POSTER MAKING CONTEST Guidelines I.

PARTICIPANTS The participants must be an Elementary pupil from government school in _________________.

II.

THEME: “Ammuem iti Estadom, tapno Salun-at mo masiguradom.”

III.

REGISTRATION PERIOD November 20 – November 30, 2018

IV.

MECHANICS 

   

 

Only one (1) participant from each school shall be accepted. Participants should submit duly accomplished registration form at BANTAY RHU to be part of the official participant list. Only a total of 18 participants will be accepted. (See attachment for the form) Registration will start on November 20 and ends on November 30, 2018. The poster making contest will be held on-the-spot on December 1, 2018 at the LCS Hall, Bantay, Ilocos Sur. Each participant will be given three (3) hours from 9 o’clock to 12 o’clock in the afternoon. Each participant will be provided with 20 inches x 30 inches (one half illustration board) and oil pastel (12 colors). Participants may bring and use their own materials. Before the start of the Dance Craze and Ms. Q and A on December 7 until 8 o’clock in the evening of the same day, all attendees of the World AIDS Celebration will be having an Art Appreciation where the entries will be displayed. The attendees can vote for their favorite entry by dropping a chip on the box provided for each entry. The winner will be announced at the Municipal Plaza after the Dance Craze Competition. All entries will become a property of Municipal Health Office.

PARTICIPANTS The participants must be a bonafide resident of Bantay, Ilocos Sur from 10 years old to 24 years old.

REGISTRATION PERIOD November 20 – November 30, 2018

MECHANICS    

Each group will perform to any dance music with a minimum time limit of 5 minutes and a maximum time limit of 7 minutes. Behind or beyond this limit, a total of five (5) points will be deducted from the group’s total score. Each group will have a minimum of ten (10) members. The members of the group may compose of all males or females, or any combination thereof. The members of the group must be a bonafide resident of the municipality of Bantay. The group members must belong to the same catchment area, one (1) entry per catchment only and one (1) entry per government highschool only. o Cabalanggan Catchment – Aggay, Buquig, Cabalanggan, Cabaroan, Puspus, San Julian, Sinabaan o Quimmarayan Catchment – An-annam, Cabusligan, Malingeb, Ora, Quimmarayan o Paing Catchment – Banaoang, Bulag, Paing, San Mariano o Tay-ac Catchment – Lingsat, Taleb, Tay-ac o San Isidro Catchment – Capangdanan, Naguiddayan, Sagneb, San Isidro, Taguiporo, Zone V o Guimod Catchment – Balaleng, Guimod, Sagpat

 

o Main Health Center Catchment – Mira, Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, Zone 4, Zone 6 o Bantay National High School o Tay-ac National High School o Ilocos Sur Community College Participants should submit duly accomplished registration form at BANTAY RHU to be part of the official participant list. (See attachment for the form) Each member of the group should be tested or convince a representative for HIV testing as part of the requirement to have an entry.
