Bad Practices :
Loss of productivity caused by high turnover among factory workers (Increasing inexperienced workers).
Increased inventory(idle machinery, additional workers)
Forecasting was not so efficient(Anthony Fasano)
Large outlay of cash for inventory added cost.
RECOMMENDATIONS Emphasize on good labor relations. Providing training opportunities to help unskilled workers. High tech tools and increased productivity had made the plant highly efficient. Components generated and carefully coordinated to minimize WIP inventory.
