H_LUMAJANG_01 currently using setting of radioLinkTimeout 10/12/12, RLT = 10, ARLT = 12, AHRLT =12 We tried to reduce the setting to value 6/7/7, RLT = 6, ARLT = 7, AHRLT = 7. NCR for this changes attached. Implemented at 28 Nov 2011 18:00. During implemenation we found that there has been swapped SdDrop Profile between SdDropRF and SdDropAif, meanwhile SdDropRate is maintained. These Profile swapped also inline with Bsc CC swap between CC-17 and CC104 at CIPHERING Phase and CONVERSATION Phase.

Reduce setting of RLT was not favorable to DropCallRate. After implementation RLT to 6/7/7, TchDropRf increased and DCR was degraded Previous setting of RLT have been revert back to 10/12/12 at 2 Des 2011 05:00

At Ciphering Phase there has been swapped CC between CC-17 (CONN_FAIL_RAD_LINK_FAIL) and CC-104 (AIV_TIMEOUT), which was inline with SdDrop Profile happened. At Conversation Phase, there has been swapped CC between CC-17 (CONN_FAIL_RAD_LINK_FAIL) and CC-104 (AIV_TIMEOUT), which was inline with SdDrop Profile happened.
