internet etc.  Influenced by pitch, volume, speed and clarity

b) Written Communication  Signs and symbols are used to communicate  Printed or handwritten form  Transmitted via letter, email, report or memo.  Influenced by vocabulary and grammar used

Disadvantages of Written Communication  Useless for illiterate person  Lack of flexibility
