Hasil Pengukuran Vibrasi : Pada BFPT A terjadi kenaikan vibrasi di atas level C (> 4.5 mm/s) pada pengukuran lokal pada putaran 5385 rpm (8 Agustus 2016) pada pompa inboard (3H = 5.8 mm/s) dan outboard (4H = 7.03 mm/s) sisi horizontal (setelah pelaksanaan ME 2015). Selanjutnya pada putaran 5250 rpm (2 Desember 2016) terjadi kenaikan vibrasi pada outboard pompa (4H = 4.81 mm/s) arah horizontal (setelah pelaksanaan SI 2016). Dari analisa spectrum dominan pada 1X pada saat 5200-5300 RPM, indikasi yang terjadi putaran kritis pada saat putaran mencapai 5200 RPM.
