1. Is the road and new location survey acceptable? 2. Is the new camp location acceptable? 3. Is the military camp location ready and in compliance to the requirement? 4. Check if the road allows to move mast on dolly and communicate to RM.

1. Is all the required material from Rig Move contractor on site? 2. Make dolly inspection (if applicable). 3. Mark first loads to go during pre-move.

Inspect rig vehicles (tires, oil, engines, etc). Visual inspection to be made. 12. Is the extra set of matting ready to go to new location (when applicable)? 13. Is the catering company aware of the rig move plan? 14. Is there enough water line for the next location water well? 15. Is there going to be an MPI inspection? Have we contacted the company? 16. Are the raising lines in good condition and ready?

Assign a guard on the new location to watch the sent loads. 8. Monitor the fuel consumption and communicate if extra fuel required

17. Warehouse man to check material for rig move (grease, plastic, manila rope, gloves, electrical cable, tape, contact clear, WD40, etc)

9. Ensure that no equipment or material transferred onto the new platform should be necessary for the continuation of current operations.

1. Disconnect all hydraulic lines, plug them and store them. 1. Disconnect the lines (air/hydraulic/elect.). Accumulator Unit 2. Release the pressure up to 0 psi. Engines 1. 1. Rig down power supply.

4. Prepare the required tools and material to perform PM tasks.

Mud tanks

1. Start to rig down the mud tanks (lights and cables). 2. Leave lights operational for night crew to work safely.

At NEW location

1. Disconnect both mud pumps.

2. Disconnect the cables from the VFD house.

1. Start to rig down cables on the drill floor leaving cables for drawworks, Elmagco, profibus, etc., for lowering the mast.

1. Function test El Magco break.

PCR Transformers Generators Ground cables

1. Check all the cubicles inside the PCR for any damage during the transportation of the PCR. 1. Check all transformers for any damage caused during transportation. 1. Re- connect the generators 1. Install all the ground cables BEFORE starting any power generation. 1. Reconnect fuel tanks. 2. Ensure that all ground cables are connected first.

Mud pumps

1. If the mud pumps are in position, place the grass hopper into its position.

2. Function test the main drawwork's hydraulic break.

1. Rig-up and connect the drawworks.

1. Review the procedure and conduct safety meeting.

2. Rig-up and connect the El Magco.

2. While bringing down the sub-structure, one electrician to standby the grass hopper at all times to check that the cables do not get caught or damaged.

3. Rig-up and connect all necessary rig floor eqpt. Drill floor

4. Watch the TDS service loop as the mast is lowered in case of any problems.

5. Make sure the mast lights are connected

1. Coordinate with drilling crew once everything is finished with the drawworks to shut off all the main power generation.

5. Ensure that the RAL (red aircraft light) is functional.

2. Rig down the grass hopper and remove it. 3. Ensure there are 2 engines on line, then 2 air compressors (pilot system).

Emergency generator

1. Power up the mini camp using the emergency generator.

1. Rig down all available equipment (incl. generator). 1. Disconnect all water tanks.

After lowering sub-structure and mast Drill floor

3. Ensure that no warning lights are showing on the panel. 1. Check the battery for the unit. 2. Test the unit making sure that it runs OK. 1. Rig down power supply.

3. With two engines online and one IDLE, lower the mast.

Engines - SHUT DOWN

2. Start the generator and check for output voltage.

1. Remove the flow paddle from the flow line to prevent it getting damaged and place it on the electrical workshop.

LAY-DOWN TDS CHECKLIST

Need a Safe work permit to work on Height. Safety Belt Must required to Inspect the TDS prior to Lay Down. YES

Make sure/ need to check: 1 Visual inspect that no objects around the area can cause tripping. 2 Make sure you have all the material required. 3 Visual inspect for loose objects on the TDS. 4 Rotate pipe-handler 90 degrees to take off the links. 5 Open the catch link pipe to release the links. 6 Remove the two links using sling and air winch. 7 Locate the RIG-UP/RUN/SHUTDOWN valve on the hydraulic manifold. 8 With the hydraulic power ON, select the "RIG-UP" position. 9 Remove the extended counterblance cylinders for the hook ears. 10 Select the "SHUTDOWN" position 11 Turn off the TDS. 12 Install the bail lock bar to avoid pivoting of bail during the lay down. 13 Disconnect the TDS service loop at the TDS. 14 Cap all connectors (also at the derrick termination plate). 15 Lower TDS service loop (450kgs) into a service loop tub. 16 Disconnect the rotary hose from the TDS. 17 Install the stopper to avoid rotation of the pipe handler. 18 Pick up the TDS to the locking point. 19 Engage the upper and lower carriage latches to lock TDS with the beam. 20

Open the clevis of travelling block (secure the clevis by sling attached in the air wich and open it from the front side)

21 Higher the block and close the clevis. 22 Make sure the pin is in the right place. 23 Remove the pin and close the two sides of the block. 24 Using 2 slings of 10 tons, pass it through the clevis hook. 25 Bring each end down through TDS bail and fix it in the TDS's beam. 26 Using the 2 air winches, pass the calbes through the guide beam. 27 Secure the guide beam with sling 28 Remove the lower tieback assembly 29 Remove the pin that holds the beam 30 Using a 70 ton crane with 2 slings, lower the TDS with traveling block and crane to the rig floor. 31 Using 4 slings hooked in the crane, pick up the TDS from the rig floor and place it safe in the ground.

RIG-UP TOP DRIVE CHECKLIST

Need a Safe work permit to work on Height. Dated Safety Belt Must required to Inspect the TDS after is to rigged-up. YES

MAKE SURE/ NEED TO CHECK: 1 Go through the procedure and review any possible risks or hazards.

2 Make sure you have in hand all the requiered material for this operation. 3 Position the TDS on the walkway Using a 70 ton crane with 2 slings, pick-up the TDS with traveling block and 4 crane to the rig floor. 5 Pick up TDS into vertical position & install guide plate. 6

Pick-up TDS to locate into bottom of track in mast install upper suspension botls & bottow location pins.

7 Slack off on the block & remove bail spreader and handling slings. 8 Install TDS bails into saddle in block. 9 Pick-up to take weight of TDS and remove top security braces. 10 Remove transport braces from below compensator, and run block up to monkey board. 11 Move bottom block from transport position down to drilling position. 12 Move track position guides back into the track. 13 Install service loop 14 Install subs and torque tube. 15 Install IBOP actuator and safety clamps. 16 Install bail arms and kelly hose. 17 Blocks can now be hung off and drilling line slipped back.

1 Put the raising Lines in tension and record weight on M.D. Stop if abnormal tension is observed (275,000lbs) 2 Check with Personnel observing that there is no problem 3 Pick Up the Mast 20cm from the support. Check weight according to CPTDC/HH instructions. Hold like this 5 min 4 Raise the Mast as per CPTDC/HH instructions 5 Contiuously check that the dead line is not rubbing on the hoses.
