center tube ※The one to confirm coupling assembly drawing. (カップリング図面の確認)

The diaphragm is set to the respect of guard. (ダイヤフラム面とガード面を合わせる)

The suitable mark of the hub and guard. (ハブとガードの合いマークを合わせる) ハブとガードの合いマークを合わせる)
