• Once workflow is launched, changing deliverables or assignments will not be transferred to workflow. • Utilize Group or Resource Pool assignments right in schedule manager

• Complete workflow in Active workspace, Rich or Thin Client, system automated updates to schedule plan • Use Manual Launch workflows sparingly, it is primarily designed as a quick way to re-launch failed processes.
