Greetings! I am writing to your good office to file a complain regarding the disturbance caused by Ms. Jocelyn Butardo last January 4, 2020 (Saturday) at Basketball Court Zone 2, Barangay Maningning. It was during the mid-break before the 2nd game of the open basketball league conducted by the Sangguniang Kabataan when Ms. Jocelyn went to the basketball court and shouted so loud that everyone in the crowd noticed her. She went to the stage and stomp the basketball scoreboard. She was accompanied then by Ms. Nene Musico. After the incident, they left. Hence, she even managed to come back again, and walk and stand at the center of the basketball court which causes our on-going game to pause for a while. She said “Where’s my son?” walk around the court for around 5 minutes and then she walks away. I believe that Ms. Jocelyn Butardo was under the influence of alcohol during that time and that her actions are scandalous and disturbing to the public.
