Workstation is split into two equal components in east wing to navigate different spaces in each component.
In ground floor the entry terminate to two lobby spaces (lobby 1&2) were lobby 2 split radially into sub spaces in order to bring movement in circulation.
In fourth floor, the entire space is alloted for foreign visitors.
Service core is placed in north wing- average capacity 150 people in each floor.
Organizing structure
The distance between each cubicle is 1m space occupied per person-walkway.
Teamleader space is alloted at the centre of cubicle an area of 3sqm.

INFERENCE As zoning of spaces is in radial manner,equal distribution of spaces in each floor. The entry to fourth floor is accessed only by fire exit staircase. Maintenance area can be accessed through main lobby space(private area). Arrangement of cubicles is in the form of maze and distance between them is 1m. The shear wall projected from each wing has been used for electrical and plumbing services. Toilets are placed only in north wing which is a disadvantage.

CURVED FINS: • They are made of Reinforced Concrete. • Act as perimeter columns of the building. • The interior is hollow which is used as shafts for major vertical runs of mechanical and electrical distribution lines. • Aesthetically they structure the building in a spherical form.
WINDOWS: • Glass windows are double walled with vacuum in between for better temperature and acoustic control. • They are non-operable windows.

RC suspenders are placed on the lintel beam to carry the roof load. Bars are anchored into the RC wall by 150mm using chemical anchors to make the resulting bond stronger.

Centralized Air conditioning facility with a capacity of 300 TR (Two units of One each with 150 TR) is provided. Each floor has been provided with two Air handling units one each for eastern and western wing. Certain essential services like UPS room Server Rooms have been provided with independent air conditioners. Chiller plants are located on the terrace of the service building in order to avoid noise The chiller plant delivers cooled water to the AHU Unit in each floor. The cooled water is then distributed to the spaces via ducts.

Fire Fighting systems The IT park comprises of various fire safety features : • Fire Hydrants located in the perimeter of the building complex.
