Installation
1- Ensure pre labelling of RRU optical, RRU power & RF Jumper cables first. 2- Team Finish WIP check report using Site Manager. 3- Ensure Working in allowed area. 4- Ensure Team follow Site Design and Installation Standard Subcon Team 5- Any misunderstanding , question about solution, work etc Leader contact ZTE Engineer. 6- Any exception from design and site standards must take written approval from ZTE before process installation. 7- Report any incident from Site.

1- Subcon Do Power on Commissioning, and integration of Commissioning Integration equipments. and CA 2- Check with OMC that there is no Alarm. 3- Ensure no cross fiber connection among sectors.

1- Team leader do Quality Self check using ZTE Site Manager after all work complete. Subcon After Finish Installation & 2- Team leader coordinate with ZTE EPMS Review team to make Engineer/Team CA sure self check accepted. Leader 3- Without Self check completed , Team not allowed to leave Site.

- Push through the fiber cable inside the metal conduit until the required length

Installation position of GPS antenna as per standard design. GPS shall be fixed at 300mm distance from tower. Fixing of GPS surge arrester in GPS panel shall be tight. GPS antenna shall be fixed with bracket firmly. Both end connectors of 1/4"feeder cable shall be made perfect as per standard process. Hot Shrinkable tube/insulation tape should be installed on connectors. ¼” feeder cable must be grounded near the feeder window of the equipment room, grounding clip must be connected to ground bar reliably, the direction of grounding clip wire shall be towards ground bar. Position of a cable where a grounding clamp is applied must be processed with the “1-3-3” water-proof measure, that is, one-layer insulating adhesive tape, three-layer waterproof adhesive tape, and three-layer ultraviolet-proof adhesive tape.
