SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS Antes de solicitar cualquier servicio de asistencia técnica debido a fallos en su equipo, revise la siguiente lista de problemas y su posible solución: • No hay imagen ni sonido: comprobar que el TV se encuentra correctamente conectado a la red eléctrica y que la misma esté funcionando. Compruebe el cable del TV.

• Hay imagen pero no hay sonido: comprobara que el volumen del TV no está en el mínima

y que no esté activada la función mudo. Comprobara las configuraciones del sonido. Si utiliza la entrada de Audio/Video, asegurarse de que los cables están correctamente conectados. Comprobar que no hay conectado ningún auricular al TV. • La imagen no se muestra a pantalla completa: comprobar que la relación de aspecto utilizada para la imagen no sea 4:3. Barras negras reproduce archivos de videos con una relación de aspecto diferente a la de su TV. • El control remoto no funciona: comprobar que las baterias no se encuentran gastadas o deterioradas. Asegurarse de que no existan obstáculos entre los sensores del control remoto y el TV. Limpiar los lentes del control remoto y el TV. • No se recibe señal: comprobar que el nivel de señal detectado es bueno. En caso contrario, oriente la antena nuevamente. Comprobara que tanto la antena cono el bajante se encuentran en buen estado y este ultimo esta conectado correctamente al TV. • La imagen se detiene o se distorsiona: comprobar que el nivel de calidad recibido es bueno. En caso contrario, oriente su antena nuevamente. Comprobar que tanto la antena como el bajante se encuentran en buen estado y este ultimo esta conectado correctamente al TV. • No recibe programas digitales: comprobar los niveles de intensidad y calidad de la señal. De ser buenos, realizar una nueva búsqueda de canales digitales. Comprobar que en su área de residencia existan transmisiones digitales y no haya problemas con las mismas. • No se puede reproducir archivos desde el USB: comprobar que el dispositivo USB se encuentra correctamente conectado y es compatible con el TV. Comprobar que los archivos de video a reproducir son soportados por el TV.

TROUBLESHOOTING 3. How to update software

Possible failures on each step: • Factory mode access code: In DTV or ATV channel, press “ENT+1148” Please enter into factory mode. Then you can see the menu and parameters. • Restart the TV from the factory mode: Press remote control key “ESC”. • Firmware upgrade step-by-step: Pls kindly refer to “ upgrade instruction”.

3.1 Open MSTAR ISP Utility tool

Please note all the option values in the software default setting are confirmed by our R&D department. Cases of any change request, please inform to us immediately the new value of each option. Please do not change the options on the working menu, except the ones allowed by the factory. PHILCO recommends to use the restart tv process from factory mode, in case of any parameters issue or malfunctions.

3.2 Connect the tool the device, turn on TV, press “Connect”.

PHILCO will not be responsible for damages or malfunctions caused by the unauthorized changes to the factory settings.

2.2 W/B ADJUST Enter factory mode, select W/B ADJUST, go to the “MODE” item to select the channel wich you want to adjust then select the color temperature (Medium, Warm, Favorite Cool). Then press ▼ key to go to these items you want to adjust: R Gain G Gain B Gain R Offset G Offset B Offset Press ◄ or ► key can adjust the value to the best effect. COPY ALL: Copy there values to II source! 15
