2. THE PUMPS ARE LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NEXT TO THE LINE WHERE INJECTION TAKES PLACE.

PROCESS CONTROL/SAFETY :

1. THE INJECTION RATE HAS TO BE LOCALLY CONTROLLED PER PUMP. THE INJECTION RATE MUST BE INDICATED LOCALLY.

2. THE STORAGE TANK MUST BE PROVIDED WITH A LOCAL LEVEL INDICATOR, AND A LOW LEVEL ALARM.

3. EACH INJECTION PUMP SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST OVERPRESSURE BY AN INTEGRATED RELIEF VALVE SET AT THE DESIGN PRESSURE

SPECIFIED FOR EACH WELL.

4. THE PUMP MUST BE ABLE TO SUPPLY THE CHEMICAL PRODUCT UP TO DESIGN PRESSURE OF CHOKE VALVE.
