Chapter 1: The Science Of Discovering Your True Potential And Life ’ s Mission

Numerology: A History Numerology, simply put, is the study of numbers and their importance and influence on our lives. Those who practice and believe in numerology consider it to be a mathematically accurate way to divine one’s future, one’s character, lucky numbers, past lives, and so much more, based on important numbers in one’s life. The practice of Numerology has been around since mathematics was discovered, and around the 6th century, the Pythagoreans were some of the first people to promote the idea of numbers carrying significance spiritually instead of only being mathematical symbols. It is not uncommon for people and cultures to attribute a certain meaning or association with numbers – seven is considered lucky for many, while thirteen often spells bad luck – and this idea goes back millennia. Numerology simply uses that premise and takes it a step further. When practicing Numerology, regardless of the kind – which we will delve further into in the following chapter – it is important to remember that these numbers are metaphysical. They correlate with the alphabet, with planets, with chakras and Tarot, with crystals and colors, and music – this is why so much can be discovered by studying one’s personal chart! There are three main forms of Numerology, Pythagorean (or Western), Chaldean, and Kabbalistic, though New Kabbalic, Chinese, and Abracadabra’s Numerology are also used. The next chapter will discuss each of these in-depth – their history, their usage, etc. For now, it is simply important to remember that regardless of which form of Numerology you decide to practice with, that you stick with that specific one. The difference

between the various forms could just lead to more confusion if you are trying to work with or learn more than just one, especially when first starting out.

Exploring the Metaphysical Nature of Numbers and Their Vibrations The main numbers that Numerology concerns itself with are 1 through 9, along with the Master Numbers 11 and 22. These three numbers are of significance because they point to having extra strengths along with extra challenges. Each number has its own vibrations, its own energy that harmonizes – or does not – with certain aspects like colors, music, chakras, crystals, life choices, etc. These vibrations will be discussed in more depth in Chapter 6 relating to one’s Birth Date Number. But simply put, each number has its own vibration, just like every color, every crystal or gemstone, etc. Numerologists consider numbers to be metaphysical. The idea of metaphysics is that abstract concepts like cause, being, time, knowing, substance, and space are a philosophical branch that is rooted in truth. Since Numerology is used to divine a plethora of information, it only makes sense that numbers are considered metaphysical, as they give insight into those abstract questions.

Benefits of Personal Numerology Numerology has a host of useful benefits that you can incorporate into your daily life. Numerology can help you understand characteristics, compatibilities, life changes, interests, and more. Personal Characteristics Numerology can help you uncover or better understand your personal traits, most commonly by using something called a Personality Number. We will cover this in great detail in Chapter 7, but for now, it suffices to know that one’s Personality Number is one of the core numbers (i.e., Life Path Number, Expression Number, Birth Day Number, etc.) and shows how others initially view you along with projected characteristics. Compatibility and Interests Chapter 9 is entirely dedicated to relationship compatibility, but that is not the only form of compatibility that numerology can help you with. Compatibility with certain jobs and businesses can help one to avoid unhappiness or wasted time in a career or job that will not satisfy in the long term as it is not compatible with you. The Birth Number is typically used to do this. Your core numbers, particularly your Life Path Number, can help you determine the kinds of things you would enjoy and/ or be good at. Life Changes Numerology is able to reveal circumstances and events that are likely to happen in your life based on your core numbers. Using this information can be beneficial for preparing for those major (or minor) life events, giving yourself a better chance for success or a positive outcome along the way. The same can be said for decreasing the likelihood of something happening as well.

Using your Life Path and Power numbers along with taking your 3 life period cycles, pinnacles, personal years, transit energies, and challenges into account, you can make better, more informed decisions regarding the choices in your life that lead to these minor or major changes. Forewarned is forearmed as they say.

Numerology Associations – Colors We discussed vibrations in the previous section, and there are colors that harmonize on a vibrational level with certain numbers. For this reason, you should pay attention to those feelings and dress appropriately because that energy and those vibrations could positively affect your day and allow you to achieve goals that you might otherwise wouldn’t.

Numerology Associations – Crystals Crystals are powerful tools that hold their own energy – the same as every other living thing on earth. Certain crystals, just like certain colors, harmonize well with the vibrations of certain numbers – most commonly, one’s Life Path Number. Since crystals use emotional, physical, and mental properties to heal and give energy, combining them with your Life Path Number can have powerful results. We will discuss how to find your own Life Path Number in a later chapter. For now, we will just list a few gemstones and crystals that correlate with each number 1 through 9. 1. Garnet, aquamarine, obsidian, turquoise, sapphire 2. Smokey quartz, rutilated quartz, tanzanite, tourmaline 3. Amazonite, amber, amethyst, diamond, pyrite, blue topaz 4. Numerology Associations – Tarot Tarot, or Tarot readings, is a divinatory method done with a deck of typically 78 cards. 56 of those cards are called the Minor Arcana, while the remaining 22 are the Major Arcana. There are hundreds of different decks to choose from, the most common being the Ryder-Wait Tarot. These readings are done to determine possible outcomes, take stock of influences on events, people, or both at the same time, depending on the question being posed to the cards. They are not necessarily there to ‘tell the future’ in the traditional sense but are used to make decisions when the paths seem unclear. The Minor Arcana The Minor Arcana are used to understand the physical world and are divided into 4 categories called suits – Wands, Swords, Cups, and Pentacles. Wands correspond to will, Swords correspond to the intellect, Cups correspond to emotion, and Pentacles corresponds to material things or the material world. The suit cards are numbered from 1 through 10 and have an element attached to them – Earth, Air, Fire, or Water. Wands are connected to Fire, Swords to Air, Cups to Water, and Pentacles to Earth. These 4 suits, relating to their respective correspondences, can be used to gain information and insight into particular questions. So knowing how the cards interact with their numbers is a great way to gain tremendous insights about you. The Major Arcana These cards depict major life moments and are considered archetypal. This means that not only do they have a more profound meaning than the suit cards, they also carry a psychic meaning as well. These 22 cards are numbered, just as the suit cards are, only these are 0 through 21. If one looks at the cards like a storybook, reading them through in order, one will find

one’s journey from childhood (The Fool) to enlightenment (The World).

The Importance of Numbers in Tarot Since both the Major and Minor Arcana are numbered, it is important to take into consideration the meaning of the card and the number, as there are 5 cards that correspond with the numbers 1 through 10. Even though all 5 cards may be numbered 4, their meanings can vary drastically depending on the card itself, though it is common that the underlying message will ring true through all the cards. For example, the number 1 relates to the Ace of Pentacles, the Ace of Cups, the Ace of Swords, the Ace of Wands, and the Magician. All of these cards have different meanings, but through all of them, the message of ‘new beginnings’ carries throughout. Numerology Associations – Music You might be unsure of how numbers and music go together, but they do! Even some famous composers you have likely heard of have combined numbers and music. Some of Plato’s manuscripts have even been discovered to contain musicomathematical symbology. Plato did this by dividing an octave into 12 pitches. When his entire text was divided by 12, it was found that there were ‘positive concepts’ associated with intervals of Pythagoras’s scale that were harmonious along with dissonant intervals that held ‘negative concepts’. You are probably wondering why this was important, and the answer is fairly simple. Plato believed that the universe was ruled by numbers, not gods, which led him to start Pythagorean Numerology in the first place. In Plato’s time and according to the Greeks, his work would be classified as a musical, scientific arcana. This was important because it meant that one could find a deeper meaning in his texts if one was able to decipher its code. Famous composers like Schumann, Bach, Schoenberg, Peter Maxwell Davies, Berg, and a plethora of other musicians incorporated numbers into their music – 12’s were popular, as were 23’s. Some even using magical squares to give their music deeper meaning.

Numerology Associations – Planets in Astrology Astrology is the belief that one can gather information from studying planetary movements and positions, particularly those that were in play on the date and time of your birth (if the information is relating to you, obviously). Loosely put, Astrology is the study of the planets and their movements – but like with Numerology, there are many facets to this practice. The Sun affects one’s identity and life, the Moon affects one’s security and emotion, Mercury affects communication and intellect, Venus affects relationships and desire, Mars affects action and motivation, Jupiter affects abundance and luck, Saturn affects limitations and lessons, Uranus affects rebellion and change, Neptune affects fantasy and hope, and Pluto affects transformation and power. Your Zodiac sign determines your main characteristics, otherwise known as your sun sign, but that does not mean that is the only Zodiac sign in your Astrology chart. Each of us is a combination of multiple Zodiacs, with planets in different Houses, each of which influences us differently. The most commonly used numbers in Astrology are 1 through 9, and there are 9 planets in our solar system, each corresponding to one of these numbers. People born on particular days are ruled by particular planets and Zodiacs. Now, these 9 digits should sound familiar, because they are the core numbers used in Numerology as well. Number one The Sun Birthday of any month: 28, 19, 10, and 1

Planetary ruler of Leo Number two The Moon Birthday of any month: 29, 20, 11, and 2 Planetary ruler of Cancer Number three Jupiter Birthday of any month: 30, 21, 12, and 3 Planetary ruler of Sagittarius and Pisces Number four Uranus Birthday of any month: 31, 22, 13, and 4 Number five Mercury Birthday of any month: 23, 14, and 5 Planetary ruler of Virgo and Gemini Number six Venus Birthday of any month: 24, 15, and 6 Planetary ruler of Libra and Taurus Number seven Neptune Birthday of any month: 25, 16, and 7 Planetary ruler of Cancer Number eight Saturn Birthday of any month: 26, 17, and 8 Planetary ruler of Aquarius, Capricorn, and Libra

Number nine Mars Birthday of any month: 27, 18, and 9 Planetary ruler of Scorpio and Aires Astrology and Numerology are inherently linked, as a number of calculations go into reading one’s Astrology chart, along with the simple fact that numbers are in nearly every aspect of life.

Numerology Associations – Chakras The human body has 7 Chakras that house the spiritual energy of the body. These 7 Chakras are at the crown of your head, your neck, and down your spine. From top to bottom they are the Crown Chakra, the Third Eye Chakra, the Throat Chakra, the Heart Chakra, the Solar Plexus Chakra, the Sacral Chakra, and the Root Chakra. Each Chakra has a Numerology number that corresponds with it and gives more insight to the Chakra, its purpose alone and in combination with the other Chakras. One: Root Chakra Traditional name: Mooladhar Color: red Major Arcana Cards: the Emperor, the Devil, the World Planet: Saturn Zodiacs: Aquarius and Capricorn Two: Naval Chakra Traditional name: Swadhisthana Color: orange Major Arcana Cards: the High Priestess, the Empress Planet: Jupiter Zodiacs: Pieces and Sagittarius Three: Solar Plexus Chakra Traditional name: Manipura Color: yellow Major Arcana Cards: the Chariot, the Tower, the Sun Planet: Mars Zodiacs: Aries and Scorpio

Four: Heart Chakra Traditional name: Anahata Color: green Major Arcana Cards: the Lovers, Justice, Strength, Temperance Planet: Venus Zodiacs: Taurus and Libra Five: Throat Chakra Traditional name: Vishuddhi Color: blue Major Arcana Cards: the Magician, the Hierophant, the Wheel of Fortune Planet: Mercury Zodiacs: Gemini and Virgo Six: Third Eye Chakra Traditional name: Ajna Color: indigo Major Arcana Cards: the Moon, the High Priestess, the Hermit Planet: Moon and Sun Zodiacs: Cancer and Leo Seven: Crown Chakra Traditional name: Sahasrara Color: violet Major Arcana Cards: the Hanged Man, the Star, the Fool, Judgement You may have noticed that the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) does not have a planetary assignment or Zodiacs. This is because this Chakra is considered the Divine Bliss State, where nothing else is required.

Chapter 2: The Universal Truth Of Numbers As we touched on in Chapter 1, there are various forms of Numerology. Here we will dive into each type, starting with the three main forms.

Western or Pythagorean Numerology This form of Numerology is by far the most popular and widely used one and was created by the Greek metaphysician, astrologer, musician, and mathematician, Pythagoras, in the 6th century. It is unclear if Pythagoras is the actual founder of Numerology or if he was simply one of the first to practice it and spread its message to his students, but regardless, he used Numerology to predict events, divine individuals’ fates, and much more. Pythagoras taught that every planet corresponded to a specific sound, which he represented with specific numbers. He believed that classifications – extrovert or introvert, female or male, ugly, or beautiful – were aspects that could be used to describe numbers. The process of using Pythagorean Numerology involves assigning the nine basic numbers (1 through 9) to the Greek alphabet. Pythagoreans believe that all numbers simply repeat themselves. Once you get to 10, you would add 1 + 0 and end up at 1 again. The same is true for any compound number (that is not one of the two master numbers) as they all can be reduced down to a onedigit number. The meanings behind the basics numbers in Pythagorean Numerology can be found below. 1. Creation 2. All-knowing 3. Creativity 4. Stability and strength 5. Unpredictable, energetic, dynamic 6. Caring, motherhood

7. Thinking, seeking 8. Balance, power 9. Idealism in life’s main principle In Pythagoras’ form of Numerology, there are two kinds of vibrations, basic and master. The numbers 1 – 9 possess basic vibrations, and so do almost every double-digit number that is reduced down to a single-digit number. There are only two master vibration numbers, 11 and 22, which are never added together to produce a single-digit number. These master numbers represent the karma that determines a person’s failure or success in their current life. Both the basic and master numbers have positive and negative attributes, as with everything in life. Along with master numbers, there are also the karmic debt numbers – 19, 16, 14, and 13. According to Pythagoras and his followers these numbers represent the outcomes of actions done during previous lives that were bad enough to generate a karmic dept that was carried over into the next life. These karmic numbers will be discussed in more detail in Chapter 7 when we delve into the vibration of your name. It is common to use both one’s date of birth and name for divining with Western Numerology, and like with Chaldean, which we will touch on later in this chapter, the correlations between those numbers are explored. Similar to karmic debt numbers, each number has both positive and negative energy attached to it. This is important to note because people often inquire if they are compatible with a lover, a friend, family members, and even coworkers. When analyzing each number, it is important to keep both aspects in mind because even if two people’s life path numbers should be copasetic,

it is possible that they still will not get along. This is because one person could be bringing out negative energy in the other’s number. To combat this, one simply needs to be aware of the expectations they have set for the other person. Pythagorean Numerology uses aspects like your soul urge number, life path number, personality number, Pythagorean arrows, name number, expression number, and maturity number to determine an individual’s destiny. We will discuss each of these aspects in further detail throughout this book, along with teaching you how to find each of these numbers yourself! For now, all you need to know is that the basis of Pythagorean Numerology starts with 6 primary numbers – 3 from your name and 3 from your birthday. These 6 numbers are called the 6 vibrations and are the life path number, the birthday number, the first impression number, the inner soul or vowels’ number, the character or consonants number, and the expression number.

Kabbalah Numerology This is the form of Numerology that is typically used when interpreting names and is almost as popular as Pythagorean/ Western Numerology. Kabbalah Numerology originated with Hebrew mysticism. It used the Hebrew alphabet and their 22 vibrations to divine information but was later adapted to Greek and Roman alphabets as well. The 10 different energies that are used to perform calculations in Kabbalah are Malkuth, Yesod, Hod, Netzach, Taphareth, Geburah, Chesed, Binah, Chokhmah, and Kether. The term stems from 13th-century Kabbalists who thought that the Old Testament was a secret code that had been inspired by God, and they were using Numerology to decode it – hence the term Kabbalah Numerology. The Kabbalah also played a large part in occult practices, like Tarot reading. Interestingly enough, there are 22 letters in the Hebrew alphabet and 22 Major Arcana cards, and they seem to correlate and give deeper insight to each other, as all 22 of the Major Arcana cards are specifically numbered. With other forms of Numerology, like Pythagorean and Chaldean, for example, one needs to know not only their name but their birth date, birth time, etc. With Kabbalah Numerology, the only thing needed is a person’s name. This is, of course, easier, but leads some practitioners to think that it is not as efficient as it cannot give you the same depth of information since one is only drawing from the name. There are important aspects that a birth date, time, etc. can uncover, so without having those extra numbers, we lack that extra information. As with Pythagorean Numerology, each letter of the alphabet is associated

with a number. But these numbers simply help you to find a base numerical value. Kabbalah has over 400 path numbers, which makes it a hefty task to determine the correct Kabbalah number for individuals if you are going to delve into all the different pathways. Many choose to focus on the common numbers for this reason. To determine your Kabbalah number, you must: Translate the letters of your name (first name, middle name, and last name included) by using the translated Hebrew alphabet. 1: A, J, S 2: B, K, T 3: C, L, U 4: D, M, V 5: E, N, W 6: F, O, X 7: G, P, Y 8: H, Q, Z 9: I, R Add all of these numbers together Divide this sum by 9 Then add 1 to the remainder of the result of the previous step: this number is your personal Kabbalah number Let us walk through an example together. Say that your name adds up to 44. You would do the following: 44 / 9 = 4.8 8 is the remainder.

8+1=9 9 is your Kabbalah number. If you have a number that is evenly divided by 9, say 36, for example, you would simply view the number like 36.0, add 1 to 0, which would give you a Kabbalah number of 1. Kabbalah numbers 1 through 9 and their meanings: 1. Development 2. Magnification 3. Affection 4. Unsuccessful 5. Genesis 6. Implementation 7. Mysticism 8. Impulsiveness 9. Luck Even though different forms of Numerology translate their alphabet into numerical digits, they do not translate with the same meaning or even the same letter/ number matchup. With Pythagorean Numerology, we can see that since 9 is included, everything after the first initial 8 letters/ numbers is thrown off.

New Kabbalah Numerology This form of Kabbalah Numerology stemmed from the translation of the Roman alphabet. As the original form, this new form uses one’s name instead of the birthday and uses Pythagorean processes to determine dates. This is because the New Kabbalah Numerology focuses more on life events than a person’s character. Luria created a theosophical system that he and his followers believed promoted an economy of dialog, thought, and criticism that simultaneously provided a full account of humanity’s role in the world in a way that was spiritually, morally, and intellectually vital for us. This brought about the birth of New Kabbalah. The purpose of the New Kabbalah is to develop or further develop the psychological and philosophical importance of ideas and symbols that are inherently Kabbalistic. Unlike many other forms of Numerology, the New Kabbalah uses a mix of Hinduism, Platonism, Buddhism, Gnosticism, and Jewish mysticism that allows this form to be richer than the traditional Kabbalah Numerology. Finding your New Kabbalah number is the same as in the original form, the only difference is that it is interpreted with the philosophical and psychological practices listed above.

Chaldean Numerology Chaldean Numerology, which is sometimes referred to as Mystic Numerology, is closely related to Astrology, as it originates from Mesopotamia, the origin place of Western Astrology. This form of Numerology is also connected to the Kabbalah and India’s Vedic system. It is considered the more accurate than the Pythagorean Numerology. Yet it is less popular because of its difficulty level. This form of Numerology uses a system that is hard for many to understand, let alone master, and the values assigned to the alphabet are not systematic like they are in Pythagorean or Kabbalah Numerology. Chaldean Numerology is often referred to as Mystic Numerology because it highlights the occult and metaphysical aspects of a person’s character and destiny. Simply put, this form of Numerology is used to determine invisible forces hidden to the eye that could be affecting one’s life. The Chaldean people developed this form of Numerology, and they contributed a great deal to mathematics, Numerology, Astrology, and other sciences because of their thorough studies. The Chaldean Numerology is different from other forms of Numerology for a few reasons. Firstly, the name one uses to divine with is not necessarily their birth name, but the name they are known by the most. The other difference is that their numerical system goes from 1 to 8 instead of 1 to 9. This is because 9 is considered a sacred number – the most sacred number, in fact. The only time the number 9 is used is if someone’s name totals to 9. Of course, this means that the letters assigned to each number are different than those for the Kabbalah or Pythagorean Numerology.

In the Chaldean Numerology, the corresponding letters for each number are as follows: 1: A, I, J, Q, Y 2: B, K, R 3: C, G, L, S 4: D, M, T 5: E, H, N, X 6: U, V, W 7: O, Z 8: F, P Chaldean Numerology uses one’s birthday and believes it to be the second most important part of its science. It also involves adding together the alphabetical values of one’s name. The symbolism behind each number is the same as for the Pythagorean Numerology. But with Chaldean, one uses more than just the single-digit number. It is important to be able to evaluate any compound numbers, as those represent the metaphysical and/ or deeper meaning and force behind one’s name. These compound numbers are found by adding the three (or two if one doesn’t have a middle name) numerical values of each name without reducing them to single digits. Once one has the single-digit and compounddigit numbers, it is time to add the birth date number to the equation. For example, let us say that the person we are doing a Chaldean reading for is named Ann Marie Jones, and she was born on June 2nd, 1984. Step one: determine the equation for finding the first, middle, and last name numbers.

First name: 1 + 5 + 5 = 11 Middle name: 4 + 1 + 2 + 1 + 5 = 13 Last name: 1 + 7 + 5 + 5 + 3 = 21 Step two: reduce each number down to one digit but keep note of the compound numbers for the name. First name: 1 + 1 = 2 Middle name: 1 + 3 = 4 Last name: 2 + 1 = 3 Step three: add the three of them together. 2 + 4 + 3= 9 Step four: determine your birth date number. Our example is June 2nd 1984, which would be 06/02/1984 0 + 6 + 0 + 2 + 1 + 9 + 8 + 4 = 30 Step five: reduce this number to a single-digit. 3+0=3 Now that you have all of the needed numbers, you can determine their vibrations. You can figure out if your first name or your full name has bad or good vibrations. Any numbers that are single-digits describe how others see you. Any of the compound numbers describe aspects or influences that are hidden, that can play a role you might not notice, and in some cases even predict or hint at the future. It is important to keep in mind that each compound number has a specific meaning based on their root number (1 through 9), and the numbers 10 through 52 have an even deeper, more distinct meaning. Most people stop at the number 52 because there are 52 weeks in a year, and it is unnecessary for most to go beyond that.

Below you will find the correspondence for each number according to Chaldean Numerology. 1. Self-reliant, commanding 2. Adaptivity, compatibility 3. Creativity 4. Discipline 5. Travel, freedom 6. You should not expect to master the art of Chaldean Numerology overnight, but if you choose to study this form in more depth, you can reap great benefits.

Chinese Numerology This is the first form of Numerology we are going to discuss that has a legend as its origin story. It is believed that one of the emperors of China, Emperor Yu, saw a turtle shell that had a 9-square grid that was perfectly even, deeming it a magical square. Since the turtle was found on the Lo river, the grid is called the Lo Shu Square/ Grid. The ancient Chinese peoples believed, over 4000 years ago, that numbers were the basis of everything. The purpose of this grid is to be able to add together the numbers horizontally, vertically, or diagonally to equal 15. The number 15 is used because it is the exact number of days between a new moon day and a full moon day. This grid is used to calculate strengths and personality traits as opposed to future events. In order to use the grid, one simply needs the birth month, birth year, and birth date to determine the characteristics of that person. It is important to leave out any 0’s, only the numbers 1 through 9 are used. So, if your birthday was the 5th of July, 1983, you would write that as 7/5/1983 instead of 07/05/1983. Depending on how often a number is repeated in the birth date also determines specific character traits. A list of these can be found below. Number 1 Occurs once: introvert Occurs twice: communicative Occurs three times: talkative Occurs four times: compassionate Number 2

Occurs once: sensitive Occurs twice: bright Occurs three times: very sensitive Occurs four times: loners Number 3 Occurs once: excellent Occurs twice: creative Occurs three times: over-imaginative Occurs four times: over-imaginative Number 4 Occurs once: stable and orderly Occurs twice: pragmatic Occurs three times: hardworking Occurs four times: physical activity Number 5 Occurs once: caring Occurs twice: persistent Occurs three times: determined Occurs four times: action instantaneously Number 6 Occurs once: good advisor Occurs twice: originative Occurs three times: high tempered Occurs four times: emotional Number 7 Occurs once: learning with experience Occurs twice: spiritual Occurs three times: leaning through loss

Occurs four times: life difficulties Number 8 Occurs once: scrupulous Occurs twice: adamant Occurs three times: materialistic Occurs four times: constantly in motion Number 9 Occurs once: intelligent Occurs twice: critical Occurs three times: givers Occurs four times: loners but brilliant Interpreting through the rows goes as follows: The top horizontal row revolves around your mind, logic, and thinking, imagination included. The middle horizontal row revolves around feelings and emotions, including intuition and spirituality. The bottom horizontal row revolves around practicality, athletic ability, common sense, and other earthly elements. The right vertical row revolves around action and putting things into motion. The middle vertical row revolves around determination, accomplishments, and persistence. The left vertical row revolves around creative ability, intellectual capacity, and the ability to see ideas through. Since Astrology and Numerology are so closely linked, it is no wonder that

Chinese Numerology uses Astrology’s explanation of the 5 elements, Earth, Fire, Water, Metal, and Wood. These elements have their own number of associations, which can be useful when taking one’s zodiac symbol into account when doing this form of numerology. Earth: 8, 5, 2 Fire: 9 Water: 1 Metal: 7, 6 Wood: 4, 3 To put your numbers into the grid, use the following guidelines: The number 9 is always in the top right-hand corner. The number 8 is always on the middle right-hand side. The number 7 is always in the bottom right-hand corner. The number 6 is always in the top middle square. The number 5 is always the dead center. The number 4 is always in the bottom middle square. The number 3 is always in the top left-hand corner. The number 2 is always in the middle left-hand square. The number 1 is always in the bottom left-hand corner. If you have two or more of the same number, you will put them both in the same square. So, if you were born on the 6th of June, you would place both 6’s in the top middle square. Using the interpretations for the rows and numbers listed above, you would determine your (or whoever the grid is for) characteristics.

One thing to note is that there is a difference between Western and Eastern number interpretations. You can use either to determine your grid, depending on which set you feel connected to. Since the Lo Shu Grid is Easterninfluenced, you may find it more beneficial to go with the Eastern interpretations, but it is not necessary. Below you will find a comparison between the Eastern and Western number interpretations for each number, along with their negative traits. Number One Eastern: ethical, independent, overcoming obstacles Western: boss, powerful, leaders, accomplishment Negative aspects: easy to become aggressive or annoyed Number Two Eastern: determination, luck Western: unstoppable, powerful, quiet, diplomatic, gentle persuasion Negative aspects: low self-esteem, dramatic, jealous Number Three Eastern: abundance, growth Western: bright, happy, social, friendly, optimistic Negative aspects: scattered, egotistical Number Four Eastern: struggles, hardship Western: dependable, hardworking, content with the simple life Negative aspects: closed-minded, easily frustrated, set in their ways Number Five

Eastern: can be negative or positive, balance Western: social, outgoing, energetic, adventurous Negative aspects: scattered, unreliable, addiction Number Six Eastern: abundance, money Western: compassionate, caring, kind, peaceful, caregiver Negative aspects: emotional guilt Number Seven Eastern: social, people skills, relationship skills Western: spiritual, charming, deep thinker, interesting Negative aspects: withdrawing into their minds Number Eight Eastern: abundance, wealth, true good luck number Western: abundance, joy, strength, intelligence Negative aspects: unwilling to share, money-hungry Number Nine Eastern: happiness, good fortune, long-lasting Western: a mix of good traits, charming, creative, patient, caring Negative aspects: know-it-all, snobbish

Abracadabra Numerology This is the least utilized form of Numerology, using triangles to determine numbers that explain events and character traits using the first name of the subject. The number values assigned to the word Abracadabra equal 365, meaning that an entire year is encompassed. The triangles that are used in this form of Numerology originated in Gizeh, Egypt, from the great pyramids of Cheops. It is believed that the age’s secrets were housed in these pyramids, so the inverted triangle (or pyramid) is the formula of this system. The base of this triangle are the 9 letters of the name and/ or their number equivalents. Abracadabra Numerology is a system that is mystical, showing the root number of a person’s first name and allowing them to determine their character traits. The alphabetical translation of all the numbers for Abracadabra Numerology can be found below. 1. A, J, S 2. B, K, T 3. C, L, U 4. D, M, V 5. E, N, W 6. F, O, X 7. G, P, Y 8. H, Q, Z 9. I, R These should look familiar to you from a few of the other forms of Numerology we have discussed in previous sections. The easiest way to

continue from here is to print off a chart that shows the letter values; this way, you can quickly refer back to it. To start off, write your first name, and underneath each letter, write the corresponding number from the chart or list above. Begin adding the numbers in each line in sets of 2’s so that each descending line has one less number than the one before it. All compound numbers should be reduced to singledigit numbers the same way we have been doing for almost all the other forms of Numerology – simply add the two digits together. From here, you need to add all of the single-digit and reduced compound digits together in lines like what was done at the beginning so that each descending line has one less number than the line above it. Continue adding until you have a single-digit number at the bottom of the triangle (the ‘point’). This final number is your Abracadabra number. Let us do an example together. Let us say that our subject’s name is Anna. Below you will find the steps for finding Anna’s Abracadabra number. Anna 1551 66 12 3 1. First, we have printed Anna’s name. 2. Next, we write the numerical values for each letter. 3. Then, we add the numbers together in groups of 2. 1. 1 + 5 and 5 + 1 4. This leaves us with a 6 and a 6 for the next row.

5. Below this row, we add 6 + 6, which leaves us 12 for the following row. 6. We cannot have a double-digit number, so we add 1 + 2 7. This leaves us with an Abracadabra number of 3. You may be wondering what happens if you have a name that does not have an even number of letters, so let us do an example for that case as well. For this example, let us say that our subject’s name is Tiffany. Tiffany 2966157 11 12 6 7 2 3 13 54 9 1. First, we have printed Tiffany’s name. 2. Next, we write the numerical values for each letter. 3. Then we add the numbers together in groups of two, bringing the remaining 7 down to the next row without changing it. 4. This leaves us with 11, 12, 6, and 7. Since we need to reduce the compound numbers, we add 1 + 1, 1 + 2, and 6 + 7. 5. This gives us 2, 3, and 13. Again, we need to reduce the compound numbers, so we add 2 + 3 and 1 + 3, leaving us with 5 and 4. 6. We add these two remaining numbers together, leaving us with an abracadabra number of 9. Much else is not known about Abracadabra Numerology, explaining further why it is the least used form of Numerology.

Chapter 3: Find Out Who You ’ re Meant To Be - A Step-by-Step Guide Your birth chart sometimes referred to as a natal chart, is simply a diagram of the sky – think of the Moon, Sun, asteroids, and planets – exactly as it was the minute you were born. This blueprint, as Numerologists and Astrologists believe, is the basic outline of your life. It gives you a description of your traits, weaknesses, strengths, habits, hates, and loves, and so much more. Your birth chart shows you your sun sign, moon sign, ascendant sign, descendent, your houses, and where the planets were during your birth and which house they were in. You may find that it explains a lot about why you do things the way you do, think the way you do, etc. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that not everything will resonate with you – and that is completely normal! Take what does and ignore the rest. Using an astrological tracker or calculator on websites online is the easiest way to get your birth chart – and it’s mostly free! There are different sort of charts for different purposes. But for this book we will be focusing on circular charts. The biggest advantage is likely that most of these websites give you a detailed explanation and breakdown of your entire chart so that you do not have to do any guesswork. Of course, it is recommended that you always research more into the sections that confuse you or that you have questions about, but for the most part, online calculators are great at explaining your entire chart – all in one place.

All you need to know in order to get your birth chart right on your phone or computer are the following personal information: Birthday Birth month Birth year State of birth City of birth Hour of birth Minute of birth The reason it needs to be so specific is because everything is constantly in motion, so the planets and stars and everything can change over the course of an hour, which can drastically change your birth chart. One should not confuse one’s birth chart with Life Path Numbers, Soul Urge numbers, or anything else. All of that will come later and can play into the birth chart, but it is not the actual birth chart information. We will find all of our core numbers in later chapters. You will also need to decide which house system you would like to use, and though there are quite a few, these three are the most common ones: Koch, Placidus, and whole signs. For the purpose of this book, we will focus on Placidus as they result in an easy, beginner level chart. Once you have generated your online chart (remember to choose circular as it is the easiest to read), you will likely see a pictograph of your natal chart and below the pictograph you will find the detailed explanations of each section of your chart, typically starting with your sun sign.

This is a typical way how to read your natal chart: 1. Check your sun sign 2. Check your ascendant sign 3. Check where your moon sign is 4. Examine the houses in your chart 5. Examine the planets in your chart and where they fall 6. Make sure to keep your entire chart in mind Certain aspects and interpretation in your natal chart may seem a bit odd when you read it as a standalone information. But looking at the full picture can make things much clearer and give you an accurate interpretation of your natal chart. Sun Sign One’s sun sign is their main Zodiac. If you were born on July 5th, your sun sign would be Cancer. Your sun sign is what determines the essence of your personality and your main character traits. It encompasses your ego, your life force, and your creative power. Moon Sign One’s moon sign is the second most important aspect in our chart. The moon uncovers how we react, our habits, and our instincts when dealing and expressing our emotions. The moon reveals our inner needs to become comfortable and how we nurture and care for ourselves. The Ascendant This part of your chart shows what first impression people to get from you based on the vibes and energy you give off. The ascendant explains your physical health, appearance, and what kind of ‘social mask’ we wear when we’re out in public. It also describes the defense mechanisms one uses to

cope and adapt to the world, along with forming our first impressions and expectations of the world. The Descendant This is found exactly opposite to the ascendant and is also ruled by the exact opposite Zodiac that ruled the ascendant. For example, if your ascendant is in Libra, then your descendant would be in Aries. This sign explains relationships, marriage, and aspects within one’s professional life. Mercury This planet determines how you make decisions, communicate, and share information. It explains your rationality, how you think, how you adapt, and how you reason through situations. Venus This planet rules our values, our sentiments, and things that please us in life. Things like charm, grace, artistic inclinations, preferences, tastes, and beauty are all ruled by Venus. If you know anything of mythology, these things likely make sense, as Venus is the Roman Goddess of love. Venus explains how we approach relationships, how we attract and are attracted by people and things, and how and what we spend our money on. Mars This planet controls the urge for wild activity, violence, and rules over willpower. It is the exact opposite of Venus – peace, and war, love, and hate, feminine and masculine. Mars determines our passions, our anger, our ambitions, our capability to defend ourselves, our assertiveness, and how we handle competition. Jupiter This planet determines our ideology. It helps us to realize our goals, how we can reach enlightenment, and helps us to explore the spiritual as well as the

intellectual realms. Jupiter also rules over our morals and ethics. This planet influences also our good fortune and luck and explains how to achieve those based on your specific Zodiac. Saturn This planet rules over order, responsibility, and conformity. Saturn determines things that will challenge you in life and highlights lessons you need to learn. You can consider Saturn like a taskmaster – its position tells you what areas of life you need to work on to grow and evolve. Saturn tends to get a bad reputation because it shows you your weaknesses instead of your strengths, but without there is no growth without improving your weaknesses. And so, Saturn can even be considered as one of the more important planets in your birth chart. Uranus This planet explains intelligence, originality, creatively, and individuality. It explains how much you desire changes and where you are most likely to go against the grain. Uranus also rules whether you would prefer to remain untethered indefinitely and remain, in a sense, eternally youthful. Neptune This planet focuses heavily on the emotional drive. It rules over one’s vision of a perfect world and how that would look like. Neptune influences your intuition and imagination. Neptune also explains how we view and feel about religions and our believes in higher divinities. Pluto This planet rules over transitions, purging, destruction creatively, but also creation. It is death, rebirth, and transformation in one. Pluto shows you where your primal energy is, and if you are willing to work to release it. Pluto rules the hard decisions between your fears and your ultimate happiness.

Pluto also rules over sexuality and money.

Zodiac Sign Meanings in Your Birth Chart As mentioned previously, we all have several different Zodiacs in us, not just our main (sun) sign. This is because astrologers in ancient times divided the sky into 12 parts – the 12 signs that make up the Zodiac. The purpose of the Zodiacs in your birth chart is to infuse the aspects of the sign into the houses, planets, and other spaces that the signs fall in. Aquarius: January 20th – February 18th Eccentric, rebellious, emotional detachment, progressive, collaboration Pisces: February 19th – March 20th Intuitive, subconscious, healing, sensitive, dreams, spiritual Aries: March 21st – April 19th New beginnings, willful, initiating, bravery, strong, passionate, spontaneous Taurus: April 20th – May 20th Practical, sensual, persistent, practical, dependable, physical, finances, abundance Gemini: May 21st – June 20th Connective, ideas, changeable, quick

The 12 Houses of the Zodiac There are 12 Houses within Astrology, First House through Twelfth House. They each have a different significance and are ruled by a specific Zodiac. First House This house starts the Zodiac and encompasses every ‘first’. I.e., appearance, self, first impressions, fresh beginnings and starts, fresh initiatives, etc. This house has a cusp sign, which is the ascendant. Ruled by: Aries Second House This house encompasses things relating to your immediate physical and material environment – think the 5 senses, sight, touch, sound, smell, and taste. This house rule money, income, and self-esteem. Ruled by: Taurus Third House This house encompasses communication in all forms, from thinking, talking, devices, and gadgets, along with neighborhoods, siblings, libraries, travel locally, schools, community affairs, and teachers. Ruled by: Gemini Fourth House This house is considered the foundation of everything. It encompasses privacy, home, parents, security, nurturing, care, and children. Ruled by: Libra Eighth House This house encompasses the mysteries of life – death, birth, transformation, merged energies, mystery, sex, and bonding. It also rules the money and property of others, like investments, inheritances, and real estate. Ruled by: Sagittarius Tenth House This house encompasses the more public aspects of life. It rules

corporations, structures, tradition, honors, awards, achievements, discipline, rules, authority, boundaries, fatherhood and fathers, and fame. This house also has a cusp sign, the midheaven, which contains hints about your career. Ruled by: Capricorn Eleventh House This house encompasses society, friendships, technology, friendships, teams, electronic media, social justice, humanitarianism, networking, and rebellion. It also covers eccentricity, surprises, originality, invention, science fiction, sudden events, and astronomy. Ruled by: Aquarius Twelfth House This house ends the Zodiac, so naturally, it encompasses all endings. It covers completion, old age, tying up loose ends, the end of a project, and surrender. This house also encompasses things that cause one to separate from society like hospitals, enemies, institutions, and jails. The final aspects that this house covers are creativity, film, imagination, arts, journals, dance, subconscious, and poetry. Ruled by: Pisces

House Systems Earlier in this chapter, we mentioned the three main house systems were Koch, Placidus, and the whole house, but there are over fifteen different house systems one can use. For the sake of simplicity, we will only cover Koch, Placidus, whole house, and Equal. Koch This house system uses the lines on the horizon at different times on one’s birthday. It calculates the amount of time that the degree of MC zodiac has spent above the horizon since it rose. Put more simply, this system separates the planetary movements, making it a system-oriented by time.

Placidus This house system equally separates the movement of star and planetary phases, both below and above the horizon. This makes it a system-oriented by time, like the Koch system. Whole House This system gives each Zodiac its own house. This means that the First House is the Zodiac containing the ascendant, which we mentioned in the previous section, and each Zodiac after that fills one entire house instead of sharing them as with some other systems. This system belongs to the equal houses group. Equal Similar to the whole house system, as this group encompasses it, it considers the ascendant the cusp for the First House. Every house is equal at exactly 30 degrees of space for each. This means that the cusp of the Tenth House does not correspond to the MC and is instead equal to the ascendant, making it the apical point of the above-horizon Zodiac.

Utilizing A Professional Astrologer There are definite positives to using an online calculator, especially if you are curious about how they look and the information in general, but it can also be overwhelming. This is particularly true if it is your first time attempting to read your chart. There is only so far that the information in your chart can get you, particularly if you have questions. This is where an astrologer comes in. Not only could they create your chart for you, but they can also walk you through every aspect of your chart and answer any questions you may have. They can target specific areas or the entire thing – it is all up to you. Professional astrologers can be a bit pricey, but they tend to charge per halfhour period, and if you are really curious about your chart, it could be an invaluable experience.

Chapter 4: Birth Chart Analysis Of Famous Persons Now that you have learned how to read a birth/ natal chart, it is time for a practical application. We will look at a few famous people’s birth charts and cover their different sections.

Princess Diana of Wales Princess Diana was born on July 1st, 1961, at 19:45 in Sandringham, United Kingdom. Diana’s Sun is in Cancer. Those with their Sun sign as Cancer tend to be more private, often choose not to share their inner self with the world, and tend to reminisce often. They tend to get a bad rep for being moody, resisting change, and seeking comfort and security in all things they do. They tend to be categorized as old souls, preferring historical objects – old photos, antiques, etc. Diana’s Ascendant is in Sagittarius. Those with their Ascendant in Sagittarius tend to see adventure in the world, are ready to experience new things, and believe strongly in having faith and hope. They are constantly searching for something, which can be a downside as it can lead to never feeling fully satisfied. They tend to always have opinions and be very direct. Diana’s Moon is in Aquarius. Those with their Moon in Aquarius tend to be very observant of the world around them, intently study human nature, and often analyze what and why people do the things they do. They are often considered strongly independent, likely extremely willful, and rebellious to extremely conservative ideals. Diana has Mercury in Cancer. Those with Mercury in Cancer tend to communicate with a thoughtful, sensitive, though withdrawn nature. They are not as free-spirited, regardless of the rest of their birth chart, instead of being very personal and subjective. They are known for being rather deep thinkers, heavily focused on reflection and meditation.

Diana has Venus in Taurus. Those with Venus in Taurus tend to be comfortable and solid. They often need a certain level of dependability and predictability within their partnerships and can feel threatened by high-energy situations relating to love and relationships. One of their downfalls can be that they tend to get too settled, resisting change within their relationships. They are typically not as swayed by words as they are with actions. Diana has Mars in Virgo. Those with Mars in Virgo are typically very busy, practical, goal-oriented, and productive. The downside is that they can end up slightly scattered, but they often manage to pull off multiple things at once – and well, too! They tend to be slightly critical on occasion, but do not usually push others around. They have a reputation for being a big naggy when annoyed, but these episodes do not tend to last long. Diana has Jupiter in Aquarius. Those with Jupiter in Aquarius often attract the best outcome when being inventive, tolerant, cooperative, impartial, and fair. They enjoy having the freedom to choose, when to think out of the norm, and when to break some rules. Personal freedom is greatly valued. Diana has Saturn in Capricorn. Those with Saturn in Capricorn often value being taken seriously and being respected by peers. They tend to be able to deal with obstacles easier than most because of their patient nature. They are typically very driven with a strong will for success. Diana has Uranus in Leo. Those with Uranus in Leo tend to radically change style, drama, art, etc. and strongly appreciate the ability to freely express themselves. They often seek progress but can garner a bad reputation for

being stuck in their ways. Diana has Neptune in Scorpio. Those with Neptune in Scorpio often believe that when people understand – or try to understand – one another, an ideal world can come to fruition. They believe in the equal treatment of others, regardless of background. They also often think that transformation and transition is the best way to create change. Diana has Pluto in Virgo. Those with Pluto in Virgo often feel inadequate in areas of self-care, work, routines, wellness, health, and/ or service. It is important for them to remember that power should be found from loving doing these things, not from trying to attain that love from doing them. They tend to have great ideas for healing the mind and body. Diana’s Sun is in the Seventh House. These people tend to create harmony and negotiate within their relationships very well. They are often striving to be liked and do not take rejection well. A downside to this can be not feeling whole without a partner, over-identifying with others, and being too sensitive to the opinions of others regarding you. They are often very skilled at bringing out the best in people, seeking out harmony and balance, and compromising easily. Diana’s Moon is in the Second House. These people tend to flip flop between being frugal with their money on one day and reckless with it the next. They do, however, make sure their bills are paid as it gives them a sense of security. Chapter 5: Understanding Your True Self Using The Arrows Of Pythagoras The Arrows of Pythagoras are a kind of arithmancy using a grid. The Arrows of Pythagoras are also known as Full Number Lines or Full Number Planes and are similar to the Lo Shu square that we touched on with Chinese Numerology. These arrows allow us insight into specific traits and personality characteristics. When used with other calculations, one can find strong negative and positive character traits. The grid used with the Arrows of Pythagoras is 3x3, meaning it has 9 squares. The setup is as follows: The bottom righthand square is 7 The middle righthand square is 8 The top righthand square is 9 The bottom middle square is 4 The middle square is 5 The top middle square is 6 The bottom left-hand square is 1 The middle left-hand square is 2 The top left-hand square is 3 The bottom row depicts the physical plane, the middle row depicts the emotional plane, and the top row depicts the mental plane. There are 8 different positive Arrows and seven negative Arrows.

Positive Arrows Arrow of the Planner: 1,2, and 3 These people are good at planning, organizing, and recognizing their goals. However, they tend to overthink, leading to a lack of fun. Arrow of Willpower: 4, 5, and 6 These people are persistent and determined, which can lead to a stubborn steak that can be abrasive toward others. They are incredibly ambitious and often achieve their dreams and goals. Arrow of Activity: 7, 8, and 9 These people are energetic, active, fidgety, and very high energy. They feel the need to stay busy at all times. Arrow of Determination: 1, 5, and 9 These people are ambitious, enterprising, and determined. They are not deterred by setbacks, easily overcoming obstacles on their pursuit of success. Arrow of Practicality: 1, 4, and 7 These people are grounded, practical, and hardworking. They are motivated by the material things and work either artistically or practically, generally with their hands. Arrow of Emotions: 2, 5, and 8 These people are serious and intense, some leaning toward the dramatics, which often makes them good performers. Arrow of Intellect: 3, 6, and 9 These people are intelligent with a great memory. They can suffer from laziness because they lack interest when not being able to use their full intellect. Arrow of Compassion: 3, 5, and 7

These people are accepting of both the ups and downs of their life, always seeming to carry a calmness within themselves. They tend to be musicians or philosophers with an interest in spirituality, mysticism, occultism, and psychic arts.

Negative Arrows Arrow of Frustration: 4, 5, and 6 These people can tend to expect a lot from other people, often disappointed because of those expectations. Arrow of Inactivity: 9, 8, and 7 These people have little to no motivation to experience life and often need encouragement to do so. They are slow to act, working through their options before acting. Arrow of Impracticality: 1, 4, and 7 These people lack realism, tending more toward being idealistic, which causes them struggles in day to day life. They are often unorganized. Arrow of Sensitivity: 2, 5, and 8 These people get hurt easily, are overly sensitive to other’s opinions, and retreat from conflicting situations. Arrow of Poor Memory: 3, 6, and 9 These people are absentminded and forgetful, but clever. Arrow of Resignation: 1, 5, and 9 These people lack determination, motivation, and perseverance. Their work ethic needs work and they require encouraging words to finish projects. Arrow of Skepticism: 3, 5, and 7 These people find it difficult to trust others and want proof of everything in order to believe it. To fill out your grid, start by putting your name, birth date, and house at the top. You will use your birth date for the numbers in the grid, ignoring any 0s, so let us go through a few examples.

Let us say that our first example is Sara Brooks. She was born on February 16th, 1889. This means that the number we would use for the grid would be 02/15/1889. Remember that we do not use 0s in the grid, so we would write the following:

x

x

9

2

5

88

11

x

x

Now, we need to draw arrows vertically, horizontally, and diagonally throughout the chart. It is likely you will not have 3 numbers for every line, and that is okay. The lines that have only two numbers indicate having some of those qualities Lines with no numbers, or only one number indicates areas that need to be worked on. A line with all three numbers (a full arrow) denotes the most dominant traits and/ or qualities. An empty arrow signifies being adaptable, having no particular positive or negative trait. This means that Sara’s chart would look like the following:

x

x

9 2

5

88

11

x

x

Then, using the list of arrows from above, we would track the lines. This means that the dominant traits would be 1, 5, and 9, which is the Arrow of Determination, a positive arrow, and 2, 5, and 8, the Arrow of Emotions. We can see that they have a fair amount of work to be done in the bottom and top rows, which would be memory and practicality. Let us say that our second example is Brandon Harper. He was born on January 1st, 1998. This would be 01/01/1998, but since we exclude the 0s, we are left with 1/1/1998. His grid would look like the following:

x

x

99

x

x

8

111

x

x

As we can see with this example, there is no dominant line where all 3 squares have a number, and there are also 2 lines where there are no numbers at all. Your chart would look like: x

x

99

x 8 x 111

x

x

The orange lines show where there are no numbers, while the blue lines show the lines that have 2 numbers. There is nothing that particularly needs to be worked on for willpower or compassion, and the most prominent traits for this grid are determination and activity. Rows 1, 2, and 3/ 1, 4, and 7/ 2, 5, and 8/ and 3, 6, and 9 show that work needs to be done involving planning, impracticality, and memory. For the third example, our subject, Lily Smith’s birthday is November 24th, 1987. That leaves us with 11/24/1987, meaning our grid would look like:

x

x 9

2 111

x

8 7

4

Here you can see that we have 2 rows with all 3 numbers, 7, 8, and 9 along with 1, 4, and 7. These two are the Arrows of Activity and Practicality. The areas that require some work are memory, skepticism, and frustration.

Using Your Name in the Grid Like with other forms of Numerology, you can use your first and last name to find out more about your weaknesses and strengths. If your name has changed, for whatever reason, use that name to determine the situation you’re in currently. If you go by a nickname more often than your full name, use your nickname, as it is what you are closer to. The way we convert names to numbers is by using the Pythagorean chart from Chapter 2. Using the name from the first example, Sara Brooks, the numbers we would have are 1, 1, 9, 1, 2, 9, 6, 6, 2, 1. Her chart would look like this: x

66

22

99

x x

x

x

1111 You can see that here we have one row with no numbers, no rows with 3 numbers, and 3 rows with 2 numbers. Row 3, 5, and 7 (Arrow of Compassion) is the adaptable row, meaning Sara does not have any real negatives in this area of life. Because row 1, 2, and 3 have the most numbers

(4, 1s), this would be her dominant row (Arrow of the Planner). Our second example was Brandon Harper, so the numbers we would use would be 2, 9, 1, 5, 4, 6, 5, 8, 1, 9, 7, 5, 9. His chart would look like this:

x

6 999

2 555 11

8 7

4

We can see that there are 5 rows with all 3 numbers, the most dominant row being 1, 5, and 9 (Arrow of Determination). This chart does not have two empty spaces in a row, so Brandon is a fairly balanced individual. Using Lily Smith’s name, the numbers for her grid would be 3, 9, 3, 7, 1, 4, 9, 2, 8. Her chart would look like this: 33

2

x

99

x

8

1

4

x

We can see that there is one row with 3 numbers, 1, 2, and 3 (Arrow of the Planner). There are no completely empty rows, but 2 that depict work that needs to be done in skepticism and frustration.

Chapter 6: Encrypting The Hidden Vibrations Of Your Birth Date As we have learned, all the numbers relating to us have a special vibration, energy, and meaning, so it only makes sense that the most important of those numbers would be our birth date numbers. We were born on specific days in specific months in specific years for a reason – all of these things are part of the cosmic force that aids us in embodying our own path. There are quite a few things that we can determine using our birth date numbers. When we look at all of them together, this is called our Life Path Number (sometimes called the Destiny Number). It carries the most weight out of all the numbers associated with you, as it shows us our life’s mission – what the universe has planned for us from our interests, our career, the experiences we enjoy, the people we attract, and the potential we have. An interesting note to think about is that the influence that the Life Path Number carries is typically more influential after we turn 35. There are 11 Life Path Numbers that one can have, and you will find their descriptions below. One: these individuals tend to believe in themselves and stand strong on their own. They are pioneers and leaders, believing in their potential and ideas. They are unique and have no problem following their own path in life, regardless of the rules that seem to control others. This does not mean that it will come without a fight, so it is important for them to stick

to their goals and remain nonconformist. Two: these individuals typically find that their destiny reveals itself in their relationships with other people. This means that they are typically the peacemakers and diplomats, cautious, persistent, and subtle in how they accomplish their goals. These people flourish in team settings with individuals strong of will. They are at their best when working patiently and with details. Three: these individuals will find their destiny while developing communication and social graces. They inspire others easily and often impress others, leading to success in their lives. By using their charisma, charm, creativity, and artistic nature with their words, they will find success. They thrive in versatility and not allowing that versatility to disperse or disrupt their energy. Four: these individuals come to their destiny through their work ethic, conscientious labor, and self-discipline. They thrive in situations where they can come up with a logical solution dealing with facts instead of opinions. They are often known as people who are effective at getting a job done efficiently. Using hard work, routine, practicality, dependability, and service will lead to their success. Five: these individual’s destiny is to revel and learn from the experiences and changes that spring forth in their lives. They go with the flow and must learn to work with and utilize the freedom they have. These people will find success when they do not tie themselves to too many responsibilities, as they run the risk of becoming frustrated or bored. They find success in grabbing opportunities as they present themselves. Six: these individuals find their destiny in the servitude of others, including the welfare and responsibility for others. This can be either in the workplace or domestically, but they are to lead a group, making them

productive and unified. They do best, empowering those who are weaker, nurturing them and putting their interests before one’s own. They find their success through strength and guidance. Seven: these individuals will find their destiny in searching for the spiritual and mental – the meaning of life. Solitude is an important aspect for these people, as it is necessary for development in these areas. Social relationships that are superficial do not mix well with these individuals, along with heavy burdens from familial relationships. Working and/ or studying science or philosophy will lead to success. Eight: these individuals will find their destiny in commercialism so long as they are profit-oriented and hardworking. They are born leaders, having a vision, attracting power, and a strong ability to manipulate things and people to their advantage. They will find success in learning how to profit from situations by gaining allies in powerful places. Nine: these individuals will find their destiny in advancing the level of human consciousness and understanding. They will find success in working on artistic pursuits as it will allow them to express and communicate universal truths. They will do well with experiencing emotional contact with many people and tend to view the world in a nonjudgmental, unprejudiced, broad, and philosophical way. They will find they inspire others. Master Number Eleven (2): these individuals have a special and unique destiny. They have a great possibility of influencing many people and potentially even garnering fame in the process. They are blessed with a strong sense of intuition, which, when cultivated, can lead to inspiring others. The downside, though, is that they can feel off balance. They will find success in finding a middle ground between practicality and idealism. It can be easier to first focus on the lower vibration of the

number 2 (11 reduced) to manage the full potential of this master number. Master Number Twenty-Two (4): these individuals have a special and unique destiny. They have the potential for a massive amount of influence and power that they will have to handle carefully. These individuals can cause either great destruction or great creativity. They must learn to act in the interest of others, garnering their resources for the good instead of bad. They will find success in impacting the world by focusing on their vision and bringing transformation.

Finding Your Life Path Number To find your own Life Path Number, you will need the day, month, and year of your birth. You will then add together and reduce all of those numbers to a single-digit number unless it is one of the 2 master numbers (11 or 22).

Examples Let us say that our subject’s birthday is July 5th, 1986. 1. 07/05/1986 2. First, we would reduce the year. 1. 1 + 9 + 8 + 6 = 24 3. Then, we would add that to the month and day. 1. 24 + 7 + 5 = 36 2. 3 + 6 = 9 4. The Life Path Number for this individual would be 9. Let us say that our next example has a birthday on December 29th, 1953. 1. 12/29/1953 2. First, we would reduce the year. 1. 1 + 9 + 5 + 3 = 18 3. Then, we would add that to the month and day. 1. 18 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 9 = 32 2. 3 + 2 = 5 4. The Life Path Number for this individual would be 5. Let us say that our final example has a birthday on November 5th, 1986. 1. 11/05/1986

2. First, we would reduce the year. 1. 1 + 9 + 8 + 6 = 24 3. Then, we would add that to the month and day. 1. 24 + 1 + 1 + 5 = 31 2. 3 + 1 = 4 4. This individual’s Life Path Number would be 4. For our final example, let us say our subject’s birthday is August 4th, 1961. 1. 08/04/1961 2. First, we would reduce the year. 1. 1 + 9 + 6 + 1 = 17 3. Then, we would add that to the month and day. 1. 17 + 8 + 4 = 29 2. 2 + 9 = 11 4. Since 11 is a master number, we do not reduce further than this, meaning this individual’s Life Path Number is 11.

Day of Birth Number The day that we were born on can give us a general overview of our nature and how we view ourselves. If you remember, when we covered birth charts for Astrology, the Sun was the most important, while the moon was secondary. This is the same as the Life Path Number and Day of Birth Number. It can give us a good insight into our early life, along with the abilities, talents, and tools we were born with. The Day of Birth Number also helps us determine our career. An interesting thing to note is that this number has the most influence between the ages of 28 and 56. Some Numerologists evaluate both the complete number and its reduced version (the 15th could also be 6), but the most accurate description will always come from the full day. Below you will find an explanation for all 31 Day of Birth Numbers. 1. These individuals are typically the center of attention with a dynamic personality. Choosing an artistic career can bring success to these people, as it will enable them to follow their interests creatively. Another avenue is working with pets or children to learn about their more emotional/ sensitive side. They will find success working alone or in leadership as they prefer things their way. 2. These individuals tend to relate on an emotional level rather than an intellectual one, as they have a skilled sense of intuition. They typically find success in politics, management, or other service-related fields, as they do best watching over others. They prefer working with others closely. 3. Chapter 7: Encrypting The Hidden Vibrations Of Your Name Your name can give you a plethora of information – your Name Number, Expression Number, Personality Number, Soul Urge Number, Family Number, Maturity Number, Karmic Lessons Number, and more. This is because our name, like everything else, carries vibrations. We are innately connected to our name, and therefore the vibrations that come from it. Other people notice the message that our name vibration carries with it, and for ourselves, it shows us the essence of what we need to realize in our lives. We determine all these different numbers by converting our names into numbers with the Pythagorean Numerology Table that we have used in previous chapters. The Chaldean Numerology Table can also be used depending on preference.

Name Numbers There are quite a few Name Numbers, but 3 are the most important: the Personality Number, Expression Number, and Soul Urge Number. Personality Number This is the sum of all consonants in a name and shows the characteristics that get projected to others. Simply, this is how others perceive you. Expression Number This is the sum of all the letters in your name and shows your abilities, talents, and life direction in general. Soul Urge Number This is the sum of all vowels in a name and shows your soul’s deepest desire. There are other less important numbers that your name can also decipher: Family Number This is the sum of all letters in the last name and shows the general family energy. Karmic Lessons Number This is actually the numbers that are missing from your name and show the areas that could be lacking in our personality or life. First Letter in Name This is a clarifier for our Expression Number, as the first letter of our name carries greater weight than the others. First Vowel in Name This is the first vowel in our given name and shows us more information about underlying motivations and emotional natures.

Maturity Number This is the sum of our birth name and birthdate (Expression Number and Life Path Number) and shows us how those two energies work together to determine the purpose of our life. For most of these Name Numbers, we use our full name. To do this, we calculate the converted numbers for each letter of our name using either the Pythagorean or Chaldean Table.

Personality Number This is the number that shows us how others view us. We find this by adding together all the consonants in our name to determine the face we put on for the world. This number is also a personification of fantasies we create, and if we put enough energy into them, they can become a reality. Our Personality Number can also show us some strengths and talents we have through the eyes of others. To find this number, we add all the consonants of our first, middle, and last name together. Once this number has been reduced to a single-digit (unless it is one of the 2 master numbers 11 or 22), we have our Personality Number. For example, let us use the name Andre Marcus Flint. The conversion for Andre, using just consonants, would be: 5 + 4 + 9 = 18 The conversion for Marcus, using just consonants, would be: 4 + 9 + 3 + 1 = 17 The conversion for Flint, using just consonants, would be: 6 + 3 + 5 + 2 = 16 We would then add 18 + 17 + 16 = 51 To reduce this number, we would add 5 + 1 = 6 Andre’s Personality Number is 6. The description for each of the 11 Personality Numbers can be found below. One: these individuals have big dreams, often choosing to be trendsetters who are very independent. Chapter 8: Harnessing The Universal Law Of Cycles To Foresee Your Future Cycle Numbers, also known as Life Cycles, are 3 numbers that encompass the three main stages of life. These numbers are always moving – yearly, monthly, and daily, in 9-year cycles. Whenever these cycles change, they change the way we feel and think, meaning our decisions change. Each cycle unearths different characteristics and qualities, along with revealing the past and present so that we can shed light on those activities. There are 2 categories of Cycle Numbers – Personal Cycle Numbers and Universal Cycle Numbers.

Personal Cycle Numbers Based on our date of birth, the influence these numbers hold is personal to us. There are 6 Personal Cycle Numbers: Life Cycle, Life Challenges, Pinnacles, Personal Year, Personal Month, and Personal Days. Life Cycle, Life Challenges, and Pinnacles These 3 numbers show long-term life trends, making them the most important when doing an analysis. Life Cycle These numbers represent 3 main points in our lives. The First Life Cycle encompasses our early life up to roughly 30 years old. To calculate this number, we simply add together and reduce the total of our birth month. The Second Life Cycle encompasses the middle step in life where our talents and individuality arise. This cycle begins in the early/mid-30s until roughly 50. To calculate this number, we simply add together and reduce the total of our day of birth. The Third/ Final Life Cycle encompasses the remainder of life. It is when we have the most confidence in our self-expression and makes the wisest decisions. To calculate this number, we simply add together and reduce the total of our birth year. Below you will find the descriptions for each of the 11 Life-Cycle Numbers for each of the 3 Cycles. First Life Cycle

The goal is to gracefully stand independently. Two: these individuals are emotional and sensitive in their youth, with a strong urge to please. They thrive in situations where guidance is loving and peaceful. The goal is to channel those nervous emotions into art. The goal is to channel this abundance of energy into the arts – drama, music, etc. Four: instead of being typically playful and carefree, they have a more serious outlook. They work hard, are tolerant of routine, and self-disciplined. This pays off in later years, as they have a solid foundation. The goal is to work with their hands and develop their emotional self when the time is right. Five: these individuals love to learn, but bore easily and seem to struggle to integrate into a very structured life. The goal is not to let this curious nature lead them to overindulge. For Axel, we can see that for the year 202 his Essence Number was 5. We found all of these numbers by: 2020: 1 + 3 + 1 = 5 2021: 6 + 3 + 6 = 15 (1 + 5 = 6) 2022: 6 + 3 + 6 = 15 (1 + 5 = 6) 2023: 6 + 3 + 6 = 15 (1 + 5 = 6) 2024: 6 + 3 + 6 = 15 (1 + 5 = 6) 2025: 6 + 3 + 6 = 15 (1 + 5 = 6) 2026: 6 + 2 + 6 = 14 (1 + 4 = 5) 2027: 5 + 2 + 5 = 12 (1 + 2 = 3) 2028: 5 + 5 + 5 = 15 (1 + 5 = 6) 2029: 5 + 5 + 5 = 15 (1 + 5 = 6) 2030: 5 + 5 + 5 = 15 (1 + 5 = 6)

Chapter 11: Have You Been Here Before? Reincarnation is the idea that our souls have walked this earth before, and after we die, we will walk the earth in another body. This continues until enlightenment has been reached. Past life regression allows, through hypnosis, an individual to recover information, memories, and specific past lives. While under hypnosis, they are asked a series of questions that unearth clues to their past lives. This can actually spread growth and enlightenment in an individual. People who have undergone regression therapy have reported freedom from fears and anxieties, new (or renewed) skills and abilities, different perspectives on problems, and an understanding of their life’s purpose. Certain memories from past lives will manifest in your present – any unfinished business, for whatever reason – and will affect the way we live our lives. Past life regression allows you to learn from the mistakes your past self has made, enabling you to not make those mistakes in this life.
