RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES •The central lush green lawn in approximately 34,000 sq. ft. in size. •It is used for outdoor events like weddings, receptions and banquet.

•It has a swimming pool just behind the main block and facing the central lawn

buildings. •Various traditional building elements and materials have been used. •.Central facilities located right at the center not only serve the stay-in guests but also visitors.

•Service entry is very convenient and efficient because of it’s location. •There is a clear distinction between public, semi-public and private areas. •The resort fulfills all the requirements of a tourist complex and has been very efficiently designed.

•Circulation pattern is also well defined and efficient. •Swimming pool is centrally located and no separate bath house and changing rooms have been provided, due to which guests have to cross the public circulation areas and health club for changing.

•Sometimes the parking space also seems inadequate. •Traditional elements like Koisks. Jharokha binds the different structures in a visual sequence.
