SHAPE & PATTERN MATCHING Cut out all pieces. Cut each piece in half.

Two ways to play:

One: Match pieces by shape find any and all pieces that combine to create a shape. Two: Match pieces by shape AND pattern.

Print out each sheet of this pdf. Laminate the sheets and cut out each letter. Lay 6-8 letters face up on a table or other work surface. Have the child find the matching Capital and Lowercase letter. For an added challenge, add more and more letters.

DIRECTIONS: Cut out the Alphabet Letters on this page and place in a bowl or plastic bag. Cut out the four sets of blank colored squares to use as markers. TO PLAY: Have the “announcer” draw a letter from the ball and call it out. If a player has the letter on the board, they cover it with a colored marker. (Want to save ink? Cut up construction paper to use as markers!) The first player to get 5 in a row, shouts BINGO and wins the game.
