B. Area and Location They live in the village of Tanyong that lies beside the river of Malabon in Metro Manila. The village has a land area of five hectares and a population of 12,400 or 1,850 families. C. Economic Status The family depends on the daily income of P165.00 of Mr. Jaime as A laborer in a construction site and Mrs. Lucy is a housewife that is chronically in debt. Mrs. Lucy is a high school graduate and Mr. Jaime completed only three years of elementary education D. Medical Case  Measles  Dehydration  Diarrhea  Malnutrition The village has a health center but don’t have enough vaccines for all the children in the village. The nearest public health center has free medical consultation but had run out of medicines, and that the budget for medicines for the year had been used up. And there is a larger facility that is a private hospital nearby E. Problems Identified and Possible Solution PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED POSSIBLE SOLUTION Presence of Health threat specifically The community must invest to a safe and steady Fall Hazard (Unsteady makeshift bridge wooden bridge) Faulty/unhealthful nutritional/eating Dietary changes, such as eating foods high in habits or feeding techniques/practices energy and nutrients. support for families to help specifically inadequate food intake them manage factors affecting the nutritional both in quality and quantity intake Poor environmental improper garbage disposal

Poor Environmental Condition due to improper garbage disposal as evidenced by murky black waters of the river Presence of Health threat specifically fall hazard due to lack of knowledge of preventive measures as evidenced by unsteady makeshift wooden bridge

Family Nursing Problems 

 

Inability to provide a home environment conducive to health maintenance and personal development due to Lack of/inadequate knowledge of preventive measures as evidenced by unsteady makeshift wooden bridges that they have to cross to reach the houses of Tanyong Inability to provide adequate nursing care to the sick member of the family due to inadequate family resources of care specifically financial constraints as evidenced by the salary of P165/day that is hardly enough to support the family. Inability to provide a home environment which is conducive to health maintenance and personal development due to failure to see the benefits of proper garbage disposal as evidenced by making use of the as the sewer and main garbage disposal system of the village.
