Pre-inyección y inyección principal Para tener inyección, la bobina magnética del inyector recibe del módulo una frecuencia de picos de alta tensión eléctrica de ( 40 - 90 V) y la corriente eléctrica cerca de (10 -25 A ) amperios de acuerdo con la aplicación.

La responsabilidad de generar esos valores de tensión son de los condensadores que están dentro de la unidad de mando. La unidad de mando se sobrecalienta debido a la carga y descarga de los condensadores, por eso el módulo debe fijarse aun local que produce mejor refrigeración en el motor. Atención. Inyectores Common Rail CRI y CRIN Fijar el inyector en el soporte de desmontaje y tensionar el resorte con la herramienta, esto significa 700 newtons de tensión en la cúpula del inyector. Cuando girar la tuerca el torque no puede ultrapasar 150 Nm, si ultrapasar el inyector no puede ser reparado.

Remover la tuerca, tobera, buje guia, los pin guias, la arandela de ajuste, resorte y arandela de ajuste.

Poner la arandela de ajuste, resorte, buje guía, los pin guías, tobera y la tuerca en el cuerpo del inyector.

Fijar el inyector en el soporte de desmontaje y montaje tensionar el resorte con la herramienta, esto significa 700 newtons de tensión en la cúpula del inyector.
