1. PURPOSE This document explains the use of the Moment Method™ of attunement. The Moment Method™ is a very flexible system that allows attunement to almost any concept, if it is in accord with Divine Will. 2. HISTORY Originally developed by Rev. Dr. Nathan Ray Stephenson. The Moment concept comes from Nathan Ray Stephenson, Usui Reiki Master and founder of Siddheartha Reiki. Nathan intended to create an easily distributable system of Reiki, Siddheartha Reiki, and called on the help of various Ascended Masters, Angels, etc to create an attunement facility in a time/space known as the Siddheartha Moment. Sami Pajunen then further developed this Moment concept and

started creating many more Moments, the first of which was, and still is, Christ Moment.

3. MOMENT THEORY A Moment™ is a ‘bubble’ of energy beyond time and space. Thus, Moments™ have always existed but cannot be accessed until named. It is akin to other philosophies in that a ‘thing’ does not exist unless it has a name. Moments™ can only be created in accordance with Divine Will, this being Love. If the Moment™ increases the amount of Love within the universe in some way then the Moment™ will be allowed. But if someone were to attempt to create a War Moment, then this would fail as it does not comply with the inherent condition. There are an infinite number of Moments™ that could be created/named that can or do increase the amount of Love.

3.1. CREATING A MOMENT™ To create a Moment™, ask for guidance from Spirit explaining your need. Spirit will let you know what is most suitable.

3.2. ASPECTS OF MOMENTS Moments typically have:  Clearing Rays, like Joy of Peace Clearing Ray;  Healing Rays, like Harmony of Peace Healing Ray;  Knowledge Rays, like Peace Forgiveness Knowledge Ray;  Wisdom Rays, like Joy Forgiveness Wisdom Ray;  Intuition Rays, like Universal Peace Intuition Ray; and  Healing Energies, like Cosmic Peace Healing Energies. There are also different kinds of:  Attunements;  Anointments;  Atonements;  Empowerments;  Initiations;  Activations;  Openings;  Enlightenment;  Illumination; and  Energy Stream. Not all Moments™ contain the above.

There are other types of energies that are sometimes associated with Moments™ (eg. San Movement™ available under San Moment™). These are, however, associated with that particular Moment™ and are not generally available with other Moments™. All of these are glad free gifts of Spirit for the furthering of Peace and Enlightenment on Earth. Use freely for these purposes individually or on larger scale, and please share your experiences on using this Moment Method with all the Peace on Earth list members so that we all can learn from each other.

3.3. BANDS Use of bands in a Moment Method attunement give a stronger connection to the energy. Band 1 is typically made up of levels 1 to 3. There is said to be an infinite number of bands. Using an adaptation from computer terminology, there are now Kilobands (KBa), Megabands (MBa), Gigabands (GBa), and Teraband (TBa). For example, in attuning to Peace Reiki™, you can ask for an attunement to Peace Reiki™ 2.5 Gigaband. This effectively takes the number of bands you are attuned too to 2,500,000,000 or thereabouts.

3.4. IMPORTANCE OF INTENT To receive attunements using the Moment Method of Attunement, the absolute minimum that is required is ‘intent to receive’. There is no need to recite the formulas out loud, go to particular places, meditate before hand, fast, etc. Any or all of the above can certainly be undertaken but be guided by your intuition. If it feels right to do it, then do it. If you feel the urge to use incense, candles and do smudging, then do it. Spirit knows what is required for you and will set the circumstances perfectly for your particular learning. If extra things are required, then Spirit will let you know someway. For instance, say you wanted to attune to Peace Reiki™ but were at work where things are hectic. Spirit may guide you to hold off on the attunement until things are more settled so that you are more receptive to the attunement.

3.5. ADDITION OF ‘DIVINE’ AND ‘HIGHEST’ Divine XX Moment By adding ‘Divine’ to the beginning of a Moment name (eg. Divine Grace Moment™), you add energies from the Divine. This allows for a stronger and more effective attunement to take place.

Highest XX Moments By adding ‘Highest’ to the beginning of a Moment (Highest Divine Grace Moment™), you add energies from the highest divine source that you are capable of accessing at that time. Both of these methods allow for a greater amount of energy to flow through. Both can also be used for the energies other than the Reiki energy. For instance, the Highest Divine Grace Moment™ can have Highest Divine Grace Reiki™, Highest Divine Grace Empowerment™ and Highest Divine Grace Opening™.

4. ATTUNEMENT IN A MOMENT 4.1. ATTUNEMENT FORMULA To initiate attunement, say: [I am] now entering this [name] Moment. In this [name] Moment, I now ask the [name] [Reiki/Empowerment/Initiation etc] [levels/bands] attunement for [myself or Attunee’s name] as a glad, free gift of Spirit (, as a glad, free gift of Divine Love and Will). Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. On receiving the attunement, say, either: [I am] now receiving this [name] [Reiki/Empowerment/Initiation etc] [levels/bands] attunement for [myself] as a glad, free gift of Spirit (, as a glad, free gift of Divine Love and Will). Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. or: [Attunee’s name is] now [or whenever s/he so chooses] receiving this [name] [Reiki/Empowerment/Initiation etc] [levels/bands] attunement for [herself or himself] as a glad, free gift of Spirit (, as a glad, free gift of Divine Love and Will). Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. The Attunee is the name of the person you want to attune or the name of the group, if you want to attune a group of people at the same time. This formula is used when attuning people distantly and also face-to-face. The [whenever s/he so chooses] is also information to the attuner/attunee. That is, s/he can as many times as s/he wants, whenever etc. receive this attunement. Also, if s/he so chooses not to receive it. This is to further the operation of the free will of the attuner/attunee.

4.2. MOMENT™ ATTUNEMENT EXAMPLES Example 1 (Self-attunement – Reiki with levels): “I am now entering the Peace Moment. In this Peace Moment, I now ask the Peace Reiki Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 attunements for myself as a glad, free gift of Spirit (, as a glad, free gift of Divine Love and Will). [Pause for a while to honour the Spirit-driven process… and wait humbly for the initiation to start…this typically starts instantly…] “I Am now receiving the Peace Initiation™ for myself as a glad, free gift of Spirit, as a glad, free gift of Divine Love and Will. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.” Example 4 (Attuning others): “I am now entering the Peace Moment. In this Peace Moment, I now ask Peace Reiki Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 attunements for my mother as a glad, free gift of Spirit (, as a glad, free gift of Divine Love and Will). Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

[When attuning others, face-to-face or distantly, please, remember to inform the attunee, that you have given her/him attunement(s)…] “I have given you Peace Reiki™ Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 attunements. You may receive them now or later, whenever you like, as many times as you like, just intend to receive them and then receive, let me know how this is/was with you…” Example 5 (Attuning objects or spaces – method 1): “I am now entering the Peace Moment. In this Peace Moment, I now ask Peace Reiki Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 attunements for my house as a glad, free gift of Spirit, as a glad, free gift of Divine Love and Will. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. [Pause to honour the Spirit-driven process… and wait humbly for Reiki energy transmission to start…this typically starts instantly…] “My house is now receiving these Peace Reiki Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 attunements as a glad, free gift of Spirit, as a glad, free gift of Divine Love and Will. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.” Example 6 (Attuning objects – method 2) "In this Peace Moment™, I am now asking Peace Reiki Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 attunement for these spectacles of mine as a glad free gift of Spirit, as a glad free gift of Divine Love and Will. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. [Pause to honour the Spirit-driven process… and wait humbly for Reiki energy transmission to start…this typically starts instantly…] "My spectacles are now receiving Peace Reiki™ Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 attunement as a glad free gift of Spirit, as a glad free gift of Divine Love and Will. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You."

Example 7 (Attuning to an object). Use this when attempting to attune to an object. Holy Moment™ is used merely as an example. "In this Holy Moment™, I am now asking for attunement to the Holy Consciousness of this [object]. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. and affirming: "I am now receiving the attunement to this Holy Consciousness of this [object]. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You". There are a few consciousnesses which can be explored: 1. Christ Consciousness; 2. Mudita Consciousness; 3. Metta Consciousness; 4. Upekkha Consciousness; 5. Karuna Consciousness; 6. Golden Dolphin Consciousness; 7. and many others.

4.3. MEDITATING WITHIN A MOMENT™ To meditate within a Moment™, simply enter the Moment™ as per normal and then being meditating. For instance, to meditate in the Peace Moment™, please say “I am now entering this Peace Moment™” and then begin your meditation.

4.4. SOME USES OF MOMENTS™ The following are a few examples as to how Moments™ may be used. Example 1 Oxygen Moment™ and Air Purifying Moment™ are entered with the intent that both the Oxygen Reiki™ and Air Purifying Reiki™ fill a place whether that be a room, house or shopping centre. The Usui Reiki Cho Ku Rei symbol is also used to empower the process. The place is said to be filled with beautifully clear air when complete. Example 2 One member of the Peace On Earth list was seeking help to clear a space of negative energies. Another person offered help by creating a Moment™ that contained all of the energies that he was sending. This Moment™ he named after himself.

Example 3 – Reiki Bubbles A Moment™ can be created in which you create slots/ bubbles for persons with their name. Whenever that person thinks about the keyword or symbol, they receive reiki from the bubble. This is used to help the person in times of need when they have need of help or energy. Example 4 - Personal Moments This is described in Part 2 of the Moment Method manual. Create a Moment™ in the name of a specific person in the format of [person’s name] Moment™ and create a keyword for the Moment™. This enables a person to access his/her personal Moment to receive Reiki and whatever else has been included in the Moment™. Make sure the keyword is something that is easy to remember and not to common. This can viewed like a healing account. Example 5 – Reiki on Paper Write or type as many times as you like a phrase similar to “I am now receiving Peace Reiki™ as a glad free gift of Spirit. Thank you, thank you, thank you”. Place the paper somewhere on the body and this part begins to receive Reiki or other healing energy through the paper. Such “Reiki Papers” may be placed over or under objects, projects, food or whatever to charge them with energy. Example 6 – Attuning Particular Areas of the Body Different areas of the body may be attuned to a Reiki or other energy. People have attuned their feet chakras, knee chakras, elbow chakras and other areas of their body. There is no reason why a person could not specifically attune every part of their being to a different Reiki. Example 7 – Creating a Personal Moment™ “I am now entering the Key Moment™. In this Key Moment™ I now ask to create the s Personal Healing Moment™. I now ask this Moment™ to send healing to at his/ her local time. Whatever he/ she needs, how much he/ she needs and in what form he/ she needs. As a glad free gift of Spirit, as a glad free gift of Divine Love and Will.” Often I end the creation of this Moment™ with protection and recharging: “I now ask archangel Michael to protect this moment and keep it pure. Also I connect this moment to the stars for continual recharging. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

4.5. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Taking care of a Moment™ Moments™ are said to like, or rather love, people entering them to receive their gifts. As such, Moments™ feel at home with good company and so they in turn energise us. Sending energy to a moment

Moments™ can receive energy as they are like banks where you can deposit energy into it, transfer the energy into another Moment™ and also withdraw energy from the Moment™. Moments™ can also be connected to an energy source like a star to further empower them. Intrusion of Moment™ Moment™ do require protecting to a certain degree as they begin like children. The more they are entered used, the stronger, more effective, they become. Moments™, however, may require some special protection from negativity. To accomplish this, ask an Angel to ensure that the Moment™ stays pure. Visualisation of a Moment™ Visualising a Moment™ depends on many factors such as:  the strength of the Moment™,  the individual’s spiritual maturity,  degree of openness of the individual’s third eye, and  the individual’s clairvoyant ability. Blocking access to a Moment™ Moments™ generally cannot have access to them blocked, not even the restricted Moment™. The restriction is there out of respect for the creator/developer of the Moment™. However, access to a Moment™ can be blocked by an individuals unwillingness or his/her higher self. If this occurs, more work needs to be done on that individual in order to open his/her access.

5. GLOSSARY Activation:

a process that allows the individual to access the required energies.

Alignment:

a process that brings a person’s energies into line with the energy that is being channelled. For instance, if a person was required to wear red, then the person would put on red clothing.

Anointment:

a consecration into a spiritual energy.

Atonement:

a process that frees the person to allow access to the particular energy more easily. For instance, in order to access Peace Reiki™ to its full potential, a person must release all revenge- or war-like thoughts. The Peace Atonement™ helps this process.

Band:

see Section 3.3.

Empowerment: gives access to the spiritual energy.

Initiation:

a process that admits the person into the spiritual energy. An initiation also brings with it responsibility because you are now actively serving Higher Cause.

Opening:

akin to the opening of a flower. This process gives access to a spiritual energy in order to not overwhelm the person.

Ray:

beams of spiritual energy with specific qualities. They are like rays of visible light with a particular quality with visible light having the quality of colour. For Rays in Moments™, these also have a particular quality associated with them but are usually tied to the specific quality of the Moment™. For example, the Peace Ray™ in the Peace Moment™ has the particular quality of peace.
