Politics as art of government Governance is limited to what is politically possible. In any form of government the political power of groups of interest will define the priorities and capabilities of governance. It is therefore that the art of government of the Duterte administration was open to the world to see as the recent SONA a culmination of his efforts to in doing so in a form of collective allocation of values. This has manifested in 3 forms during the SONA His overall collective effort for in his all out war against crime and drugs , in which his main platform of law and order. Which shows how he used his mandate in order to crackdown hard into criminality with the agreement of the people who voted for him in which implicitly declared this form of government preferable. Second example is that of is his current political reform into the change of the federal government. In the art of governance using the mandate of the people he is given, he proceed to perform this reform that would change how governance is done in the Philippines. Last example is that is his conduction of foreign affairs with foreign entities. This can be seen in his way of dealing with china on how to be able to balance Philippine interest and chinese aggression in the west Philippine sea.
