Cylinder Head and Mountings: Dismantled all fittings mounted, cleaned and inspected valve rotators, rocker arm and all its moving parts. valve seat were lapped. Cooling water space for jacket and nipples were changed with new O-rings. All gaskets and O-rings were changed with new one. Pistons: Changed all units with new piston rings.Measured clearance with new piston rings. Connecting rod ovality: Measured all units and found within acceptable limits.
Liner: Meausured liner inside diameter clearance and found within acceptable limits. Changed all units with new flame ring. Crankcase and Sump tank : Drain sump tank oil and cleaned internal space. Check inspected all moving parts found them in good order. Reflenish with fresh lube oil 600 liters.
