For use by any Common Law Human Being for legalization/fictionalization a document within The Common Law and use in any foreign government.

INSTRUCTIONS Apostilles and Certificate of Authentications are for use to ensure Lawful documents are recognized as Legal. A more accurate term for legalization is legal fictionalization. These documents may be made, issued, and used by any Lawful Human Being at The Common Law. An Apostille and Certificate of Authentication confers the legalization/fictionalization of any Lawful document to be recognized as a Legal document within a legal system/franchise, such as a Legal State or Nation.

HOW TO FILL OUT AN APOSTILLE These are easy to fill out. They required 10 fields be filled. You may use the large format or the small format version of this document. 1. Country- The issuing country. In this case, the World. 2. Has been Signed By- Enter the full name of the person signing the Apostille. for Legalization of Foreign Public Documents is a convention (set of model statutes) that signatories, according to the convention, recognize each others legal documents as legalized/fictionalized without the need to legalize the documents with the Embassy/Consular of another Foreign Nation. By being party to this Convention, nations may exchange Negotiable Instruments (as defined by U.C.C. - Article 3) and other documents without the need to legalize the documents. This includes Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage Certificates, and Vehicle Titles, among other things. The World Service Authority (W.S.A) is not a recognized “Competent Authority” according to the Hague Convention as the WSA has not filed with the Netherlands - Ministry of Foreign Affairs for this status. The WSA is a lawful organization though not legal. They transcend the legal system and thus does not need external validity to be legal. This said, U.C.C. 2012127810, 2012127854, 2012127907, and 2012127914 foreclose upon all corporate franchises and banks worldwide making the requirement for filing with the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs impossible as they do not legally nor lawfully exists according to these U.C.C. For more information see http://i-uv.com and http://courtesynotice.com As the requirements for being a “Competent Authority” is abolished, any Lawful Human Being may simply lawfully and legally declare themselves a “competent authority”, as amended by these U.C.C. and is legitimate. This is the reasoning for issuing Apostilles despite other foreclosed nations and states not recognizing their foreclosure. An Apostille should be used for legalization, fictionalization, and recognition of documents in any Foreign Country that is party to this Hague Convention. With an Apostille, the legal document does not need to be processed and annexed by any Embassy; the document will simply be “recognized” in the country. A Certificate of Authentication needs to be used for any county not party to this Hague Convention. These documents need to be filed, processed, sealed and annexed by a Foreign Country’s Embassy/Consular before it is recognized as legitimate within the other country. Use this document and process when the document needs to be recognized by the Foreign government for an inviolable purposes, where the legalized document cannot have any issues in the eyes of the agents in the foreign country. See the Hague Convention website for a list of Nation party to this Convention: http://hcch.net All major Nations, as of this writing, are members of this convention. Many of the small nations are not party to this convention.

For use by any Common Law Human Being for legalization/fictionalization a document within The Common Law and use in any foreign government.

HOW TO USE AN APOSTILLE Once the Apostille is filled out, staple or otherwise physically connect it to the legalized/fictionalized document. Then use the document.

Certifying a Common Law ID and/or Passport with your country’s Embassy/Consular does not guarantee that it would or could be recognized despite it being officially legalized/fictionalized. No Common Law Identity needs to be fictionalize for it to be Valid Lawful Identification and for the usage of a Passport. Many governments have not recognized lawful identities for their lack of legalization.

HOW TO FILL OUT A CERTIFICATE OF HOW TO USE THE INCLUDED SEAL AUTHENTICATION These are very easy to fill out.

You may print a second time to include the Great Seal of The Common Law over your document in the proper location.
