JHS STUDENT ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL
Dear Ma’am/Sir, Greetings! We would like to request the approval of our proposed activity and the use of two (2) classrooms, specifically the Grade Seven Sapphire and Topaz Rooms, for the upcoming 32nd foundation week.
ML Tournament OBJECTIVES a) To promote sportsmanship through the utilization of mobile games. b) To help improve the beautification of the school. c) To improve the enjoyment of the students during the foundation week. d) Lastly, to promote teamwork and camaraderie. MATERIALS (to the participants) 1) Cellular Phone (per participant) 2) Mobile data or Pocket wifi. (to the school) 3) Projector MECHANICS 1) Upon registration, the team should present their I.D.’s, to confirm that they are Junior Highschool Students along with the registration fee of Fifty Pesos per Participant. 2) Per team should consist of five (5) members. Only Junior Highschool Students are allowed to join the Tournament. There are no age limits. Anyone is free to join the tournament. 3) A team is free to choose his/her teammates from Grade Seven to Grade Ten. 4) The Student Administrative Council will only accept eight (8) entries or teams to join the match. 5) Registration fee will be used for the award and beautification of the school.
