PURPOSE, SCOPE, INTENDED USE, LOCATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

PURPOSE:



To provide the documentary evidences that the HVAC system (AHU-09) of Manufacturing Area is Installed as per design specification

SCOPE

INTENDED USE:

  

To supply the required air quantity and quality to various rooms of Manufacturing Area. To maintain the temperature and humidity of room as per design specification. To provide differential air pressure of the room.

To get the system installed as per the design specification.



To provide utilities and supportive services for qualification.

3.0

INSTALLATION QUALIFICATION PROCEDURE:



Ensure that the AHU is installed at the designated place.



Check the Material of construction (MOC) of all the Critical parts.



Check other details as per the specifications of this protocol and enter the observations.



Check the Installation qualification parameters against their specification during installation of the AHU as record the same.



Document initial and date after each observation in respective column.



In case of any deviation, document in ‘Remark’ column and immediately inform to department head for necessary action.



Document the deviation details in Observed deviation section.



The Quality head and User department head of will decide whether deviation is acceptable or not.



If deviation is acceptable and it does not have any potential to impact on operation, initiate for operation qualification.



If deviation is not acceptable inform to Engineering Dept. head for necessary action for attending problems to complete Installation Qualification.
