1. OBJETIVO GENERAL El objetivo de este procedimiento es mostrar un listado de comandos básicos de troubleshooting, para implementarlos en las tareas de monitorización y mantenimiento de la red.

2. PROCEDIMIENTO PASO A PASO 2.1 Comandos Orientados al Hardware Los siguientes comandos muestran en detalle el estado del Hardware de los Sistemas 7750 SR-7, 7710 SRc-12, 7705 SAR-8 y 7705 SAR-F. El comando show card, muestra el estado de las Controladoras e IOM. Un bundle puede funcionar mientras 1 de los miembros del bundle este operativo (1/5), sin embargo el ancho de banda será el afectado, considerando el ejemplo anterior en este caso el bundle trabaja con un 20% de su capacidad, es importante considerar que la minima cantidad de puertos asociados a un bundle es 2 y la maxima es 8. La siguiente lista de comando permite visualizar el estado de los distintos servicios configurados en la red IP/RAN. El comando show service sdp-using, muestra el estado de los SDPs configurados, el número de servicio (identificador) que utiliza, para ello utiliza el campo SvcId, el campo SdpId muestra el identificador del SDP aplicado al servicio, si este campo llegase a estar en estado down, ocurrirá una perdida del servicio. El troubleshooting, determina que la causa del problema, no estaría en los nodos IP/RAN, dado que el arribo de paquetes de entrada en el puerto 1/2/3 del nodo IP/RAN Rancagua El Cobre, determina que el puerto funciona correctamente, esto es comprobado en el ingreso de paquete que proviene del nodo B 06W301 que utiliza el mismo puerto 1/2/3..
