We are told the State Recorders office is the Constitutionally recognized recorder for your state and this is where it must be done. AFTER RECORDING GO TO SECRETARY OF STATE AND GET IT AUTHENTICATED/CERTIFIED. COAT OF ARMS: When you sign you sign on the right hand side, with your family coat of arms on the right of your name and i put my right thumb print in red as well. if you do not have a coat of Arms then google and make one for yourself. you will use it the size of a passport picture. PICTURE: put a picture, the size of a passport picture up on the right corner of the affidavits for your identification, we found this was something we thought would show better for clarification. PREPARE FOR A FILING FEE/SEE WHAT YOUR STATE RECORDER WILL CHARGE AND WHAT THEY CHARGE TO AUTHENTICATE AT THE SOS. Also, if you go to get a state ID or DL they demand SS#, but we have had experience that one went and got a letter from SS to say they cannot get a SS# for DL or ID as they cannot require it to get one. Unless you send your Drivers License back, rescind your signature on the application from wayyyyyy back, you are still in the system under the old SS#. so, it is not an easy task.
