Abwurfdischarge i Bag control Bag discharge is determined wiht metal curve 5 and 6. Programming is done through the MEC – menu „ sort adjustment“, parameter „ discharge pre-set 1“. Packing machines with with two discharge conveyors have independent adjusting possibilities, discharge pre-set 1, and discharge pre-set 2. The initial adjustment requires that the discharge point for the first sort is achieved by moving the metal curve to the proper position. The discharge Pre-set should be adjusted to the value: 070. All following sorts or products are adjusted by setting the proper „pre-set“. The bag will be discharged earlier when the value is inrcreased and discharged later when the value is decreased.
