Most of the time this week I use for training myself on speaking in front of mirror and crafting my first public speaking presentation. But in some day when the inspiration didn’t come, I only spend my time procrastinating. In the next week, I will use that procrastinating time to searching for references instead of not doing anything. WHAT WAS THE BIGGEST LESSON YOU LEARNED THIS WEEK?
The biggest lesson I learned this week is when you do the thing that scares you for the first time, it’s really a challenging thing to do. But, when you actually done it, it will be a lot easier because you just level up yourself.
Put your 2 hours every weekend for a weekly reflection session. You won’t get any free time if you are not making it. So, it is important to book the session up before you actually forget it.
