WARLINA BERNARTE, a big round of applause. JO: With an equal counterpart to the success of this celebration, let us give a pounding applause to the groom’s parents, Mr. FIDEL and Mrs. CECILIA TADO, a round of applause please.

RECOGNITION OF PRINCIPAL SPONSORS JO: They are not just gift givers and well-wishers. They are chosen for some reason. RON: They are the persons whom our couple can confide. And as an old adage says, sa panahon ng pangangailangan, RON & JO: ninong at ninang ang syang maaasahan. Give it up for the ever supportive and ever generous ninongs and ninangs!

WEDDING TRADITIONS RON: Wedding rights or wedding traditions are embedded in our culture already. JO: And a wedding celebration could not be made complete without these. CAKE CUTTING RON: To start with, may I now request the couple to proceed to the cake’s table. Ladies and gentlemen, please direct your attention to the cake cutting tradition. JO: The husband and the wife will put their hands together to slice the cake. The two hands moving as one with one purpose, symbolizes that the two will work in unity to reach their common goals for their shared future and their life together as couple.
