Human body, copy image of outer world is one universe and accordingly north and south poles are also present in human body which conducts positive and negative energy of electromagnetism. Brain has been considered as North Pole and Muladhaar has been considered as South Pole. Between them there are Muladhaar, swadhisthan, Manipur, Anahat, Vishudha, aagya and Sahastrar chakra. In other words, if Muladhaar is situated on one end then sahastrar is situated on other end and exchange of that divine power takes place through Sushumana situated in spinal cord. Path of Sushumana after purifying these powers perform mutual exchange of Shakti at both ends. The seven chakras which we have mentioned, are actually representative of Sapt Rishis (Seven Great saints).In other words, in these chakras, elements of these rishis illuminates. Externally, they may be rishis, actually they are those seven powers and seven elements which provide capability to complete various activities in orderly way .These bhaav, these elements acquire the praan from sun only and then only life become available. These are those seven possibilities present in human body which if activated by anyone, then nothing will be unattainable for him. Actually, these are seven layers of consciousness present in human body which can make any impossible task possible. One more thing worth imbibing is that if taken help of

tantra, attaining these seven levels of consciousness becomes simpler. Actually sadhaks of Surya Vigyan or those who are curious to know it have to complete one full sadhna cycle to imbibe this secret and attain proficiency in it.But by adopting normal process also, we can not only vibrate chakras of kundalini but also imbibe the vibration of consciousness of the Sapt Rishis in our life, can write our fate on our own and can remove misfortune completely and attain serenity and radiance. You can start this sadhna on any Sunday and when after taking bath, you offer water to sun then before it pronounce below mentioned mantra 108 times while looking at water-container. Then only offer water to sun while chanting “Om Tejsvitaay Namah”. तवश्वातमत्र - ाअकाश तत्व – ाआच्छा शति भारद्वाज - चेतन तत्व – सांकल्प शति गौतम - वायु तत्व – तवचार शति जमदति - तेज तत्व – दक्रया शति ाऄत्री – जध तत्व – वाणी शति कश्यप - पृथ्वी तत्व – ाईत्थान शति वास्तव में ये सप्तर्षष ही मानव के वे सात शरीर या ब्रमहाांड के वे सात धोक हैं, तजन्हें भू,भुवाः, स्वाः मन:, जनाः,तपाः और सत्य धोक कहा गया है . ये मानव शरीर में ाईपतस्थत वो सात समभावनाये हैं की यदद ाआन्हें कोाइ चैतन्य कर धे ,दिर ाईसके तधए कु छ भी ाऄप्राप्य नहीं रह जाता है. वस्तुताः मानव शरीर में ाईपतस्थत चेतना की ये सात परते ही हैं. जो दकसी भी ाऄसाध्य को साध्य कर देती हैं. और एक बात हृदयांगम करने योग्य है की यदद तांत्र का ाअश्रय तधया जाये तो तनतित ही ,चेतना के ाआन सातो स्तर की प्रातप्त सहज हो जाती है. वस्तुताः सूया तवज्ञानां के तजज्ञासुओं को या साधकों को ाआस रहस्य को ाअत्मसात कर तसद्ध हस्त प्राप्त करने के तधए तो पूरा एक साधना क्रम ही सांपन्न करना पड़ता है. परन्तु सामान्य क्रम ाऄपनाकर भी हम कुां डतधनी के चक्रों को ना ही तसिा स्पांददत कर सकते हैं, ाऄतपतु सप्त ाऊतषयों की चेतना का ये स्पांदन ाअप ाऄपने जीवन में ाईतार कर ाऄपना भाग्य स्वताः ही तधख सकते हैं, और दुभााग्य को पूरी तरह तमटाकर एक सौमयता और तेजोमयता की प्रातप्त कर सकते हैं. दकसी भी रतववार से ाआस साधना को ाअप प्रारां भ कर सकते हैं और प्राताः काध स्नान कर सूया को जब जध समर्षपत करे तो ाईसके पहधे जध पात्र की और दृति रख कर तनम्न मांत्र का १०८ बार ाईच्चारण करे , ाआसके बाद ही सूया को “ॎ तेजतस्वताय नमाः” कहकर जध ाऄर्षपत करे या ाऄर्घया चढाये – मूध मन्त्र-ॎ सूया सूयााय सूया सप्तर्षषभ्यो सह चैतन्य प्राप्तुम पूणा तेजतस्वताय नमाः II वस्तुताः ये मन्त्र ाआस रूप में गुांथा हुाअ है की यदद ाआसका ाईपरोि तवधान से तनत्य प्रतत प्रयोग दकया जाये तो तनतित ही ाआसका प्रवाह ाअपके दुभााग्य को पूणा रूपेण दूर कर सकता है

SURYA VIGYAAN AND KAAL CHAKRA-

तत्रनातभमती पञ्चारे षण्नेतमन्यियात्मके l सांवत्सरमये कृ त्स्रम् काधचक्रम् प्रतततष्ठतां ll तीन नातभयों से युि है सूया के रथ का चक्र,ाऄथाात भूत भतवतय और वतामान ये तीनो काध ही सूया रथ चक्र की तीन नातभ है,नातभ ाऄथाात जहााँ स्पांदन होता हो प्राणों का lवेदों मे काध को प्राण ही तो कहा गया है l और सूया ाआन प्राणों का ाऄतधपतत है,ाऄथाात जहााँ काधमयी दृति की बात ाअती हो या ाऄपनी दृति को काध के परे धे जाकर व्यापकता प्रदान करनी हो तो सूया की साधना करनी ही पड़ेगी और ाईनके रहस्यों को ाअत्मसात करना ही पड़ेगा l बहुधा साधकों के मन मे सूक्ष्म शरीर तसतद्ध का सरधतम तवधान जानने की बात ाअती है ,परन्तु शास्त्रों मे ऐसी कोाइ दक्रया स्पि नहीं है ,तजसके माध्यम से सरधतापूवाक स्थूध शरीर से सूक्ष्म शरीर को प्रथक कर ाईन गुह्य और ाऄनबुझे स्थानों की यात्रा की जा सके ,जहााँ ाअज भी प्राच्य ाअध्यातत्मक ाईजाा तबखरी पड़ी है और जहााँ जन सामान्य के कदम पड ही नहीं सकते,ाआसतधए ये स्थान ाऄबूझ ही रह गए हैं और ाऄबूझ रह गयी है यहााँ पर ददव्य ाईजााओं की ाईत्पतत्त का रहस्य भी lजब तसद्ध मांडध से साधनात्मक ज्ञान प्रातप्त की बात ाअती है तो हमारे चेहरे मात्र धटक ही सकते हैं कयूांदक हमने कभी सदगुरुदेव की व्यापकता को समझा ही नहीं,ाऄन्यथा ाईनसे सूया तवज्ञानां के ऐसे ऐसे रहस्य प्राप्त दकये जा सकते थे जो की कल्पनातीत ही कहे जा सकते हैंl हमने मात्र पदाथा पररवतान को ही सूर तवज्ञानां की प्रमुख ाईपधतधध माना है और समझा है परन्तु हम ये नहीं जानते हैं की प्राण रहस्य को समझ धेने के बाद दकसी भी धोक मे गमन,ग्रहों पर तनयांत्रण और कुां डतधनी भेदन ाआत्यादद की प्रातप्त ाऄत्यतधक सरध हो जाती है l सूया की सप्त दकरणों और ाईनके रां गों मे कुां डतधनी जागरण, काध-दृति की प्रातप्त और ब्रह्माण्ड के ाऄबूझे रहस्य हस्तामधकवत दृति गोचर होने धगते हैं l सप्त रां गों मे तबखरी सूया की दकरणों का सतममतधत रूप श्वेत है जो की व्यापकता का पररचायक है और पररचायक है पूणाता का भीl भधा कै से ???

कया ाअप जानते हैं की सूया के सप्त रां गों से धोकानुधोक गमन का गहरा समबन्ध है, सतवता मांत्र का मूध ध्वतन मे दकया गया ाईच्चारण ाअपके शरीर को ाऄणुओं के रूप मे तवखांतडत कर देता है और ये तवखांडन मनोवाांतछत धोक मे पहुचकर वातपस ाऄपना मूध स्वरुप पा धेता है, ाऄकसर ऐसे मे ाआन ाऄणुओं के तबखर जाने का भय होता है परन्तु सूया तवज्ञानां का ाऄध्येता ये भधीभाांतत जानता है की सूया प्राणों का पररचायक है ,ाऄथाात प्राणशति की सघनता और ाईससे प्राप्त बध,तवखांतडत ाऄवस्था मे भी हमारे शरीर के ाऄणुओं को तबखरने से बचाए रखती है ,और ाऄणुओं के चारो और एक ाअवरण बना देती है तजसके कारण ब्रह्माांडीय यात्रा के मध्य शरीर के ाऄणु दकसी भी बाह्य ाअघात से पूरी तरह सुरतित रहते हैं ,और ाईनकी मनोवाांतछत धोकों मे जाकर साकार होने की कामना मे कोाइ बाधा नहीं ाअती है ,और एक बार जब कोाइ मनोवाांतछत धोक मे पहुच जाता है तो वह देह वहााँ के वातावरण के ाऄनुकूध बन जाती है और तब वहााँ के रहस्य और तवज्ञानां को समझना सहज हो जाता है l वस्तुताः सूया की दकरणों के सात रां ग यथा बैगनी,जामुनी,नीधा,हरा ,पीधा,नारां गी और धाध का सप्त धोको से गहरा समबन्ध है – भू,भुवाः ,स्वाः ,मह :,जनाः,तपाः और सत्यम, और ाआस समबन्ध को ज्ञात करने के तधए हमें श्वेत की ाऄथाात ाअददत्य के रहस्य को समझना पड़ेगा , कयूदां क ये सभी रां ग सतममतधत होकर श्वेत का ही तवस्तार करते हैं lतभी काधचक्र का सहयोग धेकर ाअप काधभेदी दृति प्राप्त कर सकते हैं और ये कोाइ जरटध काया नहीं है lयदद साधक सूयोदय के पहधे पूवा की तरि मुख करके "ॎ" का गुज ां रन ७ तमनट तक तनत्य करे और दिर सूयोदय के साथ ही ७० तमनट तक गायत्री मांत्र का जप और दिर पुनाः ७ तमनट तक "ॎ" का गुज ां रनl यदद ाआस दक्रया को ३ रतववार तक तनत्य दोहराया जाये तो सूया के मध्य मे होने वाधे तवस्िोटों का मूध ाऄांतगात कारण हम भधी भाांतत समझ सकते हैं और ाईजाा की ाईत्पतत्त का रहस्य भी ज्ञात हो जायेगा,कयूांदक ये "ॎ" की ही ध्वतन है जो की ाआस क्रम से प्रयोग करने पर बाह्य सूया का ाऄन्ताः सूया से तारतमय तबठाकर रहस्यों के ाअदान-प्रदान की दक्रया सरध कर देती है lऔर ाआस प्रकार सतवता मन्त्र का सहयोग ाअपको काधचक्र की तवतवध शतियों का स्वामी बना देता है तब काधातीत दृति पाना भधा कहााँ ाऄसांभव रह जाता हैl ==================================================== Trinabhimati panchaare Shanneminyashayatmake! As per Sarv Swartmkan rules all the substances found in nature contains everything, it means if an iron is there it is not just the iron, it contains iron and glass but also the rose properties, but more of iron due to the preponderance of the iron element, we see it as an Iron…and if with the help of right practice, the expansion of the main element is being studied, the same element will start showing the other properties also whether it is a flower or some other mass whose properties have been expanded…But, this is not so much easy, because only having knowledge of the subject is not essential and perfection cannot be accomplished just by the knowledge but it can be accomplished only when the knowledge is being converted into the Science… And the Tantra part only where (the intuitive science theory into action is observed experimentally), we can use the secrets that can explode like that are beyond normal human imagination. And if the devotee along with this Surya Sadhna performs “Gupn Mantra” then he not only come to know the Hidden Secrets of the Sun Elements but he becomes expert in the practical performances also…He gets knowledge right from the beginning till all the hidden secrets of that element… We all very know that we remains fit and fine by doing Surya Namaskar and by Offering Sun (Surya Ardhya) one gets healthy body and sharp eye visibility but still having all the facts, one because of his laziness, no one thinks on this point…Just give a thought that by performing all these activities what is the effect of the Sun on our body and we remains healthy and gets the enlightenment and that too when we are getting all these benefits without our knowledge, and once when gets aware with all the facts and performs the practice with full knowledge and determination and devotion, what next will be remain Impossible for us… THINK….!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------सवा सवाात्मकां के तनयम ाऄनुसार सृति में पाए जाने वाधे सभी पदाथों में सब कु छ व्याप्त है,ाआसका ाऄथा ये हुाअ की धोहा धोहा मात्र नहीं है बतल्क ाईसमे काांच के भी गुण है और गुधाब के भी,परन्तु धोह तत्व की ाऄतधक प्रधानता होने के कारण वो हमें धोह धातु के रूप में दृतिगोचर होता है.यदद दकसी भी दक्रया का सहयोग धेकर ाईसके ाऄन्य दकसी तातत्वक गुण का तवस्तार दकया जाये तो ऐसे में वो ाईस धातु,पुतप या पदाथा का ही रूप ददखाने धगेगा तजसके गुणों का तवस्तार दकया गया है. परन्तु ये ाआतना सहज नहीं है,कयूांदक मात्र दकसी तवषय का ज्ञान होने से ाअप ाईसमे तनपुणता नहीं पा सकते,बतल्क ज्ञान को तवज्ञानां में पररवर्षतत कर प्रयोग करने पर ही सिधता सांभव है.

पदाथा पररवतान दकतना ाऄच्छा धगता है ना सुनकर, एक पदाथा का दूसरे पदाथा में रूपाांतरण. सददयों से ाआस तवषय को समझने की सीखने की पर,ये तसिा पढने और सुनने में ही सहज धगता है ये तवषय ाआतना सरध है नहीं और ना ही ाआस तवषय के रहस्य ही ाआतने सहज प्राप्य है की तजनका ज्ञान पाकर हम ाआस ददव्य तवषय में पारां गतता हातसध कर सके . एक बात मैं ाअपको बता दूाँ सदगुरूदेव ने ाआस तवषय को न तसिा जन सामान्य के तधए सरध रूप में प्रस्तुत दकया ाऄतपतु तवषय की गोपनीयता को भी सूत्रबद्ध रूप में सभी तशतयों के समि रख कर ाआस दुतप्राप्य तवषय को समझने और सीखने में सहज कर ददया. ‘सूत रहस्यम’ एक ऐसा ही ग्रन्थ है तजसमे मैंने सूया तवज्ञानां और पारद तांत्र के ाऄत्यतधक गोपनीय रहस्यों को सदगुरूदेव के द्वारा प्राप्त कर तधखा है. ाईसी ग्रन्थ में से कु छ तवतधयों और रहस्यों को क्रमशाः ‘तांत्र-कौमुदी’ के ाआन पन्नों पर प्रतत ाऄांक हम देते रहेंग.े ाआस बार का ये धेख ाईसी की कड़ी है.

१९७१ में विज्ञानं ने ९२ ऄणओ ु की खोज की और बताया की ब्रह्माण्ड में आतने ही ऄणु हैं आससे ज्यादा नहीं, १९८७ में पनु ः घोषणा की गयी की १0३ ऄणु होते हैं. मतलब समझे अप, ऄरे नहीं समझे , ऄरे विज्ञानं की वगनती बदलती रहती है समयानसु ार कयंवू क ईसकी रहस्यों का खोज कें द्र बवहगगत होता है और आसी कारण अज भी िो सम्पणू ग १४७ ऄणओ ु ं को नहीं खोज पाया पर ऄध्यात्म का खोज कें द्र होता है ऄन्तःगत. और सहस्त्रावददयों पहले ही वसद्धाश्रम ने ये स्पष्ट कर वदया था की १४७ ऄणु होते है, और ये

समस्त ऄणु ईपवस्थत होते हैं सयू ग की रवममयों में. सयू ग की िे रवममयााँ वजनका परोक्ष रूप से रंग श्वेत दृवष्टगोचर होता है िस्ततु ः िे ७ ऄलग ऄलग रंगों से यक्त ु होती है तथा वजनका सयं क्त ु रूप सफे द ही वदखाइ देगा. बैंगनी, जामनु ी,नीला,हरा, पीला,नारंगी और लाल ये सात रंग होते हैं आन वकरणों के . िेदों में सयू ग को ७ ऄश्वो के रथ पर अरोहण करते हुए बताया है तो ईसका बहुत ही गढ़ू ऄथग है. ऄथागत सयू ग विज्ञानं को यवद समझना हो तो पहले ईसकी ७ िणीय वकरणों को समझना होगा. प्रत्येक वकरण २१ ऄणओ ु ं के गणु ों से यक्त ु होती है, आस प्रकार ७X२१=१४७ हो गए ना. प्रत्येक ऄणु का ऄपना गणु होता है. समग्र सृवष्ट आन्ही १४७ ऄणओ ु ं से वनवमगत है , चाहे कम हो या ज्यादा पर है आसी से वनवमगत, जैसे एक कागज २१ ऄणओ ु से वनवमगत है तो स्िणग ९७ ऄणओ ु से वनवमगत है, आस प्रकार ऄणओ ु ं की संख्या प्रत्येक िस्तु या प्राणी में वभन्न वभन्न होगी. और सयू ग विज्ञानं का मल ू ही ये है की यवद ईन ऄणओ ु ं को ईनके गणु ों को समझ वलया जाये तो पदाथग का रूपांतरण सहज हो जायेगा. प्रत्येक ऄणु का ऄपना गणु है, ऄथागत १४७ ऄणओ ु ं के ऄपने ऄपने गणु हैं वजन्हें समझने के बाद वनमागण और रूपातं रण की विया सहज हो जाती है कयंवू क ये विया ब्रह्म विया है सजं ीिन विया है,आसके वलए साधक को सद्गरुु प्रदत्त ब्रह्म मंत्र का ऄपने मख ु से ईच्चारण करने का ऄभ्यास करना पड़ता है ईस विया में वसद्ध होना पड़ता है, और मैं अपको बता दाँू की मख ु का ऄथग वजव्हा, कंठ, दांत,श्वास या अहार नली नहीं होता मख ु का ऄथग होता है नावभ, जब मंत्र स्िावधष्ठान का ऄथग ही होता है स्ियं का ऄवधष्ठान , भिन या घर जहा से मंत्र नावभ तक पहुचता है और नावभ तक पहुच कर समस्त िायु और ईपवस्थत ऄवनन की उजाग से तेजोमय होकर जीिन देता है पदाथग या जीि को. और वजस भी साधक को ये मंत्र वसद्ध होता है िो निीन सृवष्ट का सृजन कर सकता है जीिन दान दे सकता है, भगिान कृ ष्ण ने ऄपने गरुु संदीपन ऊवष के पत्रु को, ऄवभमन्यू पत्रु परीवक्षत को ऐसे ही तो जीिन वदया था और १९८४ की ऄमरनाथ यात्रा में सदगरू ु देि द्वारा सवु मत्रा को पनु ः जीिन देने की घटना कौन भल ू सकता है, प्रत्येक वकरण वजनका ऄपना िणग या रंग होता है ईनका स्िामी एक ब्रह्मऊवष होता है और होता है ईनका ऄपना एक मंत्र,याद रवखये ये मंत्र २१-२१ विशेष ऄणओ ु ं के गणु ों से यक्त ु होते हैं और आन मन्त्रों के बीजाक्षरों का परस्पर सम्पटु पदाथों के गणु धमग या संयोजन के ऄनसु ार वकया जाता है वजसका ज्ञान साधक को सद्गरुु प्रदान कर देते है, तब साधक यवद स्ियं के शास्त्र रूप्नो का वनमागण करता है तो विभक्त कर लेता है ईसी ऄनरू ु प ऄपनी अत्मा को भी(आस विषय की गढू ता तो अगे अने िाले ऄंको में स्पष्ट की जायेगी, कयंवू क आसी विषय पर १००० पन्ने वलखे जा सकते हैं) ,पदाथग तो प्रकृ वत में सदैि ही ईपवस्थत रहते हैं ये ऄलग बात है की िो वदखाइ ना दे पर जब वकसी भी शवक्त या ईपादान के माध्यम से ईनके घटक ऄणओ ु ं का परस्पर योग कर वदया जाये तो िे प्रकट ऄिस्था में वदखने लगते हैं. एक सयू ग विज्ञानी या रस शास्त्र का ज्ञाता ये भली भांवत जानता है की ईसे कब वकस ऄणु को पकड़ना है और कब ईसका वकसी और ऄणु से योग या विखंडन करना है,महत्िपणू ग यही है की कब ईन ऄणओ ु ं को वकस तरीके से विभक्त वकया जाये और कै से ईनका योग कर वकसी निीन

पदाथग की प्रावि की जाये. और ये भी ऄत्यतं दष्ु कर कायग है , याद रवखये पढ़ने में वकतना असान लगता है न ऄणओ ु ं को विभक्त कर ईनका योग करना, पर ऐसा है नहीं कयंवू क यवद सही तरीके से विखडं न या संलयन की विया न हो पाए तो जो उजाग मक्त ु होती है िो ऄत्यवधक विनाशकारी होती है और कइ सवदयों तक ऄपने विनाश से मानि संस्कृ वत और जीिन को प्रभावित कर देती है, मझु े पता है वहरोवशमा और नागासाकी को अप भल ू े नहीं होंगे. खैर मैं अपको आतना बता दाँू की आन वकरणों का योग या विखंडन करते समय २ महत्िपणू ग ईपादान होते हैं वजनका प्रयोग करने से सललता वमलती है १. १४७ ललको से यक्त ु लेंस वजसमे से वभन्न वभन्न ऄणओ ु ं से यक्त ु वकरण ही गजु र सकती है और वजसको गवत देकर ईससे मनोिावं ित तत्िों के ऄणओ ु ं का योग कराया जा सके और दसू रा “ऄणु वसवद्ध मातंड गोलक” वजसको योगी ऄपने गले में धारण करते है और वजसके द्वारा बगैर लेंस के भी ऄणओ ु ं को विभक्त या संलवयत वकया जा सकता है. आसका वनमागण ही ऄत्यंत दष्ु कर है, और वजसे प्राि कर ईन सि मन्त्रों को सहज ही वसद्ध वकये जा सकते हैं वजन्हें सि ऊवष मंत्र कहा जाता है और जो की १४७ ऄणओ ु ं को वसद्ध करने में प्रयोग वकये जाते हैं. आस गवु टका और लेंस का वनमागण पारद के द्वारा ही होता है या ये कहना चावहए की सतू के द्वारा होता है ऐसे सतू के द्वारा वजस पर २२ सस्ं कार हो चक ु े हो कयंवू क १८ संस्कार के बाद पारद विपरीत गवत करने लगता है ऄथागत भस्म रूप से पनु ः जीवित होता हुअ ठोस और द्रव्य की ऄिस्था में अने लगता है तथा २२िे में परू ी तरह पारदशी और सृजन क्षमता से यक्त ु हो जाता है , ऐसे पारद से ही ऄणु वसवद्ध मातंड मंत्र का लोम विलोम प्रयोग कर आस प्रकार का गोलक और लेंस वनवमगत वकया जाता है. ये विया ऄत्यतं दष्ु कर और गोपनीय है. सयू ग तंत्र के ऄतं गगत ऄसाध्य तावं त्रक वियाओ ं को भी सरलता से सपं न्न वकया जा सकता है जैसे लक्ष्मी प्रावि के वलए अकग भिु नेश्वरी की साधना का विधान है तो िशीकरण के वलए पंजु ीभतू सयू ग िशीकरण मंत्र की साधना का, यहााँ मैं ईसी िशीकरण प्रयोग को ई्लेवखत कर रहा ह..ाँ वजसके द्वारा सभी निग्रहों की शवक्त को ऄपने ऄनक ु ू ल बनाते हुए लक्ष्मी तक का िशीकरण वकया जा सकता है सामान्य मनष्ु य की तो बात ही िोवडये और जो मुझे सदगरू ु देि ने आस ग्रन्थ के वलए बताया था और वजसका प्रयोग कर मैंने लाभ भी वलया. रवििार की प्रातः से आस मंत्र का प्रयोग वकया जाता है. वदशा पिू ग रहेगी, िस्त्र िा असन सफे द होंगे. सयू ोदय के पिू ग स्नान कर सयू ग को कुमकुम वमले जल का ऄपगण कर ईनकी पजू ा करे और ईनसे तथा सदगरू ु देि से पणू ग सललता की प्राथगना करे . बाद में असन पर बैठकर दैवनक साधना विवध के ऄनसु ार गरुु पजू न कर धपू , दीप, नैिेद्य ऄवपगत कर गरुु मंत्र की १६ माला करे रुद्राक्ष माला से वनम्न मंत्र की ११ माला जप करें ये विया ऄगले रवििार तक करनी है. आसके बाद जब भी आस मंत्र का प्रयोग करना हो तो ऄमक ु की जगह साध्य परुु ष या स्त्री का नाम लेकर १०८ बार जप ३ वदनों तक करें . प्रभाि देखकर अप खदु अश्चयग के सागर में डूब जायेंगे.
