LTD H/O AT B-23, SECOND FLOOR, SHIVALIK MALVIYA NAGAR,DELHI-110017 Sir, Under instructions received from and on behalf my client Sh.Girish Chandra Joshi S/o Sh.Chuttan Lal Gupta R/o 3446, third floor, Shop No.1, Bajrang Bali Street, Chawri Bazar, Delhi-110006, do hereby serve you with the legal notice of following facts:1.
That my client is working in your above said company on the post of Business Develop Manager from 1 November 2018 and attaining a salary of 50,000 /- per month via company account to bank transfer.

That the abovesaid shop is closed for about 12 years and you are not regularly working from the abovesaid shop and you occasionally came to the shop. Lastly you paid the rent from 02.11.2011 to 31.03.2012 i.e. about 18 month rent. Thereafter it was decided that the rent will be enhanced after this period but you have not paid/tender any rent from 01.04.2012 to till date, infact last about three years, you have even not close your shop and it is lying locked. Hence, the present notice.

That you have neither paid the rent for about last three years and you have lying your shop locked, it shows that you have some ulterior motive for doing these activities. I, therefore, through this legal notice call upon you to pay the arrears of rent from 01.04.2012 to till date within 15 days of
