RIKKI the RED PANDA
This pattern was inspired by Lalylala’s patterns that you can find here :

PLEASE NOTE
that this is an add-on to Lalylala’s pattern ROCO the raccoon and that you must buy it to get the complete pattern.
Instead of ROCO the raccoon’s material, you will need -a 5mm crochet hook - 3 orange wool balls adapted to a 6-7mm crochet jook (to make very thigh rows), I used phildar partner 6 vermillon - 1 black wool ball in the same size, I used phildar partner 6 noir - 1 white wool ball in the same size, I used phildar partner 6 blanc - 1 brown wool ball in the same size, I used phildar partner 6 chataigne - 2 security eyes of 10mm diametre et 1 security nose of 10 mm -stuffing
Following the instructions for ROCO the raccoon, please add those modifications:

For the head: o
Place safety eyes between rows 17 and 18, they have to be separated by the space between 2 decrease

Place safety nose between rows 19 and 20, it has to be in the middle of the eyes
For the hoodie : o
Rows 1-23 in orange
o
Rows 24-25 in brown

Rows 1-18 in black

Rows 19-20 in brown

For the body : o

For the hands and arms : o
Rows 1-8 in white

Crochet 2 white ovals

Join with brown yarn
For the tail : o
Rows 1-5 in orange

For the bow tie : o
Make a chain of 25 stitches + 1 to turn in black yarn
o
Continue with 8 rows in sc + ch1 to turn at the end of each row
o
Close with a slip stitch, keep about 15cm yarn tail to sew the sides of this crocheted rectangle
o
Make a chain of 8 stiches + 1 to turn in black yarn
o
Continue with 3 rows in sc + ch1 to turn at the end of each row
o
Close with a slip stitch, keep about 15cm yarn tail
o
Wrap the small rectangle around the bigger crocheted ring and sew it closed
o
You can sew the bow tie to RIKKI’s neck or insert asafety pin or a ribbon in the back of the center part of the bow tie to make it removable.
