Student Case Competition 2017 India

  We are inviting universities from India to take part in this exciting and challenging opportunity. Students will have the opportunity to showcase their knowledge in front of a panel of industry experts and: Analyse a case Develop a solution Present it to an audience Receive recognition for their efforts Overview of the competition: Each campus of any college/university is eligible to select a team(s) of three to five members to determine the best solution for the management accounting case. No more than 50% of team members may be master’s degree candidates and no doctoral degree candidates may be selected. Although faculty members are encouraged to promote this competition on their campus, no faculty or other professional assistance is allowed in solving or presenting the case Entries must be submitted on or before January 15, 2017. Eight finalists will be selected and notified no later than February 10, 2017. The ten finalist teams will be notified of the exact time and location of the final competition. Each of the ten selected teams will personally present their case analysis solution and be required to respond to any additional questions on which they will be judged. Prizes for the Winning Teams: First place: USD $1500 Second place: USD $1000 Third place: USD $500 The first, second and third place winners will receive engraved plaques with their college/university’s name and each team member’s name, in addition to the monetary award. The top 3 teams will also receive a certificate of achievement and get free a CMA scholarship, which includes one year IMA student membership, entrance fee and a one-time exam fee.
