Definition: Upper Body Torque THEME: Retreating with a Front Hand Block and a Rear Hand Counter; Blocking with the Rear Hand; Hand Isolations. 4 main directions X 2. 12, 9, 3, 6 then 6, 3, 9, 12 Introduction of the forward on the counter cross o High kneel to neutral bow to forward bow Cut the circle on the transition to the 1 st downward block to 6. Long Form 2
