Warm greetings! Pursuant to the vision of Department of Education Lucena, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Lucena and the Lucena Local Youth Development Council both dreamt of Filipino youth who passionately love their country and whose values and competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation. In support with this vision, we will be conducting a half-day activity dubbed as “Youth Empowerment through Martial Arts” this coming December 13, 2019, Friday. Target participants were Senior High School and tertiary students and other interested individuals. In this light, the undersigned humbly request permission from your office to use the Pacific Mall Event Center on that particular day.
