Document purpose To define the quality techniques and standards to be applied, and the various responsibilities for achieving the required quality levels, during the project. It is recommended that the Project Quality Plan is included as part of the Project Brief and from there expanded and detailed in the Project Plan. This template is provided for cases where a separate document may be required.
